The purpose of this study is to examine factors that affect companies presents the elements of integrated reporting in their annual reports and how its effect on the accuracy of earnings forecast analysis and information asymmetry. The independent variables tested were institutional ownership, company size, profitability, international activities, and industry type and growth opportunity. The study population is non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015. The samples were taken by using purposive sampling i.e. with some specific criteria. The data was analysed by using multiple regression analysis to examine the factors affecting the company presents the elements of integrated reporting in the annual report, and a simple regression to see how the presentation of the elements of integrated reporting affect the asymmetry of information and the accuracy of earnings forecast analysis. This study found that only the size of the companies determines the presentation of the elements ofintegrated reporting in the annual report. In addition, this study does not confirm the effect of the presentation of the elements of integrated reporting on the information asymmetry and the earnings forecast analysis accuracy.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accounting conservatism on information asymmetry in the annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Target population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with year observations from 2009 to 2011 the number of companies by 23 companies.Of accounting conservatism measurements conducted on 23 companies, the population of the obtained results of all companies that meet more than one measurement assumptions of accounting conservatism with market value to book value ratio greater than 1, so that the company can be classified as a conservative company. From the test results it can be concluded that the regression coefficient of determinant (R2) value 0.240 indicates that accounting conservatism is able to affect the asymmetry of information in the annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange amounted to 24.0 percent and the remaining 76.0 percent is influenced by other variables outside of the research model. Piecemeal evidence suggests that accounting conservatism variable regression coefficient of -0.474, (β ≠ 0), meaning that in partial accounting conservatism and significant negative effect of the information asymmetry in the annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Refers to the requirement that the results of the study reject Ho and accept Ha.  Keywords: Accounting Conservatism and Information Asymmetry

This paper examines corporate social reporting (CSR) in the annual reports of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) in Iran. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression techniques are used to analyse the extent of CSR disclosure and to test hypotheses regarding the relationships between CSR disclosure and four company characteristics namely size, profitability, financial leverage and industry type. Among five important themes of social disclosure (human resources, environmental performance and policies, community activities, energy consumption, and customer satisfaction and product quality) the human resources theme was found to be the most common type of disclosure made. Only the size of the disclosing company was found to be significantly related to the level of overall CSR disclosure.

Research purpose: The purpose of this paper was to investigate the association between corporate attributes and the implementation of Integrated Reporting (IR) among quoted companies on the Nigerian Stock Exchange which currently operates a voluntary based disclosure environment.Design and method: Using content analysis to derive the disclosure scores for integrated reporting and corporate attributes, the authors investigated the impact of corporate attributes on the implementation of the integrated reporting of a sample of 90 listed firms. The annual reports covering 2013–2017 were analysed using the disclosure methodologies developed by prior researchers in IR. The hypotheses were tested using panel least square regressions.Main findings: The authors found that corporate attributes have a statistically positive and significant impact on the implementation of integrated reporting framework, that share ownership structure and firm age have an insignificant influence over corporate implementation of the integrated reporting framework. The research findings extend integrated reporting research in Nigeria from mere primary data analysis to quantitative data analysis.Practical implications: The empirical findings provide regulators with evidence on the current level of integrated reporting disclosures and the influence of corporate attributes in driving integrated reporting.Originality and value: The study makes significant contributions to integrated reporting literature from a developing country’s perspective. It also provided empirical evidence of a high level of disclosure compliance with the IR framework among quoted companies in Nigeria.

Abstract: In the era of globalization, companies are developing into multinational companies that establish branches or subsidiaries in various countries. This globalization has given an impact to increase international transaction. These transactions could lead to transactions with related parties that shows an indication of transfer pricing. Along with the development of globalization, factors affecting transfer pricing are not only derived from taxes, but also from other factors. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of tax, exchange rate, tunneling incentive, and firm size on transfer pricing. This research used secondary data in the form of annual reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population of this research was manufacturing companies for years 2014-2018 and by purposive sampling method, a sample of 19 manufacturing companies was obtained. Analysis technique used on this research was a multiple linear regression using SPSS 23 application. The result shows that tax, tunneling incentive, firm size have significant effect on transfer pricing, while exchange rate does not take any effect on transfer pricing. Adjusted R2 determination coefficient of 32,8% shows transfer pricing is affected by tax, exchange rate, tunneling incentive, and firm size, while remaining 67,2% is affected by other variables outside research model. Keywords: Transfer Pricing; Tax; Exchange Rate; Tunneling Incentive; Firm Size.

The maturity structure of debt can have financial and operational consequences for a firm as debt maturity is a key aspect of financial flexibility. Moreover, debt maturity can impact a firm’s ability to undertake long-term productive investments and, as a result, affect economic activity. This study aims to examine the effect of earnings quality on debt maturity and the role of Integrated Reporting (IR) in moderating these effects. This study's methodology is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression models and panel data. The sample employed in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The type of data employed in this study is secondary data sourced from financial statements and annual reports from 2016 to 2020. The sample selection using a purposive sampling method with the number of samples amounted to 595 firm-year observations. The results of this study suggest that earnings quality does not affect debt maturity. Additional tests show that income maximization companies tend to have shorter debt maturity. However, IR failed to moderate the effect of earnings quality on debt maturity. This study indicates that the Financial Services Authority (OJK) needs to conduct better monitoring and regulation to increase creditor protection through optimal debt policy disclosure from the companies.

The population of this study is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The sample selected by purposive sampling amounted to 53 companies. The data processing technique uses the STATA 14.2 program. Logistic regression is used to analyze the hypothesis. Findings. The results of this study indicate that leverage, profitability, and information asymmetry do not affect the selection of the fair value method for an investment property. However, the gain on fair value difference negatively affects the choice of the fair value method for an investment property.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of investment opportunity capability sets to moderate the influence of information asymmetry on dividend policy. This research was conducted at a manufacturing company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2016. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. The sample size is 30 with 72 observations. Technique Data analysis used is test of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the investment opportunity set is not as a moderator of the influence of information asymmetry on the dividend policy. This suggests that when firms have high investment opportunities with high levels of asymmetry, it is not necessarily that the company will pay low dividends or not share them to the shareholders, since management will manage earnings annually as reserves to be reinvested without reducing the proportion of dividend payout to investors. This study provides implications for investors as a consideration in investing in a company to see how the bid ask and dividend payout ratio of the company's shares. Keywords: asymmetry of information, investment opportunity set, dividend policy
