The research objective is to analyze the direct impact of leadership toward transfer knowledge and work effectiveness in Boven Digoel. Data analysis in this research is quantitative using a path analysis model (path analysis) with the help of Smart PLS Software version 3.2 .8. The research distributed questionnaires to 89 respondents of officers assigned at the secretariat office in Boven Digoel Regency. On the basis of statistical results, it was found that leadership can be said to have impacted positively and significant knowledge transfer and work effectiveness. The knowledge transfer also has a positive impact on work effectiveness.

The aims of study is to describe combination of two big theory between Socialization model of tacit-tacit transfer knowledge and appreciative inquiry approach conceptually. This research idea comes to find better ways in tacit-tacit transfer of knowledge in knowledge management theory. This research is conceptual research and the limitation is about empirical study itself. The result of conceptual paper combine the process of tacit-tacit tansfer knowledge and appreciate inquiry in mental model, creative dialogue and develop mutual trust. Appreciative inquiry as a method to increase positive sense in tranfer knowlegde can be applied in tacit-tacit transfer knowledge phase in SECI Model.

The absence of a conceptual terminology, sufficiently developed and widely accepted in the Russian literature, significantly hinders progress in the field of reproductive biology of diatoms, restricts communication and debate, prevents training and transfer of knowledge. The present work is an attempt, based on world literature and our own research experience, to summarize, systematize, add, and clarify the existing terms, concepts and definitions related to research which are focused on sex and sexual reproduction in diatoms. A glossary of key terms (more than 200, including synonyms) is provided. Terms refer to diatom reproductive biology, life cycles, fertilization, mating system, gender (including inheritance and determination of sex, as well as inheritance associated with sex). Contradictions between possible interpretations of certain terms are briefly discussed.

Achieving the desired high quality of student education is a major goal and task of the higher medical schools. Training is a very factual process involving not only learning and material facilities, but also teaching staff and motivated students. The main objective in the preparation of healthcare students is the quality practical training that modern higher education has to provide. No less important is the student's opinion on the methods and tools used in their training. For this reason, the younger generation sets its requirements in its formation as a medical specialist. The modern lecturer must skillfully pass on knowledge so that a transfer of competences from theory to practice can be successfully accomplished. The purpose: Establish the students' opinion on the quality of the learning process, allowing an effective transfer of competences from theory to practice. Materials and Methods: The analyzes in this report are from an anonymous questionnaire conducted among 145 students from the Thracian University from the professional field "Health Care" - first, second and third courses specialty "Rehabilitator therapist", "Medical Laboratory assistant", "Geriatric Care" and " Nursing "during the summer semester of the school year 2017/18. MSExcel and StatGrafics were used to process the data. Results and Discussion: To achieve effective training, it is imperative for lectures to maintain a high level of competence and constantly get acquainted with developments in medical science. Students highly appreciate as the most important qualities of the teacher's ability to maintain the interest of students "; "Attitude towards students" and its "competence". A significant percentage of those surveyed believe that the theory, in theory, finds real application in practice. The transfer of knowledge from theory to practice is a two-way information process between lecturers and students of scientific knowledge and practical skills. Finally, we can point out that the transfer of competence from theory to practice is a process influenced by a number of factors such as: the professional competencies of the academic lecturer and the clinical tutor; better collaboration between the higher medical school and the clinical base; organization of training. Maintaining the interest of the students in acquiring the medical profession is an important prerequisite for their subsequent successful realization.

In Natural Sciences (IPA) there are three aspects of learning, they arenatural sciences as product, process, and strengthening attitudes. This natural sciences learning classification found relevance with Islamic education learning in the aspect of fiqh, theseare fiqh as a product and fiqh as a process. The types of humanistlearning arelearning other than as a product, because this learning is not just transfer of knowledge without rationality, so that the lesson is not able to take part in the real life of humanity. In the context of the need for sustainable development of the national economy and joining the group of leading countries — technology suppliers, the organization of a technology transfer system, which ensures the transition of the results of innovative activities from the stage of scientific research to the stage of practical application, becomes one of the most important tools for the scientific and technological development of the country. Technology transfer is a rather complex system with a sufficient variety of participants and resources, which are the “tool of the initiative and communication plan” that promote and are necessary for continuous innovation in the modern economy. The tools and mechanisms of technology transfer are discussed in the article, a model for the implementation of international technology transfer in UkrISTEI through the Automated system for the formation of interstate information resources, the International technological platform for the technology transfer of collective use, the Interregional Office for the Transfer of Knowledge and Technologies, the Open Innovation Platform was presented; these objects are participating parts in export and import of innovative technologies and form a modern mechanism for the transfer of these technologies between countries. The process of technological transfer necessary to assess the benefits obtained as a result of technology transfer and ways to achieve these benefits has been investigated. The authors of the article presented the relevance of scientific research in the field of technological transfer, which is explained by the following reasons: effective organization of the technology transfer process contributes to an increase in the implementation of state innovation programs in relation to the modernization and innovation of the real economy; technology transfer facilitates the continuous movement of research and development results (projects) into the industrial sector of the economy; the efficiency of technological transfer makes it possible to accelerate the formation of scientific, technological and industrial ties, as well as to strengthen the position of national production in the world market of science-intensive developments.

The availability and use of e-learning resources in the acquisition and transfer of knowledge have been observed as a steering agent that facilitates the realization of major educational benefits in a developing economy. This study investigated the availability, accessibility, and use of e-learning tools by undergraduate students in the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, including the challenges limiting the full exploitation of e-learning resources for optimal usage and efficient e-service delivery. The methodology adopted for this research was purely survey design using the questionnaire approach as the main instrument for data collection. From the findings, limited availability, accessibility and usage of e-learning resources by the undergraduate students were revealed. The findings further showed that the major challenges hindering the effective use of e-learning resources amongst University of Ilorin students include lack of sophisticated e-learning resources such as teleconferencing, video conferencing, virtual classroom among others and high cost in the procurement of facilities that support e-learning. Based on these findings, recommendations are made towards addressing the challenges encountered by students in the utilization of e-learning resources in higher institutions of learning.

The problem of transformation of data on the reliability of chemical equipment obtained in particular conditions to other equipment in other conditions is treated. A fuzzy clustering algorithm is defined for this problem. The method is illustrated on a case study.
