The article considers the problem of constructing a formalized model for compiling academic schedule for a typical higher education institution. The first stage of formalization of this task is developing a set of requirements that are necessary or desirable to follow when scheduling, as well as an assessment of the importance of each of these requirements. All possible requirements are divided into four groups, for each group a set of basic requirements is formed in accordance with regulatory constraints, university experience and providing the high quality and effectiveness of the educational process. A set of twenty-four indicators has been formed, they all are necessary for choosing the most appropriate variant of the academic schedule. According to the use of expert procedures, intervals for assessing the importance of the indicator of each group were selected, direct evaluation of these indicators was made, and after processing the resulting estimates were obtained. The evaluation was carried out using of Saati hierarchy method. To increase the degree of consistency of the assessments, an additional level was introduced in the priority chart, describing the relationship of each indicator with the criteria "know", "be able", "own skills". The obtained set of indicators is the basis for constructing a formalized model for compiling the educational schedule of the university.

The application of constructive geometric modeling to pedagogical models of teaching graphic disciplines today is a promising direction for using computer technology in the educational process of educational institutions. The essence of the method of constructive geometric modeling is to represent any operation performed on geometric objects in the form of a transformation, as a result of which some constructive connection is established, and the transformation itself can be considered as a result of the action of an abstract cybernetic device. Constructive geometric modeling is a popular information tool for information processing in various applied areas, however, this tool cannot be appreciated without the presence of appropriate software systems and developed design techniques. Traditionally, constructive geometric modeling is used in the design of mechanical engineering, energy, aircraft and shipbuilding facilities, in architectural and design engineering. The need to study descriptive geometry at the university in recent years has something in common with the issues of mastering graphic packages of computer programs in the framework of the new discipline "Engineering and Computer Graphics". The well-known KOMPAS software product is considered the simplest and most attractive for training. It should be noted the important role of graphic packages in the teaching of geometric disciplines that require a figurative perception of the material by students. Against the background of a reduction in classroom hours, computer graphics packages are practically the only productive teaching methodology, successfully replacing traditional tools - chalk and blackboard.

The relevance of the research is due to the fact that the educational environment of the university is an integral element of the educational process, which is constantly changing, even at a fairly high speed. In this regard, pedagogical design in such conditions concerns not only educational programs, but also the environment itself. The author considers a new category «pedagogical design», defines how the pedagogical designer differs from the methodologist or methodologist; Why is a pedagogical design design mechanism needed? The empirical basis of the study was the data of international studies by Deloitte «Digital Education Survey», Goldman, EFMD, Metaari, Technavio, as well as data from domestic studies by HR-academy and the Sberbank Corporate University. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that the author presents a mechanism for designing the pedagogical design of the educational environment of the university, based on obtaining, comprehending, checking one’s own experience and analyzing best practices. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the results obtained will allow educational institutions to structure their work in such a way as to calmly relate to changes, responding to requests from the labor market, while making changes made the training solution the most effective.
