The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of hedonic motivation on social media product browsing as well as its impact on purchase intention on student of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. The sample used in this study were customers who buy and use social media. Accidental sampling was used as the sampling technique. The researchers used questionnaire to collect the primary data with the total of 213 respondents. In this study, the researchers also used regression to determine the effect of hedonic motivation on social media product browsing as well as its impact on purchase intention. The results showed simple and multiple linear regression analysis on the T test which showed that the hedonic motivation has a significant effect on social media product browsing. The results of F test showed that hedonic motivation, social media product browsing can simultaneously predict the changes in purchase intention. The test results of the coefficient of determination or R² purchase intention are affected by hedonic motivation, social media product browsing. The analysis resulted in hedonic motivation has a positive effect on social media product browsing, social media product browsing has a positive effect on purchase intention, hedonic motivation has a positive effect on purchase intention.keywords : hedonic motivation, social media product browsing, purchase intention

This study aimed to determine the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity and job stress partially and simultaneously on performance. This research was a quantitative, and data used in this study were primary data with a questionnaire technique. The population in this research are all employees of Baperlitbang Banjarnegara regency, amounting to 51 people. The sampling technique in this research was saturated sampling technique. This study used data analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of this study indicated that role conflict partially had no effect on performance. Partial role ambiguity had a positive and significant effect on performance. Job stress had a negative and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, role conflict, role ambiguity and job stress simultaneously had a positive effect on performance. Result the coefficient of determination in this study of 36.9% means that performance of Baperlitbang Banjarnegara employees was influenced by role conflict, role ambiuigity and job stress and the rest was influenced by other variables outside the study.

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and brand image of samsung mobile phone to purchase intention of consumer in Denpasar technology gallery. The tendency for product purchase intentions make the smart phone as a product aimed at the businessman who has a need for the Internet, there is no age limit or a job to be able to afford it. Public purchasing power is determined based on product quality and brand image of certain products that show the value of the purchased product.This study used 90 samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The method of collecting data through questionnaire. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed by the F- test is product quality and brand image significant positive effect on purchase intention of consumer in technology gallery. The results showed by the coefficient of multiple correlation states is product quality and brand imagesimultaneous positive effect on purchase intention of consumer in technology gallery. Coefficient of determination was obtained equal to 58,2%. There is a partially significant influence between product quality and brand image in the technology gallery. The quality of products is the dominant variables that influence consumer purchase intention on technology gallery. Based on this suggested to the manufacturer Samsung to provide products that comply with the age of the user, such as parents need a keypad with large buttons. The producers through their business partners to create an image that is easily remembered by the public through media that has a wide network.

This study aims to examine the influence of consumer values and lifestyles partially or simultaneously to the purchase intention of herbal medicine in Surakarta-Indonesia. The type of this research is survey research. This study uses primary data collected using questionnaires. The population in this study were consumers who consumed various types of herbal medicine in Surakarta-Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive, respondents who already had experience in herbal medicine and had the goal of consuming herbs for personal gain. Techniques of data analysis in this study are to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that consumer and lifestyle values partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on the intention of herbal medicine purchase in Surakarta-Indonesia. This means the higher the consumer value and lifestyle orientation of the consumer the higher the intention of the purchase of herbal medicine in Surakarta-Indonesia, on the contrary, the lower the consumer value and lifestyle of the consumer the lower the intention of the purchase of herbal medicine in Surakarta-Indonesia.

<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>This research aims to identify the effect advertising through social media, particularly Youtube, on purchase intention towards Pantene shampoo. The objects of this research object are the students of Bachelor Degree at Business Department of Telkom University in 2013-2015. This research used quantitative method with primary data gathered by questionnaire. The data collection of 100 respondents was conducted based on probability random sampling and analysed simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that social media advertising via Youtube give positive effect on purchase intention.</em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan melalui media sosial <em>Youtube</em> terhadap minat beli sampo Pantene. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dengan populasi mahasiswa S1 Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Telkom pada tahun 2013-2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Jenis data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian adalah data primer dengan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel sejumlah 100 responden dilakukan dengan metode <em>probability sampling</em> khususnya <em>proportionate random sampling </em>yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklan melalui media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli.</p>

AbstrakTujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organsiasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan sama dengan jumlah yang ada pada populasi sebanyak 31 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organisasional memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.Kata kunci: Motivasi, Beban Kerja, Organisasional, Kinerja Pegawai  AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the impact of work motivation, workload, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The sample used is the same as the number in a population of 31 employees using a total sampling technique (census). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). This study aimed to examine the variable promotion on social media and lifestyle towards buying interest in online stores. The method of research used was associative research. The population in this study were all people who saw all respondents online shops in West Nusa Tenggara, the number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was the non-probability sampling method. The analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The data analysis technique used the SPSS version 25,0 program. The results of this study indicated that the promotion variable on social media had no significant effect on consumer purchase interest with the t value smaller than the t table. That promotion on social media did not affect buying interest, lifestyle variables that had a significant and positive effect on buying interest in online indicated that lifestyle affected public buying interest in online stores.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principles of good governance on LPD financial performance in Karangasem Regency. The location of the study was conducted at the LPD in Karangasem Regency. The sampling method is purposive sampling technique. Samples obtained were as many as 90 LPD. Financial performance is measured using LPD financial statements from 2016-2018. Good governance principles are measured using statements in the questionnaire distributed to the sample LPD. Technical analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results obtained that the principles of good governance, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and reasonableness have a positive effect on LPD financial performance in Karangasem Regency. Research was conducted in KAP in the area of Medan with the primary data collection method using questionnaire. The sampling was conducted by purposive sampling technique and the sample used in this research was 82 respondent. The method of analysis was used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The result of research showed that audit tenure auditor experience and independency have significant positive effect on audit judgement, task complexity has not significant effect.

This study aims to determine the effect of transparency in financial management of village funds and community empowerment on community welfare in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using questionnaires. This study took a sample of residents who were divided into 11 hamlets in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunung kidul Regency. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to people’s homes, attending social gatherings and routine meetings held by community members. It aims to obtain more data from respondents directly. The number of questionnaires processed was 120 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment has a positive effect on the welfare of the people of Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency, while transparency in financial management of village funds does not affect the welfare of the community in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance
