This study aims to find and analyze curriculum management in increasing competitive advantage in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo, East Java. This study uses a qualitative case study approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that curriculum management in increasing competitive advantage at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid was carried out through; 1) planning, which includes analyzing activities for students, processing material content, analyzing learning techniques or methods, documenting learning components, providing motivation to students; 2) Implementation of the planning design that has been determined together by integrating the government curriculum and pesantren; 3) Evaluation of the implementation of the curriculum, both on the process and its outputs and outcomes, with the principle of continuous improvement.

This paper aims to analyze the mapping of spiritual management process in Pondok Pesantren Al-Munawwir Kolplek L Krapyak Yogyakarta. The type of research used is qualitatively descriptive with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation. Spiritual management makes a bridge to the peak consciousness of human self existence in the vertical line called fitrah awareness, one consciousness that is tawhid. Management concept is understood not only to be empirical-rational by relying on the ability of the five senses and human intellectuality, but more deeply to the values of spirituality that are the main center in success with various aspects of life. The results showed that Pondok Pesantren Al Munawwir Kompleks L implemented a pesantren management system that emphasizes managerial and applies spiritual values in its management through programs realized to achieve more comprehensive and holistic goals, namely through 1) takhalli management; 2) tahalli management; 3) tajalli management.

This study aims to analyze and understand the role of madrasah principals as managers in improving the quality of education of Islamic elementary schools in Cililin District, West Bandung Regency. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis is carried out in stages: data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The results showed that the role of the madrasah principal as a manager in improving the quality of education was manifested in the planning of a systematic and measurable work program involving all components of the madrasa, the use of an effective and efficient situational leadership system, to be able to mobilize his subordinates to realize the school's vision and mission and display a communication style that is by the culture of the character of his associates.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of academic supervision of Islamic Religious Education supervisors during the covid-19 pandemic at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District Public Middle School. The approach used is descriptive qualitative—data collection through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique is carried out circularly, starting from data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing is a data analysis technique carried out. The results showed that the implementation of the academic supervision of the Islamic Religious Education supervisor during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan District Public Middle School was carried out online and offline with individual and group techniques. The implementation of academic supervision carried out are activities for fostering Islamic Religious Education (GPAI) teachers, monitoring National Education Standards (SNP), evaluating PAI teacher performance, and carrying out professional guidance and training for PAI teachers. It's just that these activities have not run optimally.

This paper aims to analyze transformational leadership characteristics in traditional and modern Islamic educational institutions by referring to four transformational features: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. The method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach. Inductive data analysis describes data from facts and the field associated with the theory. Sources of data used are the results of literature from books and journals. The results of the study show that the characteristics of transformational leadership in the Salaf and modern Islamic boarding schools, among others; 1) Build creative ideas through vision and mission to achieve goals, become role models, and influence subordinates through their behavior and charisma; 2) Provide inspiration and motivation through a clear vision; 3) encourage subordinates to find practical ideas in solving problems; 4) understand and appreciate subordinates based on needs and pay attention to the desire to achieve and develop.

This study aims to determine the marketing strategies and models of educational services at SMP Al Shadrina Muaradua. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The results showed that the data obtained in the form of exposure of the seven marketing mixes and the steps of promotional activities resulted from the data from the acquisition of students for three years experienced an increase. From the results of marketing activities, it was found that the most effective marketing activities were advertising, cooperation between public relations and all school members (such as market day activities and other school activities), personal interest, and also the use of good and appropriate media and promotional tools. The marketing strategy for education services at SMP Al Shadrina Muaradua has been implemented well, but documentation needs to be done to make it better.

This study aims to analyze and examine the principal's supervision of teachers in developing children's receptive language. The researcher used a qualitative case study approach. This research was conducted at RA Perwanida III, Paiton Probolinggo. The results showed that implementing the principal's supervision of teachers in developing receptive language at RA Perwanida III was as follows; first problem mapping, second perception equalization, third implementation of supervision activities, and fourth results and follow-up plans. This research implies that supervision must be carried out in a planned and systematic manner with continuous improvement.

This study aims to understand how to create superior quality human resources in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo, East Java. This research is a case study qualitative research, in which researchers seek to understand the phenomena in improving the quality of superior human resources in madrasas. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by madrasas in creating excellent quality human resources are carried out through, first, in-service training, namely education and training efforts to improve the competence and skills of teachers and employees. Second, the creation of an organizational culture that can encourage success. Third, making clear standard operating procedures to ensure that all decisions made are carried out correctly. Fourth, supervision and assessment as a medium that knows and measures the performance of existing resources.

This study aims to understand and analyze the management of natural center learning in early childhood in improving children's cognitive intelligence in Raudlatul Athfal Zainul Hasan, Tambelang Village, Krucil District, Probolinggo Regency. This research uses a qualitative type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis was carried out in a circular manner, starting from the data display, followed by drawing conclusions. The results showed that the learning management of natural centers in improving students' cognitive intelligence was carried out through planned and systematic planning by the teacher with reference to policies that have been determined by the government and existing local policies, followed by implementation of learning activities that try to bring students to the real world and ends with an evaluation based on authentic assessment.

The aims of this study to identify the predominant management style practiced by principals in private primary schools in Omdurman locality; to analyse the relationship between management styles and teachers' performance; and to examine the effect of management style practiced by principals on teachers' performance. The study employed survey research designs using a questionnaire. 45 of teachers were selected using simple random sampling. The results indicate that the democratic management style is the predominant style practiced in private primary schools in Omdurman locality. Laissez-faire and autocratic management styles were not practiced by principals in private primary schools in Omdurman locality. The study also revealed that management styles were low and positively correlated with the teachers' performance. Management style had an effect on teachers' performance by the contribution of the democratic management style that caused 25.1% of the variance in the teachers' performance. The study recommended schools principals should be encouraged to continue on democratic management style with taking into account other management styles according to the situation.
