Air quality of aviation building and disturbed lung function of workers in Supadio Airport PontianakPurposeThis study aimed to determine the relationship of air quality aviation fuel combustion products with impaired lung function in workers in Pontianak Supadio International Airport.MethodsThis research was an observational study using a cross-sectional approach involving 60 people. Sampling technique used total sampling. The statistical analysis used Fisher exact and logistic regression tests, with significance level of p < 0.05 and 95% confidence interval and odds ratios. ResultsBased on bivariate analysis from 36 samples the results were: NO2 variable (p = 0.04), SO2 (p = 0.15), dust (p = 0.25), age (p = 0.20), working period (p = 0.08), nutritional status (p = 0.09), and smoking habits (p = 0.03). ConclusionThere is significant correlation between the variables of NO2 and smoking habits with impaired lung function, while the variables: SO2, dust, age, working period and nutritional status had no significant correlation with lung function disorders.

Workers of wooden furniture is the workers who are at risk for decreased lung function caused by exposure to wood dust in the working environment. Wood dust will enter the respiratory organs, thereby affecting lung function. Decreased pulmonary function can be seen by the method of Harvard Step Test. This research aims to analyse the relationship between age, working period, nutritional status, smoking habits, long exposure to dust, and use of PPE with lung function in wooden furniture workers in Oesapa Village, Kelapa Lima Sub District, Kupang City. The study was analytic survey with Cross Sectional approach. This research was conducted in the wood furniture industry in Oesapa Vilage, Kelapa Lima District, Kupang City in July 2020. The population in this study was 33 workers of wooden furniture. Data collection is done by questionnaire, weight measurement, height measurement and the Harvard Step Test to determine the level of lung fitness workers. Data analysis technique used is the Chi Square test with level of significance . The results showed that there was a significant relationship between age (0.002), working period (0.023), nutritional status (0.039), and use of PPE (0.016) with lung function in workers of wooden furniture. There is no relationship smoking habits (0.093), long exposureto  dust (0.057) and lung  function in workers of wooden furniture.

<p><strong><em>Background: </em></strong><em>The most important thing in giving food to the elderly is that the food served must meet the nutritional needs, the food served is given regularly in small portions but often, the food must be gradual and varied so as not to cause boredom, the food must be according to doctor's instructions for certain elderly and food must be soft. The elderly who live in the Werdha Nursing Home are faced with a different situation than before they lived in an orphanage. This causes the elderly to make adjustments so that their needs can be fulfilled. Health conditions in the elderly stage are largely determined by the quality and quantity of nutritional intake.<strong>Objective: </strong>This study aims to determine the analysis of menu planning, the relationship of energy consumption density and food waste to the nutritional status of the elderly at the Social Home<strong> Method: </strong>This study was an observational study of cross-sectional study design. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique with a  total of 50 elderly respondents. Bivariate analysis using Chi-Square statistical tests. <strong>Results: </strong>Planning the menu at the Social Home is carried out once a year with a seven-day menu cycle compiled by a Puskesmas Nutritionist and has a menu structure consisting of the frequency of feeding 3 main meals and 2 interludes. The application in feeding has not been adjusted to the menu made by a Nutritionist. Most respondents were aged 60-74 years (elderly). Correlation test results showed that there was no relationship between energy consumption density with the nutritional status of the elderly     ( p = 0.589 ) (p&gt; 0.05) and there was a relationship between food waste and the nutritional status of the elderly (p = 0.010 ) (p &lt;0.05). <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Some menu planning at the Social Institution was carried out and some did not meet the factors that influenced menu planning at the institution. There is a relationship between food waste with the nutritional status of the elderly, the main factor affecting nutritional status is food intake. This is because not only because of the small amount of food left (&lt;20%) which causes the risk of malnutrition, but there are other factors based on the questions and the results of the MNA score.</em><em> </em></p>

District of Kutai Kartanegara is known as the most wealth of district in Indonesia, yet the wealth cannot automatically solve the problem of its people. Numerous efforts have been made to solve malnutrition problem yet the morbidity rate is still relatively high. Objective: The study aimed to identify an association between sanitation with infection and nutritional status of under five at Subdistrict of Tenggarong, District of Kutai Kartanegara.Method: The study was observational with cross sectional design. Samples consisted of 187 under fives of 7-60 months taken using proportional random sampling technique. Variable of sanitation was obtained from the interview with subjects using questionnaire and direct observation. Variable of infection was obtained from an interview with subjects and cross check at health centers. The dependent variable of nutritional status was based on anthropometric assessment using weight/height index. The bivariate analysis used Chi-Square and multivariate analysis used logistic regression. Results: The result of the statistical test showed there was a significant association between sanitation and infection (acute respiratory tract infection/ARI, diarrhea) of under fives (p<0.05). There was an association between ARI and diarrhea with wasted children (p<0.05).Conclusion: There was the significant association between sanitation, infection and nutritional status of under five at Subdistrict of Tenggarong District of Kutai Kartanegara.

Inability of individuals and household in providing adequate, nutritious and safe food will continue in conditions of food insecurity, which have an impact on malnutrition. Women play an important role in maintaining household food security while they are also vulnerable to food insecurity. This study aim to examine correlation between food insecurity and women nutritional status. This was a cross sectional study, with sample consist of 128 women in reproductive age who lived in palm plantation area in Kutai Kertanegara. The sampling technique was purposive. Food insecurity was assessed by the Radimer/ Cornell Hunger and Food Insecurity Instrument Questionnaire. The nutritional status of women measured by Body Mass Index and upper arm circumference. Bivariate Analysis was performed by Chi Square test. Household food insecurity was reported in 27.3% women, individual food insecurity was found in 29.7% women, and 8.6% child hunger. Bivariate analysis showed there is no significant correlation between food insecurity with nutritional status based on BMI or upper arm circumference. It should be made a comprehensive public health nutrition program to address food insecurity in remote area. Future studies would need more adequate study design and larger sample size to examine women nutritional status and food insecurity. Keywords : Food insecurity, nutritional status, palm-plantation

Postpartum depression is a condition that may be experienced by women. If it is not addressed properly, it will have a negative impact. Determine the correlation between parity and the early stage of the marriage with the incidence of postpartum depression. This research used analytic observational method with cross sectional approach. The population in this research was postpartum mothers in Maternal Hospital Leonisa. The sampling was done using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis was done with univariate and bivariate analysis using Chi-square.The correlation between parity and the incidence of postpartum depression obtains the result of x2 count of 22.864 and p value of 0.000 with df2 and the significance level of (α) at 5% (0.05) x table at 5.591. Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The correlation between the early stage of the marriage variable with the incidence of postpartum depression obtains a result of x2 count of 12.965 and p value of 0.000 with df 1, the significance level at 5% (0.05), x table at 3.481, therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a correlation between parity and the early stage of the marriage with the incidence of postpartum depression.
