Implementation of guidance and counselling services in schools requires School Guidance and Counselling Teachers (SGCT) to provide this services to all students, whether the mainstream students or Special Needs Students (SNT), as outlined in the Buku Rekod Perkhidmatan Bimbingan dan Kaunseling (Guidance and Counselling Services Record Book). This situation has challenged SGCT especially in meeting the specific needs of SNT. This raises questions regarding the involvement of SGCT in providing guidance and counselling services especially to SNT as well as challenges faced in implementing such services. Therefore, a qualitative study has been conducted to answer the questions. This study involved six SGCT who serve in schools that adopt the Integrated Special Education Program or the Inclusive Education Program. Semi-structured interview questions have been used to obtain relevant information. The finding of this study shows that there are direct and indirect SGCT's involvements with SNT. While the challenges that GBKS face in carrying out guidance and counselling services are divided into three themes, namely the challenges characterized by SGCT, challenges characterized by SNT and challenges characterized by the Organization. The findings of this study can provide information on the implementation of guidance and counselling services to SNT and can be used as an improvement of the existing guidelines to increase the involvement of SGCT in providing guidance and counselling services especially to SNT.

This literature review relates to the following aspects of reflection: the definition of reflection, the process of reflection, strategies in reflection, content of reflection, barriers to reflection, and advantages of reflection. The second part of this paper presents an investigation into the perceptions of a small sample of English language educators and supervisors, through personal interviews with 9 teachers and 3 supervisors from one higher education institution and other educational institutions in the United Arab Emirates. The findings of the investigation are analyzed with respect to the dimensions that appear in the literature review. These findings show that the teachers do have some knowledge of reflection. They reveal that the teachers: attitudes towards reflection and its applicability in the teaching and learning process is largely positive, mixed with some degree of skepticism. Teachers agree that reflection is useful, but many seem uncertain about how it can be applied in their situation. In some cases the interviewees seemed to be more concerned about the technicalities of their job, making collaborative reflection appear less of a priority.

The task of teaching and learning English as a foreign language is not an easy task as there are many factors that may contribute positively or negatively to its success. In the context of this study, most school-leavers have very poor English, especially when looking at their oral skills. This indicates that there are some problems that EFL learning and teaching encounter, and then such problems are reflected in students’ proficiency level. This study, therefore, explored the problems encountering EFL teaching and learning in Lahj primary and secondary schools to identify such problems and suggest some solutions that may help in improving English language teaching and learning in the concerned schools. Data were collected from 32 EFL senior teachers and supervisors of Lahj governorate. Findings showed that large classes, lack of teaching aids, teachers’ low proficiency in English, teachers’ limited experience with communicative language teaching, late beginning of learning English, lack of focus on oral communicative English, use of mother tongue in classroom, students’ low motivation and interference between English and Arabic are considered as major problems encountering English language teaching and learning in the concerned South Yemeni schools and contribute negatively to students’ proficiency level. Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the implementation of inclusive education programs. The method used is a qualitative analysis that is describing and interpreting data from each component evaluated using the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data sources in this study include the principal, principal teacher, special assistant teacher (GPK), school committee, parents of students and special needs students. Data collection is done by interview, observation, document study and documentation. The findings in the context component show that the legal basis for implementing inclusive education is in accordance with the prevailing Education System Law in Indonesia. The objectives of inclusive education are in accordance with the established formula. The findings of the input component show that there are quite a number of ABK inputs in school with a variety of types of disability in accordance with the Inclusive Education Law. However, the SDM component especially GPK and infrastructure still need attention to improve and complete it. The findings of the process component show that the process of student acceptance, teaching and learning activities and student assessment have adjusted to the applicable regulations. But there are still students who are not supposed to go to an inclusive school to study at the school. The findings of the product component indicate that there are achievements achieved by inclusive students and the positive impact of implementing inclusive education. This research provides recommendations for the government and schools implementing inclusive education to continue implementing the program and continue to communicate and collaborate with institutions and several related parties in carrying out inclusive education programs to be more optimal.Key Words: Program Evaluation, Inclusive Education, CIPP Model Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi program pendidikan inklusif.
