The purpose of this study is to determine how far the level of income affects the welfare of the family in the convection industry in Depok. This research was conducted using a survey method with the method of library (library research) and the field method (Field research) while the data analysis test technique in this study used a correlational approach in the form of regression analysis, product moment correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen that the influence of income on welfare. This is evidenced through the calculation results obtained from the correlation coefficient of 0.891. This shows the effect of income on welfare in the high impact category, the variable family welfare is influenced by 79.4% by the income variable. This is evidenced through the coefficient of determination of 0.794. There is a significant effect between the income variable on the welfare variable. This can be seen through the results of t test analysis in which the value of t is 10.773 and ttable is 2.042. Due to the tcount of 10.773> ttable of 2.042 it can be said that there is a significant influence between income on family welfare.

This study aims to identify and test the empirical data on the relationship of academic culture and organizational culture with teacher performance separately or simultaneously. In this study, the authors used survey method with the correlational approach regresional the quantitative data obtained from the object of research is school teachers Islam Al-Azhar BSD. Samples were as many as 93 respondents Islamic School teacher population of Al-Azhar BSD in the academic year 2016-2017. The data collection was done by using a questionnaire/questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Type of analysis is correlation and regression analysis were described descriptively. The results of this study are: First, There is a positive and significant academic culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,804 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 64,6%. Secondly, There is a positive and significant relationship of organizational culture on teacher performance with the correlation coefficient (r) of 0,736 and a coefficient of determination (R2) of 53,7%. Thirdly, there is a positive and significant academic culture and organizational culture simultaneously on teacher performance. The correlation coefficient of 0.813 while the coefficient of determination of 66,1%.

This study aims to examine the effect of principal leadership, academic supervision, and work motivation on teacher performance. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative correlational approach. The research sample consisted of 136 teachers (86 male teachers and 50 female teachers) from 4 State Senior High Schools in East Lombok Regency, namely SMA Negeri 1 Aikmel, SMA Negeri 1 Wanasaba, SMA Negeri 1 Pringgabaya, and SMA Negeri 1 Suela. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire was given to respondents directly after testing the validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used a simple regression test and multiple regression tests followed by a correlation test. Data analysis results based on the coefficient of determination for each research variable on teacher performance obtained the coefficient of determination of work motivation of 47.8%, academic supervision of 45.5%, and the variable of principal leadership of 44.4%. While the results of the coefficient of determination collectively were 53.8%. Thus, it can be concluded that both individually and collectively, the principal's leadership, academic supervision, and work motivation affect teacher performance.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MOTIVATION WITH ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTThis research is classified into a correlational research which consists of one independent variable, Motivation (X) with one dependent variable, Organization Commitment (Y). The hypothesis of the research is: There is a positive correlation  between motivation and organization commitment. This research was conducted in Cipayung, Depok, West Java, Indonesia. The population of 104 teacher, and randomly selected as sample 82 teachers. The method of collecting research data in the field uses the survey method while the statistical method of data analysis uses correlation analysis techniques, simple regression analysis. Hypothesis measurement is taken both at the significance level α = 0.05 and at the significance level α = 0.01. Based on the calculation results, the research results are obtained: there is a very significant positive relationship between Motivation with organization commitment with the regression equation that is Ŷ = 96.16 + 0.36X, the correlation coefficient (ry) of 0.411, and the coefficient of determination (ry2) of 0.169 or 16.9. Based on the above calculation results, it can be concluded that motivation can be increased through organization commitment

 AbstractResearch aimed to study the worship disciplin analysis, school environment, and inteligence on the student’s learning result of the Islam Education (PAI) lesson at Senior High Schools (SMA) in all sub-districts of Pamijahan, Bogor district. This research used survey method with correlation and regression analysis. Population in this research was students from SMA Negeri (Public schools) in all sub-districts of Pamijahan, Bogor district. Meanwhile, samples were 60 students chosen randomly. Data collection obtained by delivering questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, Pearson multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, and regression analysis. Statistical examination used t-test and F-test. Analysis results of worship discipline, school environment, and intelligence on student’s learning result of the PAI lesson were: (i) coefficient of correlation 0,865, (ii) coefficient of determination 73,67%, and (iii) linear regression = -43,84+0,335 X1+0,283 X2+0,417 X3. Test analysis showed that the coefficient of correlation and the coefficient of regression is significantly related. It showed the positive and significant relationship between (i) worship discipline, (ii) school environment, and (iii) intelligence and student’s learning result of the PAI lesson.Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis disiplin ibadah sholat, lingkungan sekolah, dan intelegensi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Sekolah Menengah Negeri se-Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan analisis korelasi dan regresi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMA Negeri ke-Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor sedangkan sampel berukuran 60 orang peserta didik  yang dipilih secara random. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengisi kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisa data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, korelasi ganda Pearson, koefisien determinan dan analisis regresi. Uji statsitik dipergunakan uji-t dan uji-F. Hasil analisis disiplin ibadah sholat, lingkungan sekolah dan intelegensi, terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran PAI diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,865 dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 73,67%, serta persamaan garis regresi = -43,84+0,335 X1+0,283 X2+0,417 X3. Melalui analisa pengujian diperoleh bahwa koefisen korelasi dan koefisien regresi tersebut sangat signifikan. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan sangat signifikan antara disiplin ibadah sholat, lingkungan sekolah dan intelegensi, terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik Mata Pelajaran PAI.

The aim of this research is to find out how much influence learning resources have on learning motivation. The school that was the object of this study was Islam Darussalam High School. The research method used in this study is a survey method with a correlational approach that is to determine the effect of learning resources on learning motivation. The population in this study were grade X students in Depok's Islamic High School, totaling 103 samples, found 82 people were done using simple random sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study were through a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a total of 30 items. Through calculations obtained a rxy of 0.545 which means there is sufficient influence between learning resources on learning motivation. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination of the contribution of variable x (learning resources) of 29.70% and the remaining 52.6656% is determined by the contribution of other factors not examined in this study. These effects have been tested using statistical hypothesis testing which obtained the results of tcount 5.816> t table 1.664. This shows that there is a positive and significant effect between the variable x (learning resources) and the y variable (learning motivation).

This study aims to determine whether or not there is a correlation between empowerment and motivation with teacher commitment at SDN Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. This study decides the three variables used, namely empowerment (X1), motivation (X2), and teacher commitment (Y). This study uses quantitative research using a survey method using a correlational approach. The subjects of this study were teachers from 8 public elementary schools located in the Duren Palm Village, East Jakarta, with a total population of 140 teachers. Sampling was carried out using Simple Random Sampling with the formula Slovin at a significance level of an error level of 5% so that it obtained 104 sample members. Carried out this research from January 2021 to July 2021. Testing the hypothesis was carried out using a multiple linear Unified regression model using a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.664 or 66.4%. From the results that have been carried out when testing the hypothesis, it is known that the results of this study have a relationship between empowerment and motivation with teacher commitment at SD Negeri Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.

This research was conducted at PT Honda Motor Indonesia, with the title: Relationship Career development with employee performance at PT Honda Motor Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between career development and employee performance at PT. Honda Motor Indonesia. The research method used was an explanatory survey method with a correlational approach where in the process of collecting data a direct observation was conducted on the company in the form of observation and questionnaire distribution. Career development is an employee activity that helps employees in planning their future careers in the company so that the company and the employees concerned can develop themselves to the maximum. Employee Performance is the spirit of work that is the desire and sincerity of someone doing a good job and being disciplined to achieve maximum work performance. The linear regression test is y = 51.82 + 0.656X and the correlation test is 0.458 which means that the effect is quite strong. Test the coefficient of determination of 20.97% and the remaining 79.03% influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test is t arithmetic = 3.573 and t table 0.279 means t arithmetic> from t table then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a strong enough relationship between career development with employee performance.

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality. This study uses a questionnaire with a population and sample, namely all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Sampling techniques using Convenience Sampling with a sample of 61 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSSprogram for Windows. The analysis tool in this study using validity and reliability, the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the t-test analysis performed, it shows that there is a positive influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality and simultaneously competency, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor knowledge variables affect quality audit

This study aims to test and determine whether empirically through valid data, intrinsic motivation and pesantren regulations have an effect on the satisfaction of students both partially and simultaneously. The method used by researchers is a survey method with a correlational approach to the santri of Manahijusadat Islamic Boarding School in Lebak, Banten. This type of research is quantitative, therefore the data analysis technique used is statistical analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics. As for the means of collecting data through a questionnaire to 100 respondents from class III MTs Manahijussadat Islamic Boarding School, interviews and documentation. The results of the research hypothesis test showed that there was a positive and significant influence of intrinsic motivation on student satisfaction with a percentage of 17.8%. Second, there is a positive and significant effect of Islamic boarding school regulations on the satisfaction of students as indicated by the percentage of influence of 25.5%. Third, there is a joint positive and significant effect of intrinsic motivation and pesantren regulations on student satisfaction by 32.6%

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji perbandingan kepercayaan masyarakat Talagadi Majalengka dan masyarakat Nagoya di Jepang. Kepercayaan yang dimaksud dalampenelitian ini adalah kepercayaan yang berhubungan dengan tabu atau pamali dankepercayaan yang berhubungan dengan keberuntungan pada kedua masyarakat tersebut.Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan metode deskripstif kualitatif. Dalam memupudata digunakan metode lapangan karena peneliti terjun langsung ke masyarakat. Disamping itu, digunakan pula metode survey melalui penyebaran daftar kuesioner. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk kepercayaan yang berhubungan dengan tabu ataupamali pada masyarakat Talaga dan Nagoya meliputi kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh manusia.Adapun kepercayaan yang berhubungan dengan keberuntungan pada kedua masyarakattersebut berkaitan dengan binatang, benda, dan kegiatan manusia. Sampai saat ini baikmasyarakat Talaga maupun Nagoya masih memegang teguh kepercayaan tersebut.Kata kunci: kepercayaan, Talaga, Nagoya, deskriptif kualitatif, komparasi budaya.AbstractThe aim of this research is to review the comparison of belief between the society ofTalaga in Majalengka and the society of Nagoya in Japan. The intended belief on this study isthe one related with a taboo or pamali, and the belief correlated to luck on both societies. Inachieving the goal, this research uses a descriptive qualitative method. To get the data, thewriter uses a field method that he (/she) directly involves with the people. On the other hand,the writer also uses a survey method by distributing questioners. The result shows that the beliefcorrelated with the taboo or pamali of Talaga and Nagoya societies covers the activities doneby human. Also with the belief related to luck of both societies corresponds to animals, things,and human’s activities. Until now, either Talaga society or Nagoya’s still keeps those beliefs.Keyword: belief, Talaga, Nagoya, descriptive qualitative, cultural comparison.
