The purpose of this study is to see how the form of empowerment of school committees in improving the quality of education especially in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Research findings The existence of a school committee is an important element in improving the quality of school education services, its existence with all the tasks and functions it has can play a role in realizing better quality education services. Efforts to empower school committees are carried out in various ways although they are still not ideal as stated in the regulations related to school committees. In principle, so far the participation of school committee members and the form of empowerment of school committees is still limited to routine meetings and the fulfillment of supporting facilities for student learning facilities that are done voluntarily by school committees. Based on this, the efforts to empower school committees have been made but are still limited to routine agendas that are not yet optimal as the actual duties and functions of school committees.

Parental support in improving the quality of education services in schools is needed. Awareness of the importance of quality education will help schools as education providers to realize quality education. There is a need for the support of the school committee as a forum for the participation of parents in education. This study wants to describe the implementation of the role and function of the school committee in supporting the improvement of education quality services at SMAN 9 Cirebon City. The data was collected through in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The results showed that in general, the school committee of has school carried out all its roles and functions, although not yet optimal. School committees consider more related to school programs that need to be implemented but are not covered by school finances. Communication with alumni is well established and has even been able to contribute to the renovation of the school mosque. Efforts to provide non-financial support are carried out by establishing communication and comparative studies with other schools deemed to have a better quality infrastructure. The results of the comparative study are arranged in a priority program to support the progress of the quality of education services.

Parents’ low participation in improving the quality of education is an interesting topic of study. This research aims to obtain data on parents’ participation in improving the quality of infrastructure and learning process in elementary schools. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of data were the principal, teachers, and parents. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research findings, it can be discussed that parents already participated in improving educational infrastructure but not maximized. They donate funds and energy for school construction. While, in learning process, parents contribute to guide, to motivate, to supervise the children, and to facilitate all their needs in learning. Problems faced by parents in improving the quality of learning are lack of time in supervising the children to learn due to busy work and also the low level of parents’ education and income (education and economic factors).

In the process of formal, non-formal and informal education, a teacher is a determining factor for his students success. Therefore, sufficient competence, skills in a variety of representative fields as well as quality-scientific specialization are essential capital that must be continuously improved in order to realize quality- education services for all students. So, all Educational Institutions including the Al-quran Course of Al-falah Mosque Institute are responsible for facilitating teachers developing to achieve their best quality by conducting intensive coaching as mandated by Government Regulation No. 19 of 2005. This research was conducted by using a descriptive qualitative approach, that the aim is knowing generally the quality of teachers, the variety and the realization of intensive coaching programmed twice every month with the conclusion that teachers coaching at the Alquran -Course Institute of Al-falah Mosque (LKF) is carried out continuously with high intensity and significant results.

This study aimed to investigate: (1) the influence of principals’ managerial on the quality of education; (2) the influence of committee participation on the quality of education; and (3) the influence of the principals’ managerial and committee participation simultaneously on the quality of education. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. Them they were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all teachers at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District which consisted of 294 teachers. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling with a sample size of 75 people. The results of the study showed that: (1) principals’ managerial individually influences the quality of education at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District; (2) participation of school committee individually influences the quality of education at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District; (3) principals’ managerial and school committee participation simultaneously influence the quality of education at Elementary Schools of Babat Supat District.

This article describe about Infrastructure Administration School. Infrastructure is an important component in the education system. Sometimes the community even assesses the quality of education of a school by looking at its infrastructure, schools that have large, classy buildings, equipment, and teaching and learning equipment that are complete and modern are often regarded as quality schools. Although it is not entirely true, it cannot be denied that the success of the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) is more or less influenced by the condition of educational infrastructure available in the classroom. If the school has complete educational infrastructure, the teacher can carry out learning optimally and students can learn optimally. School infrastructure is an supporting factor that cannot be ignored if you want quality education services.

This study aims to examine the analysis of the quality and quality of education in islmaic educational institutions in MAN 2 Yogyakarta. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation and documentasion. The results showed that; 1). To achieve the vision, mission and objectives of the Madrasah, the principal plays an active role in assisting and communicating to teachers and staff in realizing the vision and mission of the Madrasah by realizing knowledgeable, charitable and noble personality; 2). MAN 2 Yogyakarta has excellent academic and non-academic achievements; 3). Graduates or graduates of MAN 2 Yogyakarta are able to compete with other Madrasah to continue in Indonesia’s best universities, such as UGM, UNY, IPB, UIN Sunan Kalijaga, and Jendral Sudirman University; 4). To be a superior Madrasah, MAN 2 Yogyakarta is still not superior enought, that is because there are some facilities and infrastructure that have not been fulfilled properly.

<p>Educational infrastructure is essential in supporting the improvement of the quality of education in schools. This is because the existence of infrastructure facilities facilitate educational activities so that the educational process in schools is not hampered. Provision and maintenance of infrastructure in schools is the responsibility of all school stakeholders including the school committee. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the influence of school committees in improving the quality of educational facilities in SMK 1 Karangan, East Kutai Regency. By using population techniques, there were 15 research subjects and committee members of the Karangan 1 SMKN East Kutai Regency. The research measure is the scale of the role of the school committee in improving educational infrastructure. The results showed that the influence of the school committee was very important in improving the quality of educational infrastructure, it can be shown from the Tstatistic of 11.756 which was greater than Ttable 2.1788, the value of Fstatistic is 138.389 that was greater than Ftable 4.67, and an R-square value of 0.914 or 91.4%. These results showed that the role of the school committee has a major effect on improving the quality of educational infrastructure.</p>

The leadership pattern of the head a madrasah is very influential in improving the quality of education in an educational institution. This research was conducted at the ma muhammadiyah lamongan 10 palirangan solokuro formulation with the following problems: (1) what is the pattern of leadership of the madrasa heads in improving the quality of education at ma muhammadiyah 10 palirangan solokuro lamongan? ; (2) what is the achievement of quality education at ma muhammadiyah 10 palirangan solokuro lamongan? ; (3) what are the supporting factors and obstacles to the pattern of leadership of the madrasa leaders in improving the quality of education at ma muhammadiyah lamongan 10 palirangan solokuro ?. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research and collection of data through observation techniques, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. As for the results of this study is the leadership pattern of the head of the madrassa by using an autocratic pattern has succeeded in improving the quality of education.
