Listening is one of the most important skills in learning arabic. Listening skill is the ability to listen to arabic words or sentences arabic and express them back from whas was heard. According to the observation result, the students at MAN 3 Aceh Selatan are weak in the learning of listening. The purpos of this study is to find out how the efforts teachers to increase the ability of students in listening skill. The research method used in this research is method qualitative-analysis. Data collection technique is to conduct interviews.The research subject was arabic language teachers at MAN 3 Aceh Selatan. As for the data analysis techniques in this study using Miles and Hubberman’stheories, are data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclution of data. The results of this study are the efforts of teachers in improving students listening skills at MAN 3 Aceh Selatan are by giving vocabularies to memorize making it easier for students to understand the material, and using the variety of learning methods, learning models and media so as to improve students attention in learning listening skills. The teacher uses the listening and revealed method and the teacher uses the media including songs, chain murders, cards, pictures, and cartoon films. The teachers gives motivation to students to increase enthusias and interes students.

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts of Arabic language teachers to improve students' ability in mastering vocabularies. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The data collection technique used is interview with Arabic language teachers. The data analysis techniques in this study use the theory of Miles and Humberman including: Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Drawing Conclusions. Arabic teachers' efforts to improve students' ability in mastering vocabularies consist of three aspects: (1) The use of strategies in vocabularies learning such as teaching vocabularies and making students listen to it, instructing students to repeat vocabulary, displaying pictures to understand the meaning of vocabularies, teaching vocabularies with appropriate songs on certain materials and repeating vocabulary at each class hour (2) The use of methods in vocabulary learning such as giving examples or the teacher displays something in accordance with the vocabularies to understand the vocabularies, playing simple roles, repeating the reading, using a vocabulary command and chain message game. (3) The use of media in vocabulary learning such as printed drawing media, blackboards and textbooks.

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts of Arabic language teachers to overcome the difficulties of learning  Arabic. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The data collection techniques used is interview Arabic language teacher. The data analysis techniques in this study use the theory of Miles and Hubberman including : Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Display, and conclution. The efforts of Arabic language teachers to overcome the difficulties Arabic learning at MTsN 2 Aceh Selatan are The teacher give motivation to students to increase enthusias and interes students, Multiplying textbooks in the library so that students can borrow to facilitate the learning process, giving vocabularies to memorize making it easier for students to understand the material, Using media, and also use other methods in the process of learning Arabic.

We desperately need a good hearing in this life, because if we have a hearing disorder or just a little hearing loss then we will have difficulty in communicating with others. Many language teachers, especially Arabic, ignore the skill of listening lesson.With this research, can be known how far the effectiveness of MP3 usage in learning listening skills of Arabic language, to distinguish the sound of that language. By using the media players 3 (MP3), the researcher can carry out learning listening skill with a nice and fun with the evidence of the students who are more enthusiastic when following the lesson. This medium can only be effective for advanced students with 6% increase in outcomes, but for notice students who have the ability to think slowly it will be ineffective, as evidenced by a decline in value of -6,5%. It is due to the lack of students ability to listen to the voice of native speakers who tend to be fast, and also the dialect used by native speakers is different from the dialect they use every day.

This research aims to find out how professional teachers of Islamic religious education subjects in the MIN 2 Model Samarinda. This research uses an emics perspective, which is trying to understand, internalize, and describe the professional image of the teacher according to the phenomena and data, so it is also called the phenomenological fact. Data Collection techniques using observations, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis techniques to be used in this study, "descriptive analytic" and in qualitative research generally began since data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions or verification. The results of the study is that the teacher  is quite professional on the grounds that from the 11 indicators that are determined most have been able to be mastered/implemented well that is able to master the teaching materials, able to understand and interpret the results of educational research for the purposes of teaching, able to manage teaching programs, able to use the media and learning resources, able to plan teaching programs, able to manage the interaction of learning teaching, mastering various methods of teaching, able to recognize and organize the administration of the school (curriculum or learning administration), able to assess the achievement of students for the sake of teaching as well as the ability to master the education foundations, ability to know the functions and services of guidance and counseling that can not recognize children who have special characteristics and ability to manage classes Thus, the learning evaluation of teachers has the ability to assess students ' achievements for the sake of teaching. In this case the teachers of the most specific special PAI class in MIN 2 Model Samarinda have been able to assess well the proven list of values, group books, and analysis of the results are organized neatly and document the governance.

Arabic learning must be dynamic following the challenges of the times. The incompatibility between planning and implementing Arabic learning caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has made Arabic learning nonoptimal. This research is oriented to describe E-learning implementation for Arabic learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is library research using a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by exploring reference books and journals. The analysis technique uses an interactive data analysis model, which is carried out through data collection, data reduction, data explanation, and conclusions. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the use of e-learning in learning Arabic during the pandemic can be carried out following the learning implementation plan that has been prepared. This is because e-learning has features that teachers need in four Arabic language skills, namely: listening skills, speaking skills, reading skills, and writing skills.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menjelaskan kesalahan pemakaian kalimat dalam tulisan-tulisan mahasiswa asing yang belajar di Pusat Pengembangan Bahasa Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta; mendeskripsikan beberapa aspek kesalahan yang dominan, dan  3) faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kesalahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan sampel tugas-tugas harian membuat karangan oleh mahasiswa asing Pusat Pengembangan Bahasa Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta teknik samping yang diterapkan dalam kajian ini adalah teknik sampel purposif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif yang mencakupi empat dimensi, yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa: pertama unsur-unsur linguistik yang mengalami kesalahan berbahasa yang kerap terjadi dalam teks karangan mahasiswa asing terjadi dalam empat kategori kesalahan, yaitu: kesalahan ejaan; pembentukan kata, aspek sintaksis dan aspek semantik. Kedua, penggunaan tanda baca. ---Abstract The aim of this research are namely: 1) to describe the error of Indonesian language in writing sentences by the foreign college students of center for language development Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University; 2) to describe the most errors, and 3) to find several factors of error. This research is a qualitative descriptive with a sample foreign college student sentences text of center for language development Jakarta State Islamic University. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection technique used was document analysis. Data analysis technique use is the interactive analytical model that includes four dimensions, such as data collection; data reduction, data presentation and verification. The conclusion of this study is such as follows. Firstly, the linguistic elements of language errors that often occur in the college student sentence texts are divided into four errors such as: spellings error, word formation or morphology, syntax and semantics. Secondly, the most error in the text of foreign college students is the punctuation errors.

This article aims to describe students’ perceptions of naḥwu 2 lecture with online system for 4th-semester students in the Arabic Language Department, IAIN Sultan Amai, Gorontalo. The study was conducted in a survey type with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques by Milles and Huberman, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. Research results: (1) Online lecture for naḥwu 2 is carried out with deductive methods in the form of lectures, memorizing Matn al-Ājurrūmīyah, and group material presentation; (2) As many as 46.15% of respondents stated that the material was not well presented. The influencing factors are group presentation and network quality. Only 53.85% of respondents stated that the understanding they got after attending naḥwu 2 lectures online was quite good. As many as 84.62% of respondents stated that memorization of the matn had a positive effect on understanding the material and the ability to take words. According to them, online lecture are considered ineffective in naḥwu 2. The retention of the material they get is not comparable to the funds they spend on internet quota needs during naḥwu 2 online lecture.

This research aims to see and find out the efforts that made by the teacher of Al-Fityan School Aceh to motivate students in speaking skill. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The researcher used the theory of Miles and Huberman as the way of data collection and analysis techniques. There are four stages of the techniques, they are: data collection, data reduction, data presentation(data display) andconclusion drawing/verification. The results of this research is the researcher found that the teacher tried to motivate the students in several ways, including: (1) The method that used by the teacher of Al-Fityan School Aceh is a direct method (thariqah mubasyarah) where the method is using Arabic language directly in daily activity without using mother tounge. 2) The use of learning method such as mumarasah takallum al-lughah arabiyyah and expression of language habituation program. (3) The use of media such as picture (shurah), poster (lauhah), and video..

Abstract: Teachers have an obligation to provide quality teaching. Therefore, teachers always try to develop pedagogical competencies. One of the paths taken by the teacher to achieve that goal is by practicing a lifelong learning culture or andragogy. Starting from this problem, this study aims to examine the learning culture of Arabic teachers in improving pedagogical competence. The principles and characteristics of andragogy theory are used to develop research. The study uses qualitative methods with interview data collection techniques. While the research subjects were Arabic language teachers at the High School level and equivalent in Pekalongan. Data analyzed with Miles and Hubermen stages include, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The practice of andragogy of Arabic teachers in Pekalogan can be said to be good and centered on developing pedagogical and professional competencies while social and moral competencies are the driving force of teachers to do lifelong learning.   Keywords: andragogy, Arabic language teacher and pedagogical competence.   Abstrak: Guru memiliki kewajiban untuk memberikan pengajaran yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, guru senantiasa berusaha untuk mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik. Salah satu jalan yang ditempuh oleh guru untuk mencapai tujuan itu ialah dengan mempraktikkan budaya belajar sepanjang hayat atau andragogi. Bertolak dari permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji budaya belajar guru bahasa Arab dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik. Prinsip dan ciri teori andragogi digunakan untuk mengembangkan penelitian. Penelitian menggunaan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara. Sementara subyek penelitian adalah guru bahasa Arab tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas dan sederajat di Pekalongan. Data dianalasis dengan tahapan Miles dan Hubermen meliputi, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Praktik andragogi guru bahasa Arab di Pekalogan dapat dikatakan baik dan berpusat pada pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional sementara kompetensi sosial dan moral merupakan daya dorong guru untuk melakukan belajar sepanjang hayat.   Kata kunci: andragogi, guru bahasa Arab dan kompetensi pedagogik.

This study aims to determine the professionalism of civil servants in the Procurement Section of the Dumai City Regional Secretariat and identify the supporting or inhibiting factors. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection technique used was through observation, interviews and documentation with informants consisting of civil servants in the Procurement Section of Goods and Services, PPK/Procurement Officials on Regional Apparatus and providers. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the professionalism of civil servants in the Procurement Section of the Dumai City Regional Secretariat needs to be improved. This can be seen from several aspects. First, competence which shows that there is still a lack of technical capability in the implementation of the procurement of goods and services. Second, effectiveness shows that the process of procuring goods and services has been running according to predetermined standards and times. Third, efficiency shows that the utilization of civil servants and facilities and infrastructure in the Goods and Services Procurement Section is still low in the implementation of the procurement of goods and services. Fourth, responsibilities that show that there are still tupoksi that have not been carried out optimally such as monitoring, evaluating, coaching and advocating related to the process of procurement of goods and services.
