However, at the same time, the literature review shows that the percentage of teachers’ commitment to some schools in Malaysia is still at a moderate level. The causes of decreasing teacher commitment in school include one-way communication, interpersonal relationship and weak leadership style among administrators toward the organization. Therefore, this article determines to identify and discusses findings the practice of leadership multidimensional among headteachers and its relationship with teacher's commitment under the School Transformation Program 2025 (TS25). A descriptive quantitative study and involved 33 respondents from two Primary School Transformation Program 2025 (TS25) in Kuala Lipis Pahang selected through the stratified sampling technique. This study using questionnaires as a research instrument. Pearson Correlation test was used to determine the relationship between multidimensional leadership practices among headteachers with a teacher's commitment. The research finding showed that the leadership multidimensional practices among headteachers' under the School Transformation Program 2025 (TS25) were high (mean = 3.48). The research finding also showed that the level of teacher's commitment to primary schools involved in TS25 was moderate (mean = 2.72). Therefore, the findings should be extended to the primary and secondary schools of the School Transformation Program 2025 (TS25) in Malaysia to test the effectiveness of the Multidimensional Leadership among headteachers to enhance teacher commitment to the organization.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between leadership style of head teachers and pupils’ performance in Webuye West Sub County. The study adopted descriptive research design to establish the relationship between study variables. It covered 65 primary schools with a total population of 1000 teachers. In order to consider the three educational zones in the area, Krejcie and Morgan table was used to select a sample of 56 out of 65 primary schools. All the head teachers in the selected schools were part of the study sample. Further, simple random sampling technique was used to select 5 teachers from each school for the study sample, giving a total of 280 teachers. Therefore, the study sample was 336 respondents. Tools used in data collection were questionnaires for head teachers and teachers. To test reliability, test-retest method was used where a Pearson’s correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.876 was found. Chi-square was used to determine the relationship between each independent variable and the dependent variable. Data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20. The findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between performance of pupils and head teacher’s leadership skills.

This study was conducted using survey method with questionnaire as the research instrument. The findings were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software with t-Test statistic, Pearson Correlation and Regression. The results from the data analysis found that the score for the teacher commitment level and the effective teaching were high. Pearson Correlation test had shown that there was a weak correlation between teacher commitment to school and effective teaching at r = 0.304, p < 0.05. The Linear Regression test found that the teacher commitment to the school was the main factor that contributes to the effective teaching. The demographic aspects of gender were not significantly different from the teacher commitment and the effective teaching practices. This study emphasized further research to determine the factors that influence the commitment of teachers, the effectiveness of teaching practices and the appropriate methods to improve both aspects.

The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between parenting styles (authoritarian, authoritative and permissive) and Big-five personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism, conscientiousness and openness) among the students of Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan, Pakistan. For this purpose, a total number of 281 students from different faculties (Natural and social sciences) were selected through systematic sampling technique and the respondents responded to parenting authority questionnaire (PAQ) by Buri (1991) and Big-five inventory (BFI) john and Srivastava (1999). Data were analyzed by using SPSS-21 version, and Pearson correlation (r=0.01) was applied to find out the relationship, direction and consistency between predictor and criterion variable. Results indicated a directly proportional relationship between parenting styles (authoritarian, authoritative & permissive) and big five personality traits.

The research aims to empirically prove the influence of consideration leadership style on the relationship of budgeting participation to managerial performance. Contingency Theory is used as a theoretical foundation in this study. The study population was the middle-level manager (section head) at the Rural Credit Bank (BPR) in Badung Regency. The method of determining the sample is based on the slovin formula, the sample selection technique uses a probability sampling technique that is taken proportionally using simple random sampling so that 135 respondents are obtained. Data were analyzed with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the analysis show that budgetary participation has a positive effect on managerial performance and leadership style consideration reinforces the relationship between budgeting participation and managerial performance.

Method. This study was a descriptive questionnaire-based study conducted on 100 nurses working at Benghazi Medical Centre, Libya. To analyze the data (mean, standard deviation, ANOVA test were used. Furthermore, multiple regressions and Pearson correlation were used to determine whether a relationship exists between the independent and dependent variables. Result. Of 100, only 60 questionnaires were completed, giving a response rate of 60%. The findings of this study indicated that democratic was the most dominantly used in the hospital, followed by the autocratic and laissez-faire leadership styles. Whereas, the laissez-faire leadership style had a strong positive and significant impact on performance (R2= .333; P < 0.01). Conclusion. Laissez-faire leadership style positively affected nurses’ performance. Future research that might be relevant to be further explored are worth.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine empirically the effect of transformational leadership on followers’ inventiveness and organizational innovation. It studies transformational leadership and innovation at the organizational level and creativity at the individual level. Design/methodology/approach A theoretical model was created, which entailed the development of variables and hypotheses. A survey instrument was used to obtain data, through a self-completion questionnaire. The final sample was made up of 503 individuals, recruited using a random sampling technique. Findings The results showed that transformational leadership has a significant positive relationship with both followers’ creativity and organizational innovation. Furthermore, a significant positive relationship was found between followers’ creativity and organizational innovation. In addition, the relationship between transformational leadership and followers’ creativity, through the mediating role of employees’ psychological empowerment, support for innovation, workplace relationships and employee learning, was also found to be both positive and significant. However, the data showed that intrinsic motivation does not significantly affect the relationship between transformational leadership and creativity. Practical implications The study provides guidance to organizations that need to change their leadership style and approach, as well as their innovation and creativity mechanisms, at a strategic level. The resulting guidance provides organizations with insight into how they can improve the creativity of their employees through motivating, supporting and inspiring them.
