This research is based on the limited of teaching media that helps students in the process of understanding the material and the low of students’ interest on the chemistry material that is taught and also the impact on students' learning outcomes. The use of alkali-acid learning multimedia in Discovery Learning model can be one of alternative that can be applied to attract interest and improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine how far the implementation of the Discovery Learning model with the help of alkali-acid learning multimedia and its effect on students' learning outcomes in alkali-acid learning in class XI IPA SMAN 2 Jambi. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. The method in this research is mix method by using two data that is qualitative and quantitative data with sequential exploratory type (order sequence model). The sampling technique was done by Simple Random Sampling technique. There is one class that is used as sample that is class XI IPA 1. the research instrument in the form of observation sheet implementation of Discovery Learning model both from teacher and student and student essay test question. Qualitative data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman and quantitative analysis techniques using product moment correlation test and t-test. The implementation of discovery learning model by teachers has increased every meeting, and the implementation of the discovery learning model by the students of 70.71% with good categorization. The relationship between implementation of discovery learning model and student learning outcomes is categorized by rxy 0,596. The significance test is done by t-test and obtained thitung > ttabel (4,749> 1,683) with dk 41 and  a= 0,05 so Ho is rejected and Ha  is accepted. Based on the results of this research it can be concluded that the implementation of Discovery Learning model with the help of alkali-acid learning multimedia goes well and has an effect on student's learning outcomes in class XI IPA 1 SMAN 2 Jambi.   Keywords: Discovery Learning, alkali-acid learning multimedia, and students' learning outcomes

<em>This study aimed to show the effect of implementing the Nature of Science (NOS) learning model on student learning outcomes. This type of research was a quantitative study with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling and a research design in the form of an experimental class and a control class. Based on statistical analysis using the SPSS application, it was identified that the data presented is normally distributed so that the data analysis in the next step used the parametric statistical T-test where it was found that sig 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there was a significant effect on the learning outcomes of the experimental class students before and after the NOS learning model was applied to the Static Fluid material. The data collection instrument in this study was in the form of pre-test and post-test question sheets. After the data were analyzed using the effect size equation and it was found that the NOS learning model in the experimental class and control class had a difference of 1.681 with high criteria.</em>

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing: (1) student learning outcomes using discovery learning learning models assisted by geogebra software; (2) student learning outcomes taught using problem solving learning models; (3) whether there are differences in student learning outcomes who are taught using discovery learning learning models assisted by geogebra software and problem solving learning models on geometry transformation material in class XI MIA SMA Negeri 5 Ambon. The type of this research is experimental research, using the posttest only control group design. The population in this study were all students of class XI MIA SMA Negeri 5 Ambon with a total of 170 students and the sample in this study was selected using purposive sampling, namely class XI MIA4 with a total of 34 students and class XI MIA5 with a total of 34 students, so the number of samples in this study namely 68 students. The instrument used in this study is a test instrument consisting of description questions for the final test. In this study, statistical analysis was used, namely t-test and the final results of the study were: (1) there were differences in student learning outcomes who were taught using discovery learning learning models assisted by geogebra software and problem solving learning models on geometry transformation material. This is shown in the results of the t-test calculation, namely the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.017 < value of =0.05, thus causing H0 to be rejected and H1 to be accepted. rejected

Background: The STAD model  is to motivate students to support each other and help one another in mastering the abilities taught by the teacher. Crosswords are a game of sharpening the brain where we have to fill in the blank spaces (in the form of white boxes) with the letters that form a word based on the instructions given. Method: Design of experimental research with the type of research used is descriptive comparative. The research subjects were the eighth grade students of Ambon 1 Junior High School, totaling 26 students. The instruments used were initial test and final test questions, observation sheets, student worksheets and group worksheets. Results: Research shows that the application of the STAD Cooperative type learning model with Cross Puzzle media can improve student learning outcomes. On average all aspects of value have increased. Can be seen in the achievement of the estimated student score of 83.46%. Continued hypothesis testing using the t-test with the value of thit> ttab (2.27> 2.01) thus there are differences in the improvement of student learning outcomes using the STAD type cooperative learning model with a crossword puzzle media. Conclusion: There are differences in the application of the STAD learning model with crossword media and discovery learning learning models of motion systems concepts in humans to improve learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMPN 1 Ambon, it is evident that the results of t-test analysis where t count> t table that the STAD model with media crossword puzzles is more effective for improving student learning outcomes than the Discovery Learning model

Abstract. The research problem is the low level of student learning independence in learn-ing physics that have an impact on the low student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to find out the improvement of the independence of learning physics that has an impact on student learning outcomes using cooperative learning model of Numbered Head Together type assisted edmodo. This research use quasi-experiment design. The population in the study was all students of class X SMK N 2 Medan. The research sample consisted of 2 classes, each of which consisted of 30 students, use cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques for measure learning independence in form of multiple choice questionnaires totaling 15 items. Data analysis techniques used include normality test, homogeneity test, t-test, and N-gain test. The re-sults of study using the t-test obtained by tcount 4,863 while the t table was 2,002. So that t count> t table (4.863> 2.002) then Ha is accepted and the N-gain test shows that there is an increase in student learning independence of 0.07. From this study it can be concluded that through Edmodo assisted type Numbered Head Together cooperative learning model can increase the independence of students' physics learning. Abstract. Latarbelakang masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya tingkat kemandirian belajar siswa dalam pelajaran fisika yang berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemandirian belajar fisika yang berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together berbantuan edmodo. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperiment design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 2 Medan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 2 kelas, yang masing-masing berjumlah 30 siswa, menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk mengukur kemandirian belajar berupa kuesioner angket pilihan berganda yang berjumlah 15 item. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji-t, dan uji N-gain. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji-t diperoleh thitung sebesar 4,863 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 2,002. Sehingga thitung > ttabel (4,863 > 2,002) maka Ha diterima dan uji N-gain menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa sebesar 0,07. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together berbantuan edmodo dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar fisika siswa.

The purpose of this paper is to describe the Problem Posing learning model with Task and Forced Strategy. As for the background of this writing is because of difficulties in understanding the material and also lack of enthusiasm of students in learning the material so that the impact on student learning outcomes is still low. The low student learning outcomes are, of course, many factors, one of which is the problem of applying a learning model that is still teacher-centered, so students tend to be passive. For this reason, the teacher can use the Problem Posing learning model that is modified by the task and force strategy (Task and Forced). Problem Posing learning model is a learning model that requires students to develop their systematic reasoning skills in making questions and answering questions. While the task and force strategy (Task and Forced) is a learning strategy that has little effect on students to complete the task until it is completed and on time to avoid the punishment given by the teacher as a consequence. So that students will be motivated in listening, understanding the material delivered and doing assignments on time. By combining this model and strategy can be a solution so that the learning process becomes quality.

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the Two Stay Two Stray learning model (TSTS) to the history of student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 7 Medan. The research method used is quasi-experimental. The study population was students of class X IPS with a sample of 65 students consisting of 34 students of class X IPS 2 as an experimental class and 31 students of class X IPS 1 as a control class. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The data obtained were analyzed using the t-test. The observation results showed that 91% of the experimental class students who took part in learning with the TSTS model got very good average scores. The average post-test value of the experimental class was 80.3, while the average value of the post-test of the control class that followed the learning with the conventional model was 63.70. T-test results for the post-test scores were obtained tcount > ttable (7,004 > 1,670).These results indicate that the TSTS learning model has a great influence in improving the history of student learning outcomes in class XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 7 Medan.

This research is based on the problem of the low student learning outcomes in science learning at Muhammadiyah Elementary School Klepu, Sleman Regency. The teacher still uses a conventional learning model so that the learning atmosphere becomes rigid and ultimately makes student learning outcomes lower. Therefore the teacher seeks to use the Discovery Learning learning model to create an interesting and enjoyable learning atmosphere. This study aims to improve learning outcomes of science through the Discovery Learning learning model in fifth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Klepu Sleman Regency Academic Year 2018/2019. This type of research is classroom action research. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. This research was conducted on fifth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Klepu Sleman Regency. Data was collected using observation sheets and test questions. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that learning through the Discovery Learning learning model can improve student science learning outcomes. The average value of post-test Cycle I is 62.2 and the percentage of mastery learning is 9.5%. In the second cycle the average score of the post-test increased to 80.91 and the percentage of mastery learning was 76.2%. Based on data obtained from the study, it can be concluded that learning through the Discovery Learning learning model can improve student learning outcomes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran NHT, 2) perbedaan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran NHT, dan 3) besar efektivitas model pembelajaran NHT terhadap hasil belajar siswa dikelas X SMAN 1 Sungai Raya. Metode penelitian ialah metode eksperimen (Pre-Experimental Design) dengan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IPA SMAN 1 Sungai Raya yang terdiri dari 5 kelas. Sampel penelitian ini ialah kelas X IPA5 sebagai kelas eksperimen, dengan menggunakan teknik purporsive sampling.  Instrumen untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa menggunakan tes essay. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji rata-rata, uji pair sample t-test, dan effect size.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat peningkatan skor rata-rata hasil belajar siswa dari 45,0 menjadi 77,8, 2) Dari hasil analisis data menggunakan uji pair sample t-test dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran NHT, dan 3) Nilai Effect Size sebesar 2,2 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran NHT pada materi gerak lurus berubah beraturan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya. This study aims to analyze: 1) student learning outcomes before and after applying the NHT learning model, 2) differences in student learning outcomes before and after applying the NHT learning model, and 3) the effectiveness of NHT learning models on student learning outcomes in class X SMAN 1 Sungai Raya. The research method is the experimental method (Pre-Experimental Design) with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The study population was all students of class X Science at Sungai Raya 1 State High School consisting of 5 classes. The sample of this study is class X IPA5 as an experimental class, using purposive sampling technique. Instrument to measure student learning outcomes using an essay test. Data were analyzed using an average test, pair sample t-test, and effect size. The results show that: 1) there is an increase in the average score of student learning outcomes from 45.0 to 77.8, 2) From the results of data analysis using pair sample t-test can be concluded that there are significant differences in student learning outcomes before and after applying the NHT learning model, 3) Effect Size values of 2.2 which is included in the high category. It was concluded that the application of NHT learning  model affecting the learning outcomes of class X students of  SMAN  1 Sungai Raya, of the subject matter rectilinear motion with constant acceleration.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of ASSURE learning model on student learning outcomes in temperature and heat material of class XI SMA. The method used is quasi-experimental with equivalent pretest-posttest design. The population of this study were all students of class XI SMA . Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling with the sample of the study being class XI Mipa 2 as the experimental class and class X1 Mipa 5 as the control class. The research instrument in the form of learning outcomes tests and observation sheets that have been validated by the validator and field tested. Data analysis used inferential statistics is normality, homogeneity, hypothesis testing (2-party t test). Based on the results of research and analysis of research data, obtained the value of student learning outcomes at posttest average value of the experimental class is 14.90 with a standard deviation of 3.23 and for the control class of 11.57 with a standard deviation of 2.99. The test results of the t test statistic of 2 parties from hypothesis testing obtained the price thitung(4,11)>ttabel(1,67) or thitung(-4,11)>ttabel(-1,67) so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. This result states that there are differences in student learning outcomes in physics subjects between classes taught with the ASSURE learning model and Direct Intruction learning models. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the ASSURE learning model on student learning outcomes in temperature and heat material in class XI of SMA. This study aims to determine the effect of the discovery learning model on student learning outcomes in the Integrated Social Studies subject Class VII A at MTs Miftahul Ulum Situbondo. This study used a one-shot case study design. The subjects of this study were Class VII A, with a total of 30 students. They were collecting data using test instruments, observation and interviews. The results of the test instruments were tested by t-test. The analysis result shows that tcount> ttable is 3,814> 2,045. So it can be concluded that there is an average difference between the pretest and posttest learning outcomes. Which means that there is an effect of the discovery learning model on student learning outcomes in the Integrated Social Studies subject Class VII A at Mts Miftahul Ulum Situbondo.
