Introduction: In the Health Economy research context usually researches are assuming that the probability of the morbidity attributable to smoking is equal to the probability of the health spend attributable to smoking. Also is attributed the whole health spend because of active smokers to smoking. To solve this limitation, the authors suggested a new rate to measure the smoking economic burden by morbidity. Objective: To evaluate the feasibility from a new rate to measure the smoking economic burden by morbidity. Methods: Was made a bibliographic research to describe the estimation process from the smoking economic burden by morbidity. Were utilized as theoretical method the analysis and synthesis, the comparative and the systematization. As empiric methods were used the Principle of Multiplication and the bibliographic research. Results: The rate designed solves the limitation identified during the research about the estimation of the smoking economic burden by morbidity. Conclusion: The new rate will provide a better estimation from the smoking economic burden by morbidity. It application will may identify the role of active smokers and passive smokers in the formation of the smoking economic burden. However, it application must be agree to the supposes identified.

We give a refinement of the converse Hölder inequality for functionals using an interpolation result for Jensen’s inequality. Additionally, we obtain similar improvements of the converse of the Beckenbach inequality. We consider the converse Minkowski inequality for functionals and of its continuous form and give refinements of it. Application on integral mixed means is given.

The application of smart campuses (SC), especially at higher education institutions (HEI) in Indonesia, is very diverse, and does not yet have standards. As a result, SC practice is spread across various areas in an unstructured and uneven manner. KM is one of the critical components of SC. However, the use of KM to support SC is less clearly discussed. Most implementations and assumptions still consider the latest IT application as the SC component. As such, this study aims to identify the components of the KM model for SC. This study used a systematic literature review (SLR) technique with PRISMA procedures, an analytical hierarchy process, and expert interviews. SLR is used to identify the components of the conceptual model, and AHP is used for model priority component analysis. Interviews were used for validation and model development. The results show that KM, IoT, and big data have the highest trends. Governance, people, and smart education have the highest trends. IT is the highest priority component. The KM model for SC has five main layers grouped in phases of the system cycle. This cycle describes the organization’s intellectual ability to adapt in achieving SC indicators. The knowledge cycle at HEIs focuses on education, research, and community service.

To provide a basic quantitative mathematical model for data analysis, decision-making support, and application of information systems oriented to emergency research, this paper established an information transmission response model for school students under such system mathematically based on actual school information transmission data during COVID-19 prevention. This paper proposes an emergency information management method—a two-step emergency information management method. It can be referenced for promotion of the development of IT-based school management, enhancement of IT application in school emergency information management, and improvement of the speed and accuracy of information transmission.

Prior research has shown that digitalization is found to deliver a source of investigation for presenting organizations to redesign their business model in order to align their strategy towards digital transformation. This study examines the factors influencing digital innovation strategy in organizations and a model for digital innovation strategy in organizations is also developed . Specifically, drawing on data from 450 respondents, the researchers propose that the following variables: organizational IT application portfolio, organizational culture, organizational structure, organizational dynamic capabilities, leadership and ethics predict innovation and strategy in organizations. The researchers found that organizational culture variable contribution was the highest by collectively predicting 78.1% for digital innovation & strategy in organizations. Overall, this study contributes to the literature by providing a model for developing digital innovation strategy in organizations.

The speed of data transformation is very much needed in order to increase work and information needs. this is very much needed in all fields. especially in the industrial sector. we can use this growing technology for many things, to minimize errors and also make work easier. it is a pity if we can take advantage of existing technology but calculations and work are still done manually. therefore, in research this is designed a web-based application using php and mysql. with this application design, it is expected to be able to make work more effective and efficient. and in this sophisticated digital age, it would be better if we choose to reduce the use of paper. this can also save operational costs and a step to reduce global warming. and during a pandemic like this, it is very necessary to reduce face-to-face interactions. to reduce that interaction and make it easier to store data and search for data in making reports and calculating cost estimates, make it application design of web- based cost of goods sold and production estimation application.

Smart tourism purposes symbolize a new idea of IT application to increased competition and satisfaction of all stakeholders, including visitors as co-creators of tourism products and co-promoters of a destination. To improve the effect of smart tourism, this paper improves the common big data technology through algorithm enhancement to improve the intuitive effect of big data. We construct big data visualization technology and realize real-time online visualization of tourism data. In the spark-distributed environment, we use the conventional K clustering technique to improve the final output utilizing clustering means. The research results show that the smart tourism information system based on big data constructed in this paper can meet actual tourism information needs and user experience needs. The outcomes of the experimental results show that the proposed predictor significantly outperforms based on the improved algorithm.

This paper shows arrestingly how a corporate culture can be analyzed and visualised in a three-dimensional sphere using a repertory grid-based software. A theory that builds personal assessment criteria of individuals is leveraged through IT application to consolidate results of numerous employees and leaders. The software in this case study processed 21.114 unique graded construct-elementratings creating a comprehensive data basis which allows the visualization of an entity’s corporate culture.
