Interpersonal intelligence is social intelligence that shows one's ability to create good relationships with friends or the environment. In fact, this intelligence has not been maximally trained in learning at school, especially in chemistry learning, even though the intelligence is important enough to hone the child's ability to be able to socialize with their environment. The purpose of this study was to identify the real conditions of students' interpersonal intelligence in Pharmacy Vocational High School in the city of Semarang. A survey was performed in the academic year 2018/2019 with a sample of 57 students of class XII Pharmacy Vocational High School in the city of Semarang, Indonesia, who had given their approval as participants. Sampling was done randomly. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, peer assessment, and self-assessment when applying chemistry learning. The results showed that 56% of students had low interpersonal intelligence based on observations and, according to the results of survey analysis with peer assessment instruments, there were 59% of students also categorized low for this capability. The survey results with self-assessment instruments also showed 56% of students had low interpersonal intelligence. Low intelligence is mainly in the indicators of the ability to ask, answer questions, and provide answers. This fact is relatively similar to the literature, which reveals that 50% of students have interpersonal intelligence with a medium-low category. So the conclusion is that in reality, this intelligence is still low.

Parents consider issues relating to the development of careers is the responsibility of the teacher at the school, particularly teachers of guidance and counseling. The problem becomes when the teacher/counselor who understands the BK and understand deeply about children and career progression does not perform activities of collaboration/cooperation with parents to jointly realize the optimal child development careers so it is able to take decisions appropriately and independently with regard to education and career in the future. This paper discusses the basic concept of collaborative career guidance, career guidance principles and collaborative implementation of collaborative career guidance to establish career planning high school students.

Kata kunci: Pengembangan soal, matematika SMP, TIMSS, Kurikulum 2013DEVELOPING THE TIMSS MATH PROBLEM MODEL TO SUPPORT THE MATHEMATICS LEARNING IN GRADE VII USING THE 2013 CURRICULUM Abstract: This study was aimed to produce a valid and practical TIMMS math problem model for junior high school students using the 2013 curriculum. The study used the research and development design. The design process of the problems as assessment instruments was carried out through prototyping involving two stages. Prototype I was the design product and the problem development done by the researchers themselves, while Prototype II was the revision of Prototype I based on the feedback provided by experts, colleagues, and Mathematics teachers in the form of validators’ notes and the minutes taken from discussions. The findings showed that the book of math problems was written by grouping the chapters following the materials domains as those in TIMSS, that is, numbers, geometry, algebra, data, and probability. For the student book, it was not nsecessary to write the materials domain, the essential topics, and the cognitive domain. The feedback from the FGD was that the problems should be arranged from the easiest ones to the most difficult ones. The multiple choice items should not be written in the form of questions, but in the form of incomplete sentences with the blanks in the middle or the end of the sentences. The items should not ask about implication. Keywords: Development of problems, junior high school mathematics, TIMSS, Curriculum 2013

Indonesia on the fifth ranks in the world considering of accident number, after China, India, Afghanistan, and Nigeria, where East Java is the province that has the highest accident in Indonesia. The city of Surabaya as the Capital of East Java Province automatically became the centre of government activities, giving rise to transportation activities that indirectly had an impact on accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to obtain the accident rate and the location of black site in the city of Surabaya. In addition, considering that productive age including junior high school (SMP) is the highest contributor on the accidents, the level of understanding of junior high school students on traffic regulations needs to be analysed. From the data obtained at IRSMS, it can be seen that five roads in Surabaya were the highest contributors to accidents in Surabaya, namely Mastrip, Diponegoro, A. Yani, Kenjeran, and Ir. Soekarno, where the five roads are inter-city connecting roads that blend with the road in the city. In addition, from the interview data, there was a relationship between awareness of traffic behaviour and willingness to protect themselves.
