Many healthcare organizations are exposed to various cyber threats. The increase in the frequency of these cyber threats can also be observed during the Covid-19 pandemic. The security of information systems in hospitals and their management is also not part of the management of facilities in these organizations. The paper presents the possibilities of securing facility management processes in healthcare organizations from a security point of view. There is an analysis of security aspects of a particular medical facility and its information system with emphasis on the application of regular facility management. Analysis and evaluation of tools for ensuring the security of the hospital information network is also applied. The contribution of the paper is the identification and expression of the correlation between cyber threats and the following modules of the information system in the medical facility. Another part of the proven research compares safety mechanisms and their possible failure in a selected hospital. The main research results, which are based on the evaluation of safety aspects in these organizations, can be further used as a platform for the effectiveness of processes in healthcare and thus increase synergies between safety levels and ensure facility management processes

The classification of regional electronic information resources is given. The main type of interaction between the subjects and objects of regional management is defined - interaction through electronic information resources. The main factors hindering the digital transformation of the Voronezh region are highlighted. The models of digital transition for different regions are given. Formed proposals for the digital transformation of the Voronezh region. The necessity of creating a single digital platform - an information-analytical model of the region, through which studies of the interdisciplinary nature of factors directly or indirectly affecting the socio-economic development of the territory can be carried out. A key mechanism in the work of the platform is proposed - a dynamic feedback loop applied at any level of regional management from an urban facility to a single community or individual consumer.

Patient safety is a system that makes patient care safer, including risk assessment, identificationand management of patient risks, incident reporting and analysis, the ability to learn from incidents andtheir follow-up, and implementation of solutions to minimize risks and prevent injury caused by errors.the result of carrying out an action or not taking the action that should be taken The importance of riskmanagement in the hospital is to minimize the number of unwanted events. Based on a preliminary studyof five medical record processing at the Dr Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri Regional Hospital, thebigger risk is filing, in the medical record unit there is no standard risk management operationalprocedure and there is no report related to risk management. This type of research is descriptive with across sectional approach. The subjects are the Facility Management and Safety coordinator, head ofmedical records, and head of filing. The object of the filing room and the risk management process. Theresearch instruments were observation guidelines and interview guidelines. Data analysis was carriedout by univariate. The results show that risk management at Dr Soediran Mangun Soemarso WonogiriHospital has been carried out. Safety Facility Management is a working group to plan risk managementin each unit. The medical record unit of Dr Soediran Mangun Soemarso Wonogiri Hospital implementsrisk management with an appropriate sequence of risk management processes starting fromcommunication consultation, scope of context criteria, risk assessment, risk treatment, monitoring andreview. In the filing section of the Dr Soediran Mangun Soemarso Wonogiri Regional Hospital, there isone important stage that is overlooked in the risk management process, namely the scope, context, andcriteria stages. The conclusion of this study is that the Facility and Safety Management section hasimplemented a risk management process in the medical record unit but has not been maximallyimplemented in the filing section.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is mainly used for the design and construction of new buildings. However, one of the main challenges facing BIM adoption for existing or old buildings constructed without consideration for their modeling is obtaining raw and accurate building data and converting it to the BIM model. Based on this challenge, this study develops a framework that uses different data capture techniques for existing buildings, then transforms this captured data into 3D BIM models through which it can improve its management processes as facilities during their service life. Specifically, 3D laser scanning techniques were used to capture indoor building data, while drones equipped with high-definition cameras (UAV) were used to capture outdoor building data such as geometric dimensions, material shapes, surfaces and various shapes. Then the captured data was converted into a high-resolution 3D model. This has been verified the accuracy of this engineering model by converting the two-dimensional engineering plans to three-dimensional through the well-known engineering design tools. Moreover, the 3D model has been integrated with the Web Based Building Management System (BMS) platform. This research framework helps in developing engineering facility management processes and modern digital transformation processes that aim at speeding up facility management during their service period using modern technologies. This study aims to develop current knowledge in the construction industry and facility management by reviewing a comprehensive understanding of how to use modern technologies to obtain various information to develop BIM models for existing and non-modeled buildings in order to exploit and integrate them with advanced facility management systems and platforms, which constitutes a major progress in this field allowing to save a lot of effort and money in the future.

This paper highlights on the process of optimizing a SICK PLS 101 laser scanner sensor to collect 3D data of building interiors. The sensor, which is an industrial-based, is used to perform tasks like inspection, metrology and safety. 3D modelling of building interiors has gained a lot of interest recently, and the model can be used as the 3D as-built and assist facility management processes, as well as for preserving and conservation of old important buildings. On the other hand, not all sensors are capable of generating suitable data that can be used to produce the 3D model. LIDAR for example, is the preferred sensor in collecting interior data, but is prohibitive to some due to its cost. In addition to that, it usually comes with its own programme to collect the data, which can lead towards standardization issues. Other system like stereo vision can also be used; however it has limitations when handling occlusion and clutter while capturing in-use interior data. Thus, utilizing a SICK PLS 101 laser scanner to collect 3D interior data will provide a low cost solution in producing 3D interior models. The laser sensor can only scan in 2D for 180° horizontal area, yet by installing a servo motor, it is able to scan a hemispherical area in one operation. The overall system is sufficient to gather 3D data of a building interior – it can handle occlusions and clutter within an interior, is able to produce a standard ASCII file as well as generating output with adequate resolution, which can also solve the issues of standardization and the massive datasets created by LIDAR. As a conclusion, by optimizing a SICK PLS 101 laser scanner, we are able to produce a low cost, low level solution to gather 3D data of building interiors. Due to the restriction in cost and features of other sensors, the capability to utilize this sensor is appreciated.

Abstract. This quasi-experimental study examined the effects of exposure to a computer game on arousal and subsequent task performance. After inducing a state of low arousal, participants were assigned to experimental or control conditions via self-selection. Members of the experimental group played a computer game for five minutes; subjects in the control group spent the same amount of time awaiting further instructions. Participants who were exposed to the computer game showed significantly higher levels of arousal and performed significantly better on a subsequent cognitive task. The pattern of results was not influenced by the participants' prior experience with the game. The findings indicate that mood-management processes associated with personal media use at the workplace go beyond the alteration of arousal and affect subsequent cognitive performance.
