This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Culture and Transformational LeadershipStyle Role Of Conduct Extras (OCB) Through Employee Organizational Commitment RegionalGeneral Hospital City Mataram. The population in this study are employees (doctors, nurses,midwives), which amounted to 246 employees with a sampling technique that Proportionate RandomSampling was 71 employees. This type of research is the study associative causality. Data collectiontool is a questionnaire containing questions about the variables Organizational Culture,Transformational Leadership Style, Behavior Role Extras (OCB) and Organizational Commitment.Data analysis was performed with Path Analysis Model Triming using SPSS AMOS. The analysisfinds that organizational culture positive and significant effect on the behavior of extra role (OCB).Organizational culture positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.Transformational leadership style and no significant positive effect on the extra role behavior (OCB).Transformational leadership style positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.Work motivation positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizationalcommitment and significant positive effect on Extra Role Behavior (OCB). This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. This study was quantitative research using primary and secondary data sources. The data collection method used an online questionnaire in the form of a statement with a Likert scale and sampling used purposive sampling technique. Processing of data analysis techniques used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the transformational leadership style did not be proven to have an effect on the Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. Organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance and job satisfaction also had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance. The last, transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant positive effect on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang.

This study aimed to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on performance and organizational commitment as an intervening variable, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and organizational commitment as an intervening variable, determine the effect of transformational leadership style directly to employee performance, and determine the influence of organizational culture directly to the employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Watukumpul districtl. By using the census method, all employees amounted to 140 people were carried out as the  sample. Analysis  data were analyzed using path analysis. Based on the research results it could be concluded that there was  significantly and positive effect of  transformational leadership style and organizational culture. Transformational leadership style and organizational culture also had significantly and positive effect on Organizational commitment. And finally there was significantly and positive effect of organiztional commitment.The research also showed that Organizational commitment had a mediating role between  transformational leadership style, Organizational culture and employee performance. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership style and employee motivation toward organizational commitment. This research was conducted at PT. Ganesha Emas Dwipa Denpasar Branch. The number of target population of this study as much as 33 respondents Data collection is done through observation, interviews and questionnaires. This study uses instrument test by using multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the analysis results found that organizational culture, transformational leadership style, and employee motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Partially organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership style partially positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, while employee motivation partially have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Commitment can be achieved if individuals in the organization are aware of their rights and obligations in the organization regardless of position and position of each individual, because the achievement of organizational goals is the result of the work of all members of the organization that are collective.

The ethical behavior of managers greatly influences the success of an organization. But in practice, not a few managers who work outside the rules that have been set so that it behaves unethically. This research was conducted to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of transformational leadership styles and work motivation on the ethical behavior of cooperative managers. This research was conducted in 48 cooperatives in Tabanan Regency. Based on the results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership style has a significant insignificant positive effect on the ethical behavior of cooperative managers, which means that transformational leadership styles are not able to influence the ethical behavior of cooperative managers. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on the ethical behavior of cooperative managers, which means that the higher the work motivation of managers, the higher the ethical behavior of cooperative managers. This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an Intervening variable on employees of BSI KC Semarang. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents with the sampling technique saturated sampling technique. The method of collecting data is by giving a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this research includes regretion analysis, statistical test, classical assumption test and path analysis. Furthermore, processing the data that has been obtained is processed with SPSS tools. Based on the results explains that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance, 3) organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance, 4) OCB has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, 5) organizational culture has no effect on ocb, 6) transformational leadership style has no effect on OCB, 7) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB, 8) ocb does not mediate the effect organizational culture on employee performance, 9) OCB does not mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, 10) OCB is able to mediate the influence of commitment or ganization of employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of budgetary participation, organizational commitment, transformational leadership style, and information asymmetry on budgetary slack in the 5-Star Hotel in the Nusa Dua Region. The population used was as many as 18 5-star hotels in the Nusa Dua area with a sample of 73 lower and middle level managers using purposive sampling methods and data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, it was found that budgetary participation and information asymmetry had a positive effect on budgetary slack, while organizational commitment and transformational leadership style negatively affected budgetary slack in the 5-Star Hotel in the Nusa Dua Region. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee job satisfaction through employee empowerment as a mediating variable. The number of samples taken were 52 employees of DevinSky Hotel Seminyak who had worked for at least 3 years. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). On the results of the analysis it was found that the transformational leadership style variable had a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction at DevinSky Hotel Seminyak, the transformational leadership style variable had a significant positive effect on employee empowerment, the employee empowerment variable had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, employee empowerment mediated the effect of transformational leadership style to the job satisfaction of DevinSky Hotel Seminyak employees. The research objective is to analyse the effect of organizational culture on employee performance with the mediation of the variable organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Data analysis in this research is quantitative using a path analysis model (Path) with the help of Smart PLS Software version 3.2 .8. The results found that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Interestingly, it indicates an insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction both show a significant positive effect on employee performance. For testing the indirect effect is found empirical facts that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance if mediated by organizational commitment. The organizational culture does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance if mediated by job satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The sampling method used was simple random sampling, that is, the sample was taken randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. Respondents in this study were 63 employees of UPTD Waste Water and Garbage Management in the Eastern Region of the Perkim LH Office of Kebumen Regency. This research used descriptive analysis method and statistical analysis which carried out validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, correlation test, determination coefficient test, t test, path analysis, and single test. Testing in the t test shows that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment to employees of UPTD Pengelolaan air Limbah dan Sampah Wilayah Timur Dinas Perkim LH Kabupaten Kebumen, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership style has no effect on organizational citizenship. behavior, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment can mediate transformational leadership styles and organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment can mediate organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior.

This study examines the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on employee engagement and OCB on NTB Provincial Secretariat staff. Specifically the purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational climate and employee engagement on employee OCB, find out the significance of the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational climate on employee engagement, as well as knowing the mediating role of employee engagement variables in Provincial Regional Secretariat employees NTB. The population of this study was all employees who served in the NTB Provincial Secretariat were 378 respondents. There were 237 questionnaires that were received back or the questionnaire return rate was very high because it reached 62.70 percent, then the data collected was further analyzed. This research uses structural equation modeling (SEM analysis) with AMOS applications. The results showed that transformational leadership style and employee engagement had a significant positive effect on OCB, while organizational climate did not significantly influence OCB. Transformational leadership style and organizational climate have a significant positive effect on employee engagement. For the mediation effect of employee engagement, there is a full mediating role in the influence of transformational leadership styles and organizational climate on OCB.Keywords :Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Climate, Employee Engagement, OCB.
