Abstract: This article discusses the learning process in primary education. The ways of using information technologies in school on the subject of mathematics are studied. Mathematics lessons with the use of new computer technologies in teaching and learning makes it possible to improve the activity of self-knowledge during the academic process, which leads to an increase in the interest of students in mathematics and increases the possibility of improving the perception of educational material. Key words: Information technology, educational process, educational tool, education, mathematics subject, teacher, student.

Currently, the process of digitalization of society has accelerated due to restrictions related to coronovirus. Nevertheless, the activity of citizens in solving issues related to the influence on decision-making on the development of territories is becoming more and more. New technologies are emerging that allow these manifestations of the active position of citizens. Information technology is increasingly entering our lives. The problem arises as the most effective use of digitalization processes for the development of regions and economic growth. Participation of the population in the development of strategic initiatives. The creation of the concept of "smart city," or "smart city," has become a necessary measure to solve a set of problems associated with an almost exhausted form of management of urban and municipal services, which today do not meet modern requirements for logistics, safety and ecology.

A rapidly changing market environment is forcing contemporary organizations to continually adapt themselves. This causes the need for organizational structures, processes as well as their supporting information systems (IS) to adapt accordingly. Nevertheless it is striking to note that few value management practices explicitly incorporate evolvability as an important criterion for their evaluation of information technology dependent strategic initiatives (ITDSI). In this paper, the authors try to make a contribution regarding this issue. They explore some possibilities for assessing the evolvability of an information technology (IT) application. In addition, a set of five specific management guidelines is proposed to guide organizations, which are willing to address this issue, in their efforts. This should enable an organization to more easily select and deploy evolvable information systems, enhance its overall alignment with its environment and obtain a competitive advantage. The relevance of our approach is demonstrated by showing how it fits within the enterprise goals, IT goals and enabling practices as defined by the COBIT framework.

The aim of this study is to investigate firms’ strategies for developing and diffusing technology standards while maintaining a consensus with competitors in their industry. We conducted a case study of information technology (IT) standardization and analysed how Google drives the development and diffusion of HTML5 standards. Accordingly, this study sheds light on two strategic initiatives and two relational practices of standard development and diffusion. Adopting the technologies developed by other firms and forming alliances with other browser vendors are key to influencing the standardization process. Additionally, by building partnerships with developer communities, Google has accelerated the development and diffusion of the HTML5 standards. The mechanisms behind Google’s standardization strategies are also discussed.
