The textbook deals with theoretical and methodological issues of inclusive education of children with visual impairments. Clinical, psychological and pedagogical characteristics of preschool children with visual impairments are given. The features of the organization of the subject-spatial environment, the correctional orientation of general education classes are shown. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation. In the article the urgency of introduction of the Federal state educational standard (GEF) basic General education, are the main characteristics of this new generation standard: the emphasis in education; inter-personal, meta (cognitive, communicative, regulatory universal learning activities) and substantive results. An attempt is made to analyze the shortcomings of the old format of education and the benefits of the standard of the second generation, and also lists the problems of implementation of this standard in basic school and possible ways of their solution. We discuss the means and methods of public education in ethnic socialization of modern school students. We reveal the subject and objectives of ethnopedagogics, disclose the possibility of such means of public education as verbal actions (proverbs, songs, tales, legends, traditions), traditional folk games, folklore, customs, traditions, etc. We show that the positive experience gained by folk pedagogy is insufficiently used in modern practice of educational institutions. We emphasize that the transition to the new federal state educational standards of general education will create conditions for ethnic and cultural education of schoolchildren through the organization of extracurricular activities on the basis of national traditions and values of Russian and world culture. The analysis provides a basis for concluding that the it is necessary to allocate the value bases of the folk experience of children socialization, suitable for the present time, and the implementation of the best achievements of folk pedagogy in the practice of modern educational institutions.

The article discusses the idea of integrating children with disabilities into traditional education classes. The main mechanisms for designing a lesson in an inclusive education are considered. Concrete methodological developments of inclusive lessons of mathematics, the Russian language, and the World-Around-Us lessons for pupils of first, second and third grades are given that meet the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education for Students with Disabilities. Recommendations are given to teachers working with children who have a mental retardation.

The article describes the difficulties in the formation of a number of universal educational actions in younger schoolchildren, such as semantic reading, analysis of visual (pictorial) information when mastering the historical material of the course "The World Around". The informational function of a textbook on the subject "The World Around" is considered as the main means of teaching, contributing to the formation of systematized historical ideas among junior schoolchildren. The possibilities of improving the cognitive activity of students in the process of working with textual and visual information of historical content presented in the textbook are revealed, which has a direct impact on the successful acquisition of metasubject skills by primary schoolchildren, stated in the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education for learning outcomes.

The educational and methodological manual reflects the theoretical aspects of the basics of designing innovative pedagogical technologies. The series of publications was prepared on the basis of a teaching manual addressed to 10th grade schoolchildren of schools studying the integrative course “Social Studies” (section “Man and Society”), and is a set of materials for independent work. An experience practice of St. Petersburg’s lyceum No. 265 on maintaining pupil’s portfolio as one of essential means for assessment of junior schoolchild achievements is revealed in this paper. The special attention is paid to representation of education results connected with achievements of personal, meta subject and subject planned results in the light of the Federal State Educational Standard for the primary general education of the second generation. The presented analysis of portfolio’s content and sections can give practical help to employees of educational institutions.
