The purpose of the research is to analyze difference of the results of students learning the practice of productive, that is: learning strategy between with music and without music, student who has high motivation even hard with learning process of with music and without music. Interactions between learning strategy with student learn motivation by music. This research is experiment research with factorial 2x2 designs. Population student X grade Tata Boga major tourism group of vocational high school in West Sumatra. The sample is taken by multistage random sampling. The Data is analyzed descriptively and ANAVA two way analyzed and continued by Tukey test. The findings research shows that (1) the result of student learning the practice of productive group with learning music is higher than without learning music. (2) there is interaction between processes using music with student motivation learning that giving difference influence to the productive practice student learning (3) the result of group of students learning the practice of productive who have high motivation by learning music is higher than without learning music, and (4) The result of a group of students learning the practice of productive who have low motivation with learning music is lower than without music.

This research aimed to identify the activities needed by teachers in holding the Continuing Professional Development Program. This research employed survey type of non-experimental quantitative research method. This type of research was used when the author wants to find out the population’s opinion by conducting a study on the sample of population. The population of research consisted of all teachers of Vocational High School in Business and Management field in Surakarta City Residency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Techniques of collecting data were observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. Quantitative data obtained was the one processed using Microsoft Excel with the scale specified by the author, while qualitative data was analyzed using triangulation technique. The result of research showed that Program Continuing Professional Development had been conducted despite different proportion for self-development, scientific publication, and innovative work. Thus, the appropriate strategy was required to solve some problems encountered by teachers

Implementation of Hammond Model in Evaluation of Field Work Practice Program of State Vocational High School 1 Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how the implementation of a program that has been selected in accordance with the purpose of information and implementation of a policy to take a decision. This research is taken one example of Hammond model implementation in Hammond model program evaluation one of program evaluation model that can help change learning to be better seen from 3 aspects that is learning, behavior, and institution. This Hammond program evaluation is a very helpful evaluation of the implementation of an existing school program for the better, in terms of these three aspects. In this research, the researcher evaluates the Field Work Practice program in STMN I Jakarta which has been running for more than 3 years and after the researcher conducted the research at State Vocational High School I many inputs from the researcher about the 3 aspects. And as an acceptable result is the implementation of Field Work Practices in Vocational Secondary School 1 will change its implementation in the first semester IX in the semester V. Because in the semester IX students sufficient knowledge to follow the implementation of Field Work Practices in the field to be better and competence.

This study aims to  determine the  competency-based  teaching materials development program to improve student life skills, implementation, problems and challenges, and future improvement steps. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted at the Ma'arif Nahdotul Ulama Vocational High School, Garut Regency, West Java Province. The data collection techniques were interviews and documentation, while the data analysis techniques used were qualitative data analysis techniques using an inductive approach. The research results are: First, the teaching material development program carried out is planning  development  quality  objectives,  establishing  a  School  Activity Plan, collaborating with the business world and the industrial world. Second, the  implementation  is  that  the  partnership  relationship  is  not  optimal. Implementing the guidelines for the development of teaching materials is not optimal. Good management is needed in implementing the results of the development of teaching materials, and an additional budget is required. Third, the problems faced are poor management of school principals, inadequate curriculum development and cooperation,  preliminary school budgets, a productive syllabus that needs to be developed, and industrial practices for production are not optimal. Simultaneously, the future challenges are the student resources managing the partnership, the students' character, and  the demands for  practical facilities that require special attention.  Fourth, the  corrective  steps  are that the regulation of material development needs particular attention, additional budget is needed, the apprenticeship material must adjust to the productive syllabus, quality learning, improved competency tests, the competence of educators needs to be improved, optimizing the acceptance of new students, completing facilities and infrastructure.

Abstrak:Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif (MPI) di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) bertujuan untuk mendapatkan media pembelajaran yang layak dan berkualitas yang dapat dijadikan media pendukung (supplementary) bagi keberhasilan kegiatan pembelajaran. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, dilakukanlah ujicoba melalui berbagai tahapan; analisis kebutuhan, pemilihan topik, pembuatan garis-garis besar isi media, penulisan naskah, produksi, evaluasi dan previu, serta finalisasi. Ujicoba program dilakukan di 16 SMK yang tersebar di 8 kota dengan mengambil 160 responden pada jurusan Mekanik Otomotif dan Audio Video. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data melalui angket/ lembar kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert Sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS, dan hasilnya dideskripsikan. Hasil ujicoba menunjukkan bahwa dari 6 media pembelajaran online dengan materi mekanik otomotif (MO) dan audio video (AV) memiliki nilai rata-rata skor total 139,58. Atau 62,9%. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa program secara keseluruhan tergolong baik/tinggi. Berbagai aspek yang dipersyaratkan dalam pengembangan program MPI (pembelajaran, kurikulum, konten/isi materi, tampilan, dan teknik operasional) dinilai responden memiliki kategori baik dan bahkan sangat baik. Hal ini berarti bahwa keenam media pembelajaran online layak dan berkualitas sebagai media pembelajaran untuk peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK).Kata Kunci: pengembangan, media pembelajaran online, peserta didik SMK Abstract:Media Development Interactive Learning (MPI) in Vocational School (SMK) aims to get learning media who is worthy and high-quality that can be made media supporters (supplementary) for the successful teaching activities. To achieve this goal, he acted testing through various stages; needs analysis, the election topics, the lines of the decision-making media, the writing of the contents text, production, evaluation and job preview, and the finalization. Testing program will be done in 16 vocational high school that spread in 8 cities and take 160 respondents in Automotive Mechanics department and Audio Video. The Election samples will be done using the technique cluster random sampling. The method data collection through inquiry/ sheets using questionnaires becomes technical Likert while data analysis done by using the program SPSS, and the results are being described. Test result shows that from 6 learning media automotive mechanics online with materials (MO) and audio video (AV) have a value of average scores total 139.58 or 62.9 percent. Results of research revealed that the economy was considered to be good. Various aspects that are required in the development program (MPI learning, the curriculum, the content/contents materials, view state, and technical operations) is considered as respondents had a good category and even very good. This means that the sixth learning media online qualified and highquality as a teaching the students to Vocational School (SMK).Key words: development, learning media online, the students vocational high school

This study aims to design and create interactive multimedia learning modules that meet Valid, Practical and Effective requirements for operating system subjects in Vocational High School. The type of this research is Research and Development research conducted in Vocational High School class 10. The population of this study is the students of class 10 SMK Negeri Batipuh West Sumatra. The sample of this research is students of class 10 Multimedia SMK N Batipuh West Sumatra. The results of the assessment of the three validators overall validator assessment of the Interactive multimedia learning module amounted to 83.93 percent so that the validity level can be interpreted Valid is used. Overall assessment of the practicality level of use Interactive multimedia learning module as a learning resource of 89.19 percent, so the level of practicality can be interpreted Very Practical use and the effectiveness assessment of Interactive multimedia learning module as a learning resource of 86.90 percent so that the level of effectiveness can be interpreted Very Effective use.  Keywords: Adobe Director, Interactive Multimedia Module, Operating System

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan program pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMK Islamiyah Ciputat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan mengenai program pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik di SMK Islamiyah Ciputat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Pihak yang di wawancara adalah kepala sekolah sebagai subjek penelitian, wakil kepala bidang kurikulum, dan 5 orang guru sebagai sumber data. Observasi yang dilakukan saat aktivitas Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) di kelas. Studi dokumentasi dilakukan dengan pengambilan gambar secara langsung dan meminta arsip atau berkas-berkas kepada dewan guru yang di wawancarai terkait dengan kegiatan pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik di SMK Islamiyah Ciputat cukup baik. Hal ini terlihat ada beberapa strategi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik guru diantaranya mengadakan pelatihan, seminar, dan workshop, mengadakan diskusi intern, dan kepala sekolah juga selalu mengikutsertakan guru-guru pada kegiatan pelatihan atau kegiatan pengembangan yang diadakan oleh lembaga lain. Akan tetapi hal ini dilaksanakan hanya sesuai kebutuhan saat itu, dan kegiatan pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik tersebut tidak terjadwalkan secara rutin dan tidak tertulis. Kata kunci: Pengembangan guru, kompetensi pedagogik, sekolah kejuruan Abstract [The Development of Teacher Pedagogical Competence of Islamic Vocational High School]. This study aims to determine and describe the pedagogic teacher competence development program at Vocational High School Islamiyah Ciputat. The research method used is a qualitative approach that is to know and describe pedagogic competence development program at Vocational High School Islamiyah Ciputat. Data collectiontechniques include interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The parties in the interview are principals as research subjects, vice head of curriculum, and 5 teachers as data sources. Observations made during the activities of Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) in the classroom. Documentation study is done by taking pictures directly and requesting archives or files to the interviewed teacher council related to pedagogic competence development activities. The results showed that pedagogic competence development program at Vocational High School Islamiyah Ciputat was quite good. It is seen that there are several strategies that principals do in developing teacher pedagogic competence such as arranging training, seminars, and workshops, holding internal discussions, and the principal also involves teachers in training activities or development activities organized by other institutions. However, this is done only according to the needs of the time, and the pedagogic competence development activities are not scheduled on a regular or unwritten basis.
