Abstract The protection of intellectual property represents a key factor for the establishment of the particular rights of the scientific sector, and the clear record of the technological development of a country. The protection strategies of industrial property and copyright are relevant to maintain control of knowledge management, confidentiality during its development and the security of exclusivity in research activities. The relationship between colleagues to present a paper should be trustworthy, however plagiarism is one of the main concerns of researchers when they have to disclose their work where experts in the field are generally present. The objective of this research was to identify the reasons why researchers do not usually protect their scientific works, and through the application of a survey it is described that it is due to the lack of knowledge in the area of protection of intellectual property. It is concluded that it is important to propose the generation of knowledge to researchers about the advantages of implementing a process to protect their works for a relationship of trust with colleagues and students. Keywords: copyright, scientific work, intellectual property, research. JEL Codes: K11 Received: 30/07/2020.  Accepted: 20/02/2021.  Published: 01/06/2021.

The concept of civilisation is a controversial one because it is unavoidably normative in its implications. Its historical associations with the effort of Western imperialism to impose substantive conditions of life have made it difficult for contemporary liberalism to find a definition of “civilization” that can be reconciled with progressive discourse that seeks to avoid exclusions of various kinds. But because we lack a way of identifying what is peculiar to the relationship of civilisation that avoids the problem of domination, it has tended to be conflated with other ideas. Taking Samuel Huntington's idea of a “Clash of Civilisations” as a starting point, this article argues that we suffer from a widespread confusion of civilisation with “culture,” and that we also confuse it with other ideas including modernity and technological development. Drawing on Thomas Hobbes, the essay proposes an alternative definition of civilisation as the existence of limits on how we may treat others.

The article provides information on the report of F. V. Kiparisov, kept in the Archives of the Russian Academy of Sciences, "The Subject and Method of Archeology" and discussions on the report at the meeting of the Institute of History of the Communist Academy, dated November 29, 1931. The aim of the work was to introduce an unpublished archival source into scientific circulation on the history of archeology. As a result of studying the document, some conclusions can be drawn: the main advantage of the scientific work of F. V. Kiparisov, in our opinion, is an attempt to determine the place of archeology in historical science as an auxiliary scientific discipline. The scientist assigned a special place to material sources in the study of thehistorical development of society. At the same time, the report did not touch upon the questions of the methods of archeology, stated in the title of the speech. As for the relationship of archeology with the history of material culture, the differences between them were not convincing enough by the speaker. During the discussion on the report, scientists of the Institute of History criticized the position of the speaker both on issues of archeology and on the history of material cultures. The information provided will expand the source base on the history of archeology and can be used for research and educational purposes.

The relationship of Semantic Similarity of an Object as a Function of the Context (SSOFC) being the key factor in data integration is investigated. The SSOFC is a context-based system, which exploits the context of an object by utilizing the semantic similarity involved, in order to reconcile bottleneck conflicts (semantic) standing in the way of interoperability acquisition in heterogeneous systems. SSOFC is further re-enforced with the agents to equip architectural intelligence and facilitate the cooperative tasks, such as the versatility to pass, share, communicate, liaise, and negotiate the information among the architectural components in a human way. The SSOFC operates in semantic and schematic spaces that are linked with a projection facilitated by cooperative agents. In the Semantic Space, the semantic proximity (semPro) through its first component context captures the real world semantics from the local heterogeneous sources. Meanwhile, in Structural Space, the schema correspondences are paramount in order to capture structural similarities in an algebraic or mathematical formalism for reasoning and manipulation on the computer.

Transferring plays an important role between different lines of urban rail transport and routine public transit. The convenience of a transfer station not only directly affects the efficiency of the whole traffic network, but also is a key factor that influences travel convenience. Based on GIS, through the study of the convenience at the 16 subway transfer stations in Beijing, the article tries to find the relationship of the evaluations on the transferring between metro-metro and metro-bus. Finally, by further clustering analysis on the spatial distributions of the transferring evaluations, this article reveals the existing problems of the layout of transfer stations and proposes several effective suggestions and countermeasures for them.

The intimate, though as yet imperfectly understood, causal relation-ship between scientific and technological development and the economic growth in industrially advanced countries over the past 30 years has been investigated and refined over a number of years, and attempts have been made to quantify the relationship. Although a strong scientific and technological (S & T) base does not by itself guarantee rapid economic growth, most observers consider it to be a necessary prerequisite, after a certain level of development has been reached. One of the main ways that S & T act on the economic system is by the generation of new knowledge through research activities and the application of this in production. Such application often results in new products and processes which are grouped under the term “technological innovations.” The innovation process is usually defined as “the technical, industrial and commercial steps which lead to the successful marketing of new manufactured products and/or to the commercial use of technically new processes or equipment.”

Therise of export revenues in Turkey in the recent years, have been possible to come up with factors that effecting export at the same time and in a positive way. In addition to many studies that aimed which factors effect therise of export revenues and its direction, in this study, exportand the rights of intellectual property, in particular the causality relation of the rights of industrial property were investigated. Some of the industrial property rights of Industrial Design, Utility Model, Trade Mark and Patent aplicant numbers are used as a data set in the analysis in order to investigate this effect quantitatively. Toda-Yamamoto casuality process that particularly gives successful results in the small sample sets is used to reveal the existence of the relationship that mentioned. According to results by obtaining from analysis, while a causal relation was determined from industrial designs and aplicant number of utility models to export, bidirectional causality relation was identified between trademark applications and patent applications and export. This results reveal the importance of protection of intellectual property rights in a beterway to ensure more export growth.

The article discusses the fact that when studying the content, nature and types of modern relations, ignorance of the main historical stages of their development leads to many difficulties. The main goal of the author is to determine the foundations of indirect communication between people according to the views expressed in the works of the thinkers of the Turkic world and Kazakh scientists. The article considers the scientist as a developer of new knowledge that unites the past and the future, revives the material and spiritual culture, and analyzes his individuality, assessing the period after his death. Determine its impact on the work of the next generation of scientists; A scientist has three different characteristics: the definition of the field in which his scientific work is applied in practice, and the relationship of his scientific heritage at different stages. As a result, the future creativity of the scientist will be assessed. In this regard, the works of al-Farabi, J. Balasagun, K.A. Yassaui, M. Kashgari, A. Yu. Yugnaki, S. Bakyrgani, M. Kh.
