Abstract: The increasingly tight competition especially in the field of service in hospital business where everyone is tying for maintain their existence within the scope of the organization. The focus of this research was to analyze the direct and indirect influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, and the role of OCB as the mediator of job satisfaction on the performance of RSI Aisyiyah Malang employees. The approach used in this research was quantitative approach.The sample collection technique used was simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 61 employees of RSI Aisyiyah Malang nurses. Data collection was using questionnaires, while data analysis was done by using path analysis. The results showed that 1) there was a direct effect of job satisfaction on employee performance of RSI Aisyiyah Malang nurses. This meant that the performance of RSI Aisyiyah nurses was better if job satisfaction felt by the nurses was better too. 2) there was indirect effect of job satisfaction on employee performance of RSI Aisyiyah Malang. 3) OCB mediated the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance of RSI Aisyiyah Malang.   Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior

The era of globalization is one of the driving factors for a change in an organization. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, analyze the influence of transformational leadership and job satisfaction on OCB and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on OCB employees of PBF PT Banyumas. Samples were determined as many as 39 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to PBF employees. PT. Banyumas and analyzed using calculative descriptive statistics and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and path analysis. The results of data analysis show that transformational leadership variables have a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction and transformational leadership variables have a positive effect on OCB, job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect in mediating partially the effect of transformational leadership on OCB at PT Banyumas PBF. The  purpose  of  this  study  is : 1) To  know  the description of job satisfaction and the leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Study at PT Ide Jaya Kreasindo) 2) To know  the  effect  of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior 3) To know  the  effect  of the leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior 4) To  know  the  effect  of job satisfaction and the leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously. Research methods using simple random sampling. Sampling technique using simple random sampling technique and of questionnaires of 77 observations from PT Ide Jaya Kreasindo’s employees using SPSS 16.0.The empirical result shows that job satisfaction and the leadership style has positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. This study aims to investigate the role of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance through perception of justice and job satisfaction of employees. Sample for the present study consisted of 309 employees working in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) of Central Java. Result of regression analysis indicated that perception of justice was positively and significantly related to job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), whereas job satisfaction was found to be related positively and significantly with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Then, also perception of justice, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) were found to be related positively and significantly with employee performance. Based on these results, it can be interpreted that perception of justice, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) are valuable components of an organization. These components can become important factors to improve employee and organizational performance. Theoretical and practical implications of the result are discussed.

The current Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in many hospitals in the world experiencing difficulties both in terms of management and infrastructure in providing services because the number of patients has increased in a short time. The human aspect has a significant role in hospitals, with the characteristics of various ages, education levels, position levels, and length of work. Menteng Mitra Afia General Hospital (MMA GH) is one of 144 hospitals in Jakarta that accepts COVID-19 patients and has had significant changes in terms of service and management. In this study, the authors succeeded in analyzing the influence of work motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and their impact on employee performance at MMA GH during the COVID 19 pandemic. Sampling method with a total sampling of 121 respondents from the population of employees who returned the questionnaire. The technical data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modeling, where the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 program. From the results of data analysis, it was found that work motivation has the most significant loading factor in its influence on OCB and employee performance, followed by Job Satisfaction and Work Environment. The conclusions that can be drawn from the results of data analysis and discussion are as follows: (1) Work Motivation has an effect on OCB (2) Work Environment has no effect on OCB (3) Job Satisfaction has an effect on OCB (4) Work motivation has an effect on Employee Performance (5) OCB has an effect on Employee Performance (6) Job Satisfaction has an effect on Employee Performance at MMA GH.

<p>This study analyzes the effect of knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediating by empowerment. The research data was collected by a questionnaire through the survey methods toward 375 teachers. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics. The results show that knowledge management had a significant effect on OCB mediating by empowerment. Thus, the teacher’s OCB can be improved through knowledge management and empowerment. This finding can be discussed as a reference among researchers and practitioners to develop better models of OCB in the future and various contexts of organizations.</p>

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the performance at the BANK BPD DIY Senopati branch office. The method in this research is accidental sampling. The analytical method used is the classical assumption test, t-test and Sobel test. Based on the research results, it is known that commitment has a significant positive effect on OCB, compensation has a significant effect on OCB, and satisfaction does not affect OCB, while commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant positive effect on performance, job satisfaction has no effect on performance. OCB has a positive effect on employee performance. commitment has a significant positive effect on performance with the OCB variable as an intervening variable, compensation has a significant effect on performance with OCB as an internal variable has no significant effect on performance through OCB As an intervening variable and job satisfaction It is expected that this research can be used to measure commitment, compensation, and employee satisfaction as well as OCB on employee performance behavior
