The method of presowing and foliar treatment of spring wheat crops with various growthregulating preparations should be referred to a number of promising techniques that provide increased productivity and quality of crop production. The conducted studies have shown that the highest values of germination energy and laboratory germination during presowing treatment of seeds with experimental preparations were found in the option Megamix-zinc. The use of various modifications of the Megamix preparation for presowing seed inoculation contributes to an increase in the field germination of the experimental crop according to all options, depending on the year of the study. On average, over the years of the research, the used modifications of the Megamix preparation and their combination with mineral fertilizers contribute to an increase in productivity by 0.51–3.23 kg/ha, the best result over control is ensured by the use of the Megamix-zinc modification compared to complex sulfur-containing mineral fertilizers, which is 11.83 %. Thus, the use of experimental preparations and their combinations with complex mineral fertilizers has a positive effect on production processes which ultimately contributes to an increase in the productivity of spring wheat.

Experiments were conducted in 2008.2015 in Kirov region. Effectiveness of liming, input of nitric (N90 kg/ha of acting matter) and increasing dozes of phosphoric fertilizers (50, 100, 150, and 200 kg/ha of acting matter) in complex with nitric-potassium fertilizers (90 kg/ha of acting matter each) on agronomical parameters of soil, productivity and grain quality of winter rye, spring wheat and oat was studied on stationary field experiment. In variant without liming and fertilizing significant acidification of soil was taken place (pH 3.9, Al 9.5 mg/100 g of soil) in compare with initial values (pH 4.5...4.7). Inputting N90P100-200K90 leads to increase in exchangeable and hydrolytic acidity, content of mobile aluminum (up to 13.6.15.4 mg/100 g, and phosphorus (up to 156.209 mg/kg on non-liming and 147.248 mg/kg on liming backgrounds at phosphorus concentration in soil solution 0.56.0.68 and 0.75.1.39 mg/l correspondingly). On the liming-free background, productivity of winter rye was in average 1.92, oat - 3.90, and wheat - 2.26 t/ha; liming increased productivity on 15.27, 13.29, and 16.32% correspondingly. Nitric fertilizers had significant influence in forming of addition yield. In variant N90 on the liming background 1.15 t/ha of winter rye grain, 1.6 t/ha of oat, and 0.78 t/ ha of wheat was gathered additionally and the highest recoupment of fertilezers with grain (12.6, 17.8, and 8.7 kg) was reached. Maximal levels in productivity of cereals obtained in variants with NPK input; tendency to increase in productivity because of increasing dozes of super-phosphate is marked on liming-free background. Nitric fertilizers significantly influenced on content of nitrogen, raw protein and gluten in spring wheat grain; correlation is marked between spring wheat productivity and content of raw protein (r = 0.79) and gluten (r = 0.78) in grain. Test weight of all crops was higher then basic norm independent on fertilizers input.

In the course of the research, the effect of dressing oil flax seeds (varieties VNIIMK 620 and Rucheyok) with an insect-fungicidal tank mixture on the preservation of crops from diseases and a complex of phytophages (in particular, flax flea beetles), and an increase in seed yield was revealed.  The presented agrotechnical and protective measures aimed at reducing the degree of infection and spread of fusarium (Fusarium lini Boll and Fusarium spp.) of the number of flax fleas (Aphthona, family Chrysomelidae).  The introduction of well-grounded methods of using fertilizers contributes not only to the growth and development of crops, increasing yields and quality of seeds, but also contributes to the preservation of soil fertility.  Presowing treatment of flax seeds with an insect-fungicidal tank mixture, followed by the introduction of mineral fertilizers N60P30K30 for cultivation, not only created a better protection of crops from disease and a decrease in the damage to the crop by infection in seeds, but also had a positive effect on seed yield.

Цель исследования оценить эффективность влияния обработки семян в электрическом поле на продуктивность и качество сельскохозяйственных культур. Для проверки эффективности данного приёма в 2015 году был заложен трёхфакторный полевой опыт с яровой пшеницей сорта Дарья на опытном поле научноисследовательской лаборатории ресурсосберегающих технологий в земледелии Ярославской ГСХА (Ярославский район, д. Бекренево) на дерновоподзолистой среднесуглинистой почве. Предпосевная обработка семян проводилась на ленточном электрическом многослойном стимуляторе семян (ЛЭМС). По результатам проведённого исследования установлено положительное действие обработки семян яровой пшеницы в электрическом поле на следующие показатели: полевую всхожесть (увеличение на 2,5), продуктивную кустистость (увеличение на 3,2), среднюю высоту растений (увеличение на 3), площадь листовой поверхности растений (увеличение на 11,3), биологическую урожайность зерна яровой пшеницы (увеличилась на 34).The purpose of the research is to evaluate the effectiveness of seed treatment in electric field on the productivity and quality of crops. To test the effectiveness of this method in 2015 threefactor field trial was laid with spring wheat of the Daria variety on the experimental field of the Scientific Research Laboratory of resourcesaving technologies in agriculture of the Yaroslavl State Agricultural Academy (Yaroslavl District, Bekrenevo Village) on soddy podzolic medium loamy soil. Presowing treatment of seeds was carried out on a tape electrical multilayer seed stimulator (TEMSS). According to the results of the carried research a positive effect of treatment of spring wheat seeds in electric field for the following indicators was established: field emergence (an increase of 2.5), productive tilling capacity (an increase of 3.2), average plant height (an increase of 3), leaf area of plants (an increase of 11.3), biological yield of spring wheat grain (increased by 34).

The article considers the effect of increasing doses and various combinations of mineral fertilizers applied to the cover crop on the yield and quality of a mixture of perennial grasses of two - years use, as well as the effect of fertilizers on the agrochemical parameters of sod-podzolic light loamy soil. The objects of the study were Stodolich meadow clover and Leningradskaya 204 meadow timothy grass. The studies were carried out in two crop rotations - with standard and reduced single doses of mineral fertilizers. The research results showed that in the years (VIII rotation) when the unit dose of fertilizers was increased to N20P20K25, the yield of perennial grasses was higher compared to the harvest in the VII rotation. The most appropriate dose in the VII rotation on perennial grasses of the 1st year was N30P30K45, on grasses of the 2nd year - doses of N30P30K45 and N40P40K60. In the VIII rotation, the highest yield of perennial grasses of the 1st year of use was obtained at a dose of N160P160K200 (8.4 t / ha), of grasses of the 2nd year of use at doses of N80P80K100 and N100P100K125 (6.5 t / ha). Positive effect of increasing doses of mineral fertilizers on the content of soil organic matter has been noted. On the contrary, the soil acidity increased from 4.7 to 4.3 units with an increase of mineral doses. Higher doses of fertilizers increased the content of mobile forms of phosphorus and potassium in the soil.

Without knowing the main quality indicators of agricultural products, it is impossible to draw conclusions about the effectiveness of this or that agro-technical measure. One of the factors influencing the quality of sugar beet and watermelon is the effective application of fertilizers. Fertilizers increase the quality indicators of the product along with its expansion. From this point of view, the effect of organic and mineral fertilizers on the quality indicators of sugar beet and watermelon product in the meadow-gray soils of Mugan-Salyan region was studied. The combined application of organic and mineral fertilizers had a positive effect on the quality indicators of sugar beet and watermelon. The results of studying the influence of various biological and mineral fertilizers: Phytop 8.67, Agrofit-humate-B (BKG «AFG-B”) – on the growth and development of plants, as well as the yield and quality of kiwano fruits of the Green Dragon variety are presented. During the study, phenological and morphological observations, accounting and evaluation of the quality of the obtained fruits, analysis of the chemical composition of the fruits were carried out. The obtained data confirmed the positive effect of the use of biological preparations on the structure and quality of the resulting crop of kiwano, which will allow us to recommend this crop for cultivation in the territory of the Novosibirsk region, using experimentally proven methods and norms of fertilizer application during the growing season of plants.

Mixtures of two or three spring wheat cultivars (Tähti/Kadett; Tähti/Kadett/ Tapio) were grown on experimental plots and the resulting crops were analyzed by selected procedures to indicate breadmaking quality. The quality tests included tests on the protein content, sedimentation values and rheological properties of doughs. Comparisons between mixtures and the means of pure components did not show any definite variations in terms of major quality characteristics. The quality of mixtures appears to be predictable from the performance of the pure components. The present study suggests that mixtures give equal quality compared with pure stands.

Economic growth should be directed in order to increase incomes and overcome economic disparities and social inequalities and also supported by an increase in productivity and efficiency and quality of human resources. Batik industry is one branch of the clothing and leather industry. One of the branches would observed by the author is a small batik industry, because batik is a traditional folk craft, which is one characteristic of Indonesian country and leather clothing industry branches that have a level of development prospective. This study aims to find out the factors wich affect the income of Small Batik Industry at West Pakandangan Village. Bluto sub district, Sumenep districts This study uses multiple linier regression analysis with primary data. The result show that the variable of capital (X1)significant positive effect of  0,000, labor (X2) significant positive effect of 0,001, total production (X3) significant positive effect of 0,055 and pattern share(X4) significant positive effect of 0,000 has simultaneously positive effect and significant to income. For individual, capital variable has no effect and significant at the income of Small Batik Industry at West Pakandangan Village. Bluto sub district, Sumenep districts

In Russia for the last 20 years the park of farm vehicles was repeatedly reduced and security of crop production with the soil-cultivating equipment and tractors has significantly worsened. Despite reduction of arable land more than on 40 million hectares, the number of cars on 1000 hectares during the present period are many times lower, than at the countries with the developed agriculture, including in Belarus. The main reasons for reduction of the area of the cultivated arable land, need of their elimination, including due to multiple increase and high-quality improvement of the machine park are specified. The analysis of current trends of development of tillage machines is carried out and the factors influencing this process are shown. The major requirements are increase in productivity due to increase in width of hijacking of cars and power of tractors, ensuring adaptability of cars to agrotechnical requirements due to use of replaceable working bodies and adapters, means of the automated control of quality of work and, in the long term, aggregation with the pilotless power means equipped with GLONASS systems. Types and the predicted need for priority tillage machines taking into account broader performance of pochvovlagosberegayushchy technologies, increases in arable land due to development of 20 million hectares of deposits and updating of the tractor park with his saturation by powerful enegosredstvo are given.

Annotation: Influence of mineral fertilizers on aubergine plant together with organic fertilizers has been studied in the irrigated grey-brown soils of Absheron. According to the results of our research on the irrigated grey-brown soils of Absheron, it can be said that organic and mineral fertilizers had a positive effect on the productivity and quality indicators of aubergine plant. Especially in the variant of N75P75K90 + 5t/ha, the results were higher than in other variants.
