The paper presents the results of studying the style of coaches working in team and competitive sports. In this regard, the research intended to identify differences in coaching styles depending on specific features of sports. 45 coaches participated in the study. During the research, we used the combination of theoretical (systemic, comparative, logical analysis of psychological, pedagogical and method literature, studying and generalizing practical psychological experience) and empirical (observation and self-observation, polls, surveying) research methods. The specially developed questionnaire and methods of mathematical statistics yielded novel results. The emotional method-based style turned out to be the most typical one for coaches in both individual and team sports. However, there are some differences, too, associated with the fact that coaches in individual sports have a powerful direct relationship between emotional improvised and emotional methodbased style, while team sports feature a direct relation between emotional methodbased and reasoning method-based styles. The practical significance of this research lies in developing the strategy of training coaches for individual and team sports. Our further research will be associated with studying personal traits determining coaches’ style taking into account gender features.

The relevance of the research is due to the fact that the educational environment of the university is an integral element of the educational process, which is constantly changing, even at a fairly high speed. In this regard, pedagogical design in such conditions concerns not only educational programs, but also the environment itself. The author considers a new category «pedagogical design», defines how the pedagogical designer differs from the methodologist or methodologist; Why is a pedagogical design design mechanism needed? The empirical basis of the study was the data of international studies by Deloitte «Digital Education Survey», Goldman, EFMD, Metaari, Technavio, as well as data from domestic studies by HR-academy and the Sberbank Corporate University. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that the author presents a mechanism for designing the pedagogical design of the educational environment of the university, based on obtaining, comprehending, checking one’s own experience and analyzing best practices. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the results obtained will allow educational institutions to structure their work in such a way as to calmly relate to changes, responding to requests from the labor market, while making changes made the training solution the most effective.

Our exploration of peer assessment in the formative feedback of themes within ITL111 Digital Competence for teachers (15 ECTS) and GEO102 Physical Geography (15 ECTS) is based on support from tools within the LMS, sets of learning based outcomes, rubrics and Six Thinking Hats. The overall effect is improved quality of the student assignments and deeper learning. The best results were registered with the use of rubrics where the students were presented with clearly defined criteria for expected performance on a sample of different themes within the course. In order to perform the peer review, the students had to acquire the basic knowledge of the various themes. In addition, seeing how others solved the assignment provided the student with reflections on the themes that would improve the student's own final portfolio.

This article presents the main limitations of distance learning in the era of extreme events: firstly, the weak digital competence of teachers, which does not allow the maximum use of the resources of pedagogical activity through distance technologies, the formation of this competence is an important task, the implementation of which is possible through advanced training programs; secondly, the imperfect distance learning system, which can be introduced into the educational process as an addition to traditional learning, the creation of software requires both financial and labor resources; thirdly, the weak motivation of students for educational activities in the process of distance learning, which must be managed by the teacher, using active teaching methods and coordinating students throughout the educational process. Based on the data obtained, ways of solving these limitations of distance learning in the era of extreme phenomena are proposed.
