The purpose of the study. UNESCO, in its four-dimensional model of education, proposed a framework for determining the basic life skills of a modern student. That is, in modern psychological and pedagogical science, when preparing future first-graders for training at NUSH, there was a shift in emphasis on teaching senior preschoolers certain knowledge, skills and skills to form their life competencies. Such changes have become possible with the reforms taking place in the education system. The main means for the formation of key competencies in future first-graders in preschool childhood can be only the game - the leading activity of preschoolers at this stage of development. The game contributes to the formation of the child's personality, the development of his cognitive activity, independence and self-regulation. The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis of the use of the possibilities of games to form the readiness of a senior preschool to study in a new Ukrainian school. Research methods. In the process of work we used the following research methods: theoretical: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, modeling; empirical: observations, comparisons. Result. The main indicator of readiness for schooling is the desire and ability of the child to study, to own components of educational activities. All this ensures school achievement. The game provides children with the development of those qualities that allow them to make changes to game plans at will, independently enter into interaction with peers, realize their strengths and opportunities, showing independence, activity and self-regulation. These characteristics play not only an invaluable role in shaping the personality of the future student, but also contribute to the formation of elements of educational activity.

The article is devoted to the study of the current state of female athletes’ training in ketlebell lifting. The dynamics of fulfillment of standards of the master of sports of Ukraine by female athletes in all disciplines of ketlebell lifting in the period from 2016 to 2021 is analyzed. Female athletes (women aged 18-35 years) of national teams of regions of Ukraine in weight categories up to 58 kg, up to 63 kg, up to 68 kg and over 68 kg took part in the study. The protocols of the championships of Ukraine for the specified period were analyzed. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature and documentary method (study of competition protocols). It was found that in the snatch for the period under study the standard of the master of sports obeyed only three athletes, but in the jerk and long cycle no one female athletes have not fulfill the standarts. In addition, in a snatch with an arbitrary change of hands for 12 minutes (R-12), which was introduced in 2019 to attract more women to ketlebell lifting and popularize ketlebell lifting among women, in three years the standard of master of sports obeyed 27 female athletes. This allows us to say that at the present stage of development of ketlebell lifting there is a high level of preparedness of female athletes in the discipline of R-12 and the popularity of exercises with ketlebells among women. The need to improve the training process of female athletes in other disciplines of ketlebell lifting was also confirmed.

Research in educational psychology and sport psychology indicates that school achievement depends on students’ capacity to self-regulate their own learning processes. The purpose of this study was to investigate the self-regulation components employed by students in a natural physical education setting. Twenty-three French students, 14 and 15 years old, were videotaped during their regular physical education class as their teachers taught them a new skill. The students then watched a recording of their performance and provided the researcher with a verbal description of their cognitive activity during the lesson. Verbal data were then analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative techniques. The data revealed that the students employed a 17-component self-regulation model while learning a new skill in the natural physical education context. Three teaching models that emerged for eliciting the identified self-regulation components among students are also discussed.

The underdeveloped conscious self-regulation of actions plays a primary role in the disorder-related character of children with developmental delay (DD). This study aimed to analyze and systematize specific occurrences of conscious self-regulation in children’s DD-affected cognitive activity. Children aged 7–8 years were involved in the study (n = 60), including children with DD (n = 40) and school children displaying typical development (n = 20). The dotting test, visual pattern test, and Toulouse–Pieron attention test are the practical methods used in the study. Mathematical methods of statistics were applied to analyze the study outcome. The experimental research identified and described four levels of conscious self-regulation development in the cognitive activity of children with different learning capacities. The findings proved that children of 7–8 years with DD have an underdeveloped level of conscious self-regulation of actions in terms of their cognitive activity, and that they differ from their peers regarding typical development in terms of their conscious self-regulation level and skills. Special intervention programs that develop conscious self-regulation in the performance and behavior of children with DD are required to realize their cognitive and personal capacities and provide them with high-quality education.

The article considers features of organization of teaching computer science at school on the basis of social constructivist approach. The main idea of this approach is the construction by students of their knowledge of computer science in the process of collaboration through solving problem tasks in a network community. The organization of student activities in the network community on the basis of social constructivist approach includes the organization of joint community management, creation of conditions for communication and interaction of students, solution of problem tasks in computer science, and self-regulation of educational activities. Joint management of the network community contributes to a deeper understanding of differentiation of access rights in the network, functional possibilities of a community; gaining experience of organization activities of other people; increasing responsibility for their learning. Solving problem tasks in computer science contributes to the development of interest to the subject, formation of the ability to independent information research, its analysis, and a more confident acquirement of ICT tools. In the process of discussing problem situations in online communities, students master social norms, rules and values of these communities that leads to a successful functionality in these communities. Self-regulation of educational activity allows students to make a decision about the effectiveness of cognitive activity and the need for its correction.

Introduction. The article is devoted to the problems of the essence and content of judicial ethics in the new conditions of the technical revolution and with other social needs for legal regulation. Theoretical Basis. Methods. The work used a systematic, activity-personal approach to the study of moral and ethical standards of the conduct of judges. This made it possible to reveal a new and broader view on judicial ethics, which is not simply a set of moral restrictions and obligations imposed on a judge. Results. The work has identified and analysed the signs of judicial ethics at the current stage of development. It is argued that ethical regulation is precautionary in relation to the legal regulation of the independence of judges, for they complement ethical rules and reinforce legal norms. The ethical conduct of judges is an instrument guaranteeing judicial independence in all of its manifestations, including in organisational and judicial relations. The new realities of our time recognise the expansion of boundaries and the subject area itself of ethical regulation. A broader view on judicial ethics, which differs from the traditional one, is hereby justified. The latter is defined in two ways – namely both as a system of professional values, as well as a means of judicial administration based on the principle of self-regulation. By its very nature, judicial ethics is the result (and the way) of judicial self-governance, developed on the basis of the experience of functioning bodies of the judicial community. Discussion and Conclusion. Conclusions are drawn on both the instrumental and the managerial impact of the categories of ethics. The subject of judicial ethics has been defined, which constitutes the rules of conduct of judges in the performance of their professional duties and beyond – namely the set of general principles of work of a judge, as well as the personal qualities of a judge personifying the judicial power. Proposals on the optimisation of the mechanism of ethical influence, differentiation of ethical and disciplinary norms have also been substantiated.

The aim of the work was to study the features of pedagogical control of schoolchildren's learning in a modern general education school. Research methods: theoretical: a review of psychological and pedagogical literature on research issues. The advantages of the system for assessing the degree of training are that each subsequent parameter is qualitatively higher than the previous one, and the system as a whole assesses the growth of knowledge and skills of students and the proposed parameters are convenient to operate in practice during the current assessment of knowledge, skills and abilities of students. The disadvantage of the system - the last parameter - "transfer" - characterizes as the student's ability to solve problems of a heuristic and creative type, ie. this stage requires detailing. The teaching function of control is to determine the content, techniques and methods of control, which are educational in nature. Any controlling task, except for the controlling function, trains students in the implementation of specific educational actions, ensuring a more solid mastery of these actions. The controlling task includes an element of novelty in the informative and substantive terms, providing an expansion of the cognitive horizons of students, developing and increasing the learning value of control. It is difficult to eliminate the subjective element of pedagogical control due to various circumstances: the designation of learning outcomes is rather arbitrary: knowledge, abilities, skills, assimilation, academic performance, etc .; methods of direct measurement of educational activity have not been developed, and it is judged indirectly by the answers, by the actions of students. Pedagogical control is an important component of the educational process that influences the result, the course of training and education. This problem is one of the most urgent in teaching practice.
