The Aim of this research are to determine the strategy of the Moeslem Square MSME business development of the big family of Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna and to know Islamic business ethics in the business development strategy of the big family Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna. The Business of Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna is a fast growing business in Muslim fashion products that are external and internal strategies of business development. The branch of bussiness like Aluminum and Glass Mabrur along with its branches, mabrur boutiques, as-salaam boutiques, kalila boutiques, and nirmala boutiques that have been known by many people in the city of Ngawi. This is because this business has a very Islamic development method and its own characteristics and always provides the best quality of goods and services for its customers. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted in a business location in order to obtain data using primary data sources through interviews, observation and documentation, and to support this research also used secondary data taken from books, journals and other sources related to Islamic business ethics in business development strategies extended family Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna. In the business development strategy there are external factors, namely economic, social, demographic culture, environment, government, technology and competitors. In addition there are internal factors in the strategy like management, marketing, finance, products and Human Resourse

Seaweed is one of the leading commodities in the marine sector which has a high selling value. However, this potential is currently not optimally utilized in Karawang Regency. Karawang Regency has a large enough potential for aquaculture ponds, has a pond area of 18,273.30 hectares, and only 1% is cultivated for seaweed. This research aims to formulate a seaweed cultivation business development strategy that has not developed optimally. The respondents in this research were all 60 seaweed cultivators in Karawang Regency. The data used were primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through an interview with seaweed cultivators and using the questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from institutions/agencies related to research, such as the Karawang Regency Fisheries Service The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative analysis. Qualitative analysis was used to determine a seaweed cultivation development strategy using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the relative position of seaweed cultivation development based on the SWOT analysis is in the first quadrant which means the strategy used is a progressive or aggressive. The progressive strategy of developing seaweed cultivation can be carried out with strategies such as increasing production to meet the demand for seaweed, expanding the area for seaweed cultivation, empowering local communities about seaweed cultivation and diversifying processed seaweed products.

The purpose of this study was to determine the culture of siri' na pacce in revealing the profits of retail traders from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with an ethnographic approach. This study obtained data from retailers of Bugis-Makassar ethnicity and Muslim who trade at the Panakukkang Market in Makassar. Data collected through a series of observation methods, interviews, secondary data from literature books, journals, the internet, and other complementary data. Research results internalization of siri' na pacce culture and Islamic business ethics in trading produce material and non-material benefits. The internalization of siri' na pacce culture with Islamic business ethics results in the values of tongeng and the principle of truth, the value of lempu' and the principle of tauhid, balance, ihsan, and the value of adele' and the focus of truth. The values in the siri' na pacce culture can implement Islamic business ethics in trade to achieve world happiness and the end, which is the goal of human life.الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد ثقافة السيري في الكشف عن أرباح تجار التجزئة من منظور أخلاقيات العمل الإسلامية. هذا النوع من البحث هو دراسة وصفية نوعية ذات نهج إثنوغرافي. تم الحصول على مصادر البيانات من تجار التجزئة من عرقية Bugis-Makassar والمسلمين الذين يتاجرون في سوق Panakukkang في Makassar. تم جمع البيانات من خلال سلسلة من طرق المراقبة والمقابلات والبيانات الثانوية من كتب الأدب والمجلات والإنترنت والبيانات التكميلية الأخرى. نتائج البحث عن استيعاب ثقافة السيري وأخلاقيات العمل الإسلامية في التجارة تنتج فوائد مادية وغير مادية. إن استيعاب ثقافة سيري مع أخلاقيات العمل الإسلامية ينتج عنه قيم توغنغ ومبادئ الحقيقة ، وقيم ليمبو ومبادئ التوحيد ، والتوازن ، والحقيقة ، وقيم الإحسان ، وأديل ومبادئ الحقيقة. يمكن تطبيق القيم الواردة في ثقافة السيري ومبادئ أخلاقيات العمل الإسلامية في التجارة لتحقيق السعادة العالمية والغاية التي هي هدف حياة الإنسان على هذه الأرض.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui budaya siri’ na pacce dalam mengungkap keuntungan usaha pedagang eceran perspektif etika bisnis Islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Sumber data diperoleh dari pedagang eceran bersuku Bugis-Makassar dan beragama Islam yang berdagang di Pasar Panakukkang Makassar. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui serangkaian metode observasi, wawancara, data sekunder dari literatur buku, jurnal, internet, dan data pelengkap lainnya. Hasil Penelitian internalisasi budaya siri’ na pacce dan etika bisnis Islam dalam berdagang menghasilkan keuntungan materi dan non materi. Internalisasi budaya siri’ na pacce dengan etika bisnis Islam menghasilkan nilai togeng dan prinsip kebenaran, nilai lempu’ dan prinsip tauhid, keseimbangan, kebenaran, ihsan, dan nilai adele’ dan prinsip kebenaran. Nilai-nilai terdapat di budaya siri’ na pacce dan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam dapat di implementasikan dalam berdagang untuk mencapai kebahagian dunia dan akhir yang menjadi tujuan hidup manusia di muka bumi ini.

This study aims to analyze Ana Batik's business conditions as one of the MSMEs in Magelang based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis to develop a business strategy based on a SWOT analysis. The research was developed based on a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews, while secondary data were collected through literature studies. The data that has been collected is analyzed based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis and the SWOT analysis. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis is used to describe Ana Batik's business conditions, while the SWOT analysis is used to formulate a business development strategy that is applied to the new business model. The results of the data analysis indicate that the appropriate strategy for Ana Batik Magelang's business development is the SO strategy. SO strategies that can be applied are developing products according to fashion trends, using brand ambassadors to attract and increase consumer buying interest, and expand the market to the scope of the global market. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that Ana Batik Magelang's business can develop and be sustainable.

This research was conducted to analyze the business development strategy of PT Tanabe Indonesia in the face of the JKN era, by describing the internal conditions such as Marketing, Finance, production and human resources and also external condition of companies, namely the five-force analysis. Then a SWOT analysis is performed to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The study was conducted with a qualitative-descriptive method using primary and secondary data collection techniques through interviews, observation and identification of company documents. From the results of the study it was concluded that the business development strategy in facing the JKN era carried out by PT Tanabe Indonesia was a focus strategy, namely focusing the company on narrower market segments and maintaining production efficiency and effectiveness.

The purpose of this study was to identify internal and external factors of SMEs of Junggo Village Goat, to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Junggo Goat Village SMEs, to formulate a business development strategy that should be done of  SMEs of Goat Village Junggo . This research uses participatory action research (PAR) approach to data collection and processing. The data obtained in the form of primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of SWOT matrix analysis, there are several alternative strategies such as increasing the number of permanent customers, increasing sales capacity, increasing production capacity, promoting, performing financial and administration recording system, conducting market research and development, providing quality goats, increasing synergism and partnership, provide supplementary food and preventive medicine and conduct comparative studies.

Islam does not forbid its servants from doing business in the world. The difference between Islamic business and others is its motivation. In addition to worldly, but the business of Islam is also for the benefit of ukhrowi. And the main goal is not just profit, but zakat and blessing of the results of his efforts. However, business is not always lucky continuously, sometimes experiencing losses due to various factors. Especially at this time, the non-technical factor that is faced now is the impact of the 2019 (covid-19) coronavirus disease pandemic greatly affecting the economies of all Countries in the World. It is interesting to study how the marketing strategy of the company or also business people in order to survive in the midst of this pandemic. Generally affected, the Charitable Institution namely Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Kediri has increased incomes. Thus, researchers are interested in conducting a study of Islamic business ethics review on BMH Kediri's marketing strategy in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Because the object of this research is field research, so qualitative research aims to explain phenomena profusely through data collection. Abstrak - Sapi potong merupakan salah satu ternak ruminansia yang mempunyai kontribusi terbesar sebagai penghasil daging. Selama ini produksi daging sapi di Indonesia belum mampu memenuhi permintaan dalam negeri yang cenderung meningkat setiap tahun. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah melakukan impor daging sapi dan bakalan antara lain Australia, Selandia Baru dan Amerika Serikat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis tenaga kerja, modal, teknologi dan pasar yang mempengaruhi jumlah populasi sapi potong dan menentukan strategi pengembangan usaha ternak sapi potong. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara serempak variabel tenaga kerja, modal, teknologi dan pasar terima Ha tolak H0 dan signifikan terhadap jumlah populasi sapi potong. Secara parsial variabel tenaga kerja, modal, teknologi dan pasar terima Ha tolak H0 dan signifikan terhadap jumlah populasi sapi potong, sedangkan pasar tidak signifikan. Strategi yang perlu diterapkan adalah strategi internal kekuatan dan strategi eksternal peluang yakni memanfaatkan peluang dengan kekuatan yang ada.The Development Strategy Of Agribussiness-Oriented Beef Cattle In District Of Kuta Baro Aceh BesarAbstract - Beef cattle is one ruminants which has the largest contribution as a producer of meat. During the production of beef in Indonesia has not been able to meet growing domestic demand tends to increase every year. Therefore, the government has to import beef and feeder including Australia, New Zealand and the United States. This study aimed to analyze the labor, capital, technology and markets that affect the number of beef cattle population and determine the business development strategies of cattle. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is by using multiple linear regression and SWOT analysis. The results showed that simultaneously variable labor, capital, technology and markets accept Ha reject H0 and significant impact on the number of beef cattle population. In partial labor, capital, technology and markets accept Ha reject H0 and significant impact on the number of beef cattle population, while the market is not significant. The strategy needs to be implemented is the strategy of internal strength and external strategic opportunities that take advantage of opportunities to the forces in the field.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a positive image for companies to stakeholders in a business. Business ethics is very necessary, because business ethics is a values about good, bad, right and wrong in business. Meanwhile, business ethics in Islam like trust, fairness and honesty are essential elements in achieving the success of a business. CSR of PT.Garudafood is realized through Garudafood Sehati which is focused on social activities. The research objectives are to explain 1) Islamic business ethics; 2) CSR; and 3) CSR management of PT GarudaFood in Islamic business ethics. This research is a qualitative research. Primary data obtained from interviews and documentation. Secondary data were obtained from books and internet sites containing economics, Islamic business ethics, and CSR. The results of this study are 1) Islamic business ethics has basic axioms, namely unity, equilibrium, free will, benevolence, responsibility, shiddiq, istiqamah, fathanah, amanah, and tablig. 2) PT. Garuda Food has got CSR in the social, economic, and environmental fields. 3) The application of a form of social responsibility in accordance with Islamic business ethics, namely a form of business responsibility between man and God, man and the universe, and man and man.

That small capital deficit entrepreneurs can do mudharabah financing at Tamzis. The number of small entrepreneurs who do the financing Tamzis needs to be careful in running his business. Considering that the mudhârabah contract is a contract of cooperation between Shahibul Mal and Mudharib, both must hold to full trust, it is necessary to implement Islamic ethics in carrying out the contract. The purpose of this study was to eximine the susccesful implementation of business ethics in mudharabah contracts at BMT TAMZIS KCP Bandung Inggit Garnasih. The research method is based on a sociological juridical approach. Research methods conducted based on the normative juridical approach. This research is understood as filed research, which is collecting documentation data that is located in BMT TAMZIS KCP Bandung Inggit Garnasih.The research used is analytical descriptive, that is, research to describe current problems or based on reality in the field, and the type of data used in this research, namely primary data, material or data and secondary data in the form of supporting books. related to the object. The results showed that the Islamic business ethics carried out in the mudharabah contract at BMT TAMZIS KCP Bandung Inggit Garnasih showed an example of its success in helping members (customers) who are traders in the Kebon Kalapa ITC market enivironment.Keywords: BMT, Islamic Business Ethics, and Mudharabah.

The concrete market is a gathering place for buyers and sellers to trade goods that are there. Based on preliminary studies indicated there are some traders who make a deviation in business practices in terms of Islamic business ethics principles. The formulation of this research is about how the application of Islamic business ethics principles to traders in traditional markets Pancasila Tasikmalaya. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of Islamic business markets Pancasila Tasikmalaya. The research method using the descriptive method of the qualitative. The data source in this study, namely the primary data is interviewed to the relevant parties is traders, buyers and managers of traditional markets Pancasila. While the secondary data are data obtained through reports on traders and PD. Profiles the traditional market of Pancasila. By using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interview, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques using analytical techniques developed by Miles and Huberman, with its stages: data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing/ verification. Based on the results obtained from traders, buyers, and managers of traditional markets Pancasila shows that the principles of Islamic business ethics basically traders have applied in the activity of buying and selling. However, there are some deviations committed by traders in buying and selling such as, there are still those who neglect prayers, cheating on scales, selling goods below market prices due to tight market prices, less honest traders do not pay the debt to the supplier, doing savings and loan to conventional bank, unclear expiration limits, and there are still processed food products that add formalin and borax.
