This article aims to describe students’ perceptions of naḥwu 2 lecture with online system for 4th-semester students in the Arabic Language Department, IAIN Sultan Amai, Gorontalo. The study was conducted in a survey type with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques by Milles and Huberman, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. Research results: (1) Online lecture for naḥwu 2 is carried out with deductive methods in the form of lectures, memorizing Matn al-Ājurrūmīyah, and group material presentation; (2) As many as 46.15% of respondents stated that the material was not well presented. The influencing factors are group presentation and network quality. Only 53.85% of respondents stated that the understanding they got after attending naḥwu 2 lectures online was quite good. As many as 84.62% of respondents stated that memorization of the matn had a positive effect on understanding the material and the ability to take words. According to them, online lecture are considered ineffective in naḥwu 2. The retention of the material they get is not comparable to the funds they spend on internet quota needs during naḥwu 2 online lecture.

The objective of this study is to explain the reason of using euphemism in religious language especially in article on Konsultasi Syariah. The research methodology used in the research is qualitative research design. The data were analyzed by using interactive model of qualitative data management and analysis namely data collection, data condensation, data display and verification and conclusion. The findings of this study revealed that the reasons of writer used euphemism especially in religious language tot only to make fear but also avoid taboo words, to show respect and to avoid uncomfortable feelings. The conclusion is euphemism that used on Konsutasi Syariah are in Arabic language and the most dominant used for taboo words  Keywords: Euphemism, Religious Language, Article, Online

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts of Arabic language teachers to improve students' ability in mastering vocabularies. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The data collection technique used is interview with Arabic language teachers. The data analysis techniques in this study use the theory of Miles and Humberman including: Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. Arabic teachers' efforts to improve students' ability in mastering vocabularies consist of three aspects: (1) The use of strategies in vocabularies learning such as teaching vocabularies and making students listen to it, instructing students to repeat vocabulary, displaying pictures to understand the meaning of vocabularies, teaching vocabularies with appropriate songs on certain materials and repeating vocabulary at each class hour (2) The use of methods in vocabulary learning such as giving examples or the teacher displays something in accordance with the vocabularies to understand the vocabularies, playing simple roles, repeating the reading, using a vocabulary command and chain message game. (3) The use of media in vocabulary learning such as printed drawing media, blackboards and textbooks.

Listening is one of the most important skills in learning arabic. Listening skill is the ability to listen to arabic words or sentences arabic and express them back from whas was heard. According to the observation result, the students at MAN 3 Aceh Selatan are weak in the learning of listening. The purpos of this study is to find out how the efforts teachers to increase the ability of students in listening skill. The research method used in this research is method qualitative-analysis. Data collection technique is to conduct interviews.The research subject was arabic language teachers at MAN 3 Aceh Selatan. As for the data analysis techniques in this study using Miles and Hubberman’stheories, are data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclution of data. The results of this study are the efforts of teachers in improving students listening skills at MAN 3 Aceh Selatan are by giving vocabularies to memorize making it easier for students to understand the material, and using the variety of learning methods, learning models and media so as to improve students attention in learning listening skills. The teacher uses the listening and revealed method and the teacher uses the media including songs, chain murders, cards, pictures, and cartoon films. The teachers gives motivation to students to increase enthusias and interes students.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan prosesi dan esensi acara Mandi Bakumbo dalam pernikahan adat Melayu di Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengurai hasil penelitian adalah pendekatan seni, budaya dan esensi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskritif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Observasi (dokumentasi) dan Wawancara (Interview). Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman yaitu Pengumpulan data, Reduksi data, Penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi mandi bakumbo menjadi salah satu fokus kebudayaan yang keberadaannya diakui secara adat istiadat dan sebagai warisan budaya oleh masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru, selain itu tradisi ini memiliki makna dan nilai yang penting bagi masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru.  Kata Kunci: esensi, mandi bakumbo, tradisi Melayu.AbstractThis study aims to describe the procession and essence of the Mandi Bakumbo event in a Malay traditional wedding in Pekanbaru, Riau Province. The approach used to parse the results of research is the approach of art, culture and essence. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by Observation (documentation) and Interview (Interview). Data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman data analysis models, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study showed that the tradition of mandi bakumbo became one of the focuses of culture whose existence was recognized in customs and as a cultural heritage by the people of Pekanbaru City, in addition this tradition had significance and value for the people of Pekanbaru City. This is an action research which was aimed to find the effect of using rich pictures toward students’ speaking ability on sharing understanding of a situation. The population of this research was all of the students in the first semester of Islamic Business Management in UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. Two classes have chosen randomly as the sample by using cluster sampling technique. The total students involved were 35 students. The researcher conducted it in two cycles; each cycle consisted of four meetings. Each cycle involved planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The data were taken through direct observation. Observation checklist and field notes were used to collect qualitative data. Pre-test and post-tests were conducted to see the improvements in speaking. The data were analyzed by using four steps. They were data collection, data reduction, data display, drawing conclusion. The findings showed that rich pictures gave a positive effect on students’ speaking ability on sharing understanding of a situation and reformulation technique could better improve students’ grammar in speaking at the first semester of Islamic Business Management in UIN Imam Bonjol Padang

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وصف تنفيذ تعلم اللغة العربية من خلال برنامج إثراء اللغة للطلاب الحاصلين على منحة Bidik Misi في IAIN Bukittinggi ووصف تحسين مهاراتهم في اللغة العربية بعد المشاركة في برنامج الإثراء. هذا البحث هو دراسة وصفية نوعية. تم الحصول على بيانات البحث من مستفيدي Bidik Misi للمنح الدراسية المشاركين في برنامج إثراء اللغة، والمحاضرين العرب في البرنامج، ومديري البرامج. البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها عن طريق المقابلة والاختبار والمراقبة. وكانت أدوات جمع البيانات المستخدمة الاستبيانات، المبادئ التوجيهية للمقابلة، وصحائف الملاحظة. استخدم محللو البيانات تقنيات تحليل البيانات النوعية. تتم معالجة البيانات النوعية من خلال مراحل جمع البيانات، وخفض البيانات، وعرض البيانات، والتحقق من البيانات، والاستدلال. أظهرت النتائج أن تعلم اللغة العربية في برنامج الإثراء اللغوي تم تنفيذه جيدًا على الرغم من وجود بعض أوجه القصور التي يجب تصحيحها. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، زادت قدرة اللغة العربية لغالبية المشاركين في برنامج الإثراء بشكل كبير. الكلمات الرأسية: كفاءة اللغة العربية، Bidik Misi، الإثرا اللغوي Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of Arabic learning through the Language Enrichment Program for students receiving Bidik Misi scholarships at IAIN Bukittinggi and describe the improvement of their Arabic language skills after participating in the enrichment program. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research data were obtained from Bidik Misi scholarship recipients participating in the language enrichment program, Arabic lecturers in the program, and program managers. Data obtained by interview, test and observation. Data collection instruments used were questionnaires, interview guidelines, and observation sheets. Data analysts used qualitative data analysis techniques. Qualitative data is processed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and inference. The results showed that learning Arabic in the language enrichment program was carried out well although there were some deficiencies that had to be corrected. In addition, the ability of Arabic for the majority of participants in the enrichment program increased significantly. Keywords: Arabic Language Ability, Bidik Misi, Language Enrichment Program  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Arab melalui Program Pengayaan Bahasa bagi mahasiswa penerima beasiswa Bidik Misi di IAIN Bukittinggi dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa Arab mereka setelah mengikuti program pengayaan tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari mahasiswa penerima beasiswa Bidik Misi peserta program pengayaan bahasa, para dosen pengajar bahasa Arab pada program tersebut, dan pengelola program. Data diperoleh dengan cara wawancara, tes, dan pengamatan. Instrumen pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah angket, pedoman wawancara, dan lembar pengamatan. Analis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Data kualitatif diolah melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data, dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada program pengayaan bahasa terlaksana dengan baik meskipun terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang harus diperbaiki. Di samping itu, kemampuan bahasa Arab mayoritas peserta program pengayaan meningkat secara signifikan. Kata Kunci: kemampuan bahasa Arab, bidik misi, pengayaan bahasa

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts of Arabic language teachers to overcome the difficulties of learning  Arabic. The research method used is descriptive analysis. This research aims to see and find out the efforts that made by the teacher of Al-Fityan School Aceh to motivate students in speaking skill. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The researcher used the theory of Miles and Huberman as the way of data collection and analysis techniques. There are four stages of the techniques, they are: data collection, data reduction, data presentation(data display) andconclusion drawing/verification. The results of this research is the researcher found that the teacher tried to motivate the students in several ways, including: (1) The method that used by the teacher of Al-Fityan School Aceh is a direct method (thariqah mubasyarah) where the method is using Arabic language directly in daily activity without using mother tounge. 2) The use of learning method such as mumarasah takallum al-lughah arabiyyah and expression of language habituation program. This article aims to describe the shape and meaning of symbols on the delivery of Jamba Badagang in a wedding party ceremony. The approach used to parse the results of this research were the approach of art, culture, semiotics and aesthetics. The research method used descriptive qualitative. Data collection done by Observation (documentation) and Interview (Interview). Data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman data analysis models, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the tradition of the Hantaran Jamba Badagang was a symbol of interaction, communication, and social value. This tradition also contains the meaning of unity between communities and educational values. Furthermore, the Jamba Badagang tradition continues to be preserve and develope into the cultural heritage of the Kambang nagari community.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of job fair program as an effort to combat unemployment in Sidoarjo Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Determination of informants using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the Implementation of The Job Fair Program in the Sidoarjo Regency Labor Office has not been optimal because the communication of the Manpower Office is not maximal, human resources are sufficient because in its implementation does not require too many people involved, the authority of the Manpower Office only as the organizer of the job fair for the decision remains on the company.
