This research is to know the influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation toward organizational commitment of teacher in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey method at the teacher at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 43 teachers at SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using 16.00 for windows application. The results showed that: 1) There was no positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN 1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; 2) There is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency; and 3) There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership and achievement motivation simultaneously to the organizational commitment of teachers in SMPN1 Selopuro Blitar Regency.

This study aims to describe the influence of empowerment, transformational leadership and organizational justice to organizational commitment at the Nu Lazer Restaurant and Bar. Samples used were as 43 people were determined with saturated sampling. Questionnaires were distributed as many as 43 pieces and 40 pieces were returned with a response rate of 93.02 percent. Data collection techniques used questionnaires to measurement using a Likert scale and were analyzed data by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of empowerment, transformational leadership and organizational justice positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The company must pay attention to the empowerment, transformational leadership and organizational justice to improve organizational commitment.

<em>This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment partially or simultaneously on employee performance at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. This research was conducted on non-medical employees of the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital. There are 55 respondents who have been selected as samples using the Slovin formula. The method used is the survey method, while the type of research is classified as explanatory research. The method of data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination are assisted by IBM Version 24 Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results show: (1) Work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (2) The work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at the Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (3) Organizational commitment has a partial effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital; (4) Work discipline, work environment and organizational commitment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at Banjarmasin Islamic Hospital.</em>

The purpose of this study was to analyze influence self efficacy and learning motivation to learning outcomr. This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 with likert scale,. The respondents are students of Vocational High School in Kabupaten Bandung Barat . Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of the study revealed self efficacy and motivation learning both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward influenced students’ learning outcomes. Thus students’ learning outcomes can be improved through increased self efficacy and learning  motivation. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor rentang 1 sampai 5 model Likert. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan efikasi diri dan motivasi belajar.

<p>Technologic improvements, rising competition conditions, importance of ‘knowledge’, diffusion of continuous innovation principles are effected human resources politics of organizations. The aims of this study are to analyze the relationship between intention to leave, transformational leadership, job satisfaction, job stress and organizational commitment; to determine effects of transformational leaderships, job satisfaction and job stress on intention to leave and effects of transformational leadership, job stress and organizational commitment on job satisfaction. In this cross-sectional study, survey method was used for measurement technique. A survey was conducted among 208 permanent  hospital staff who worked in public hospital in Kahramanmaraş. In this study, personal information form, intention to leave scale, transformational leadership scale, job satisfaction scale, job stress scale and organizational commitment scale were used. Correlation and regression analyze were calculated. In this study, it was determined that intention to leave was at low level, on the other hand transformational leadership and job satisfaction were at moderate level and job stress and organizational commitment were at partly above average. According to Pearson Corelation Analyze, (a) intention to leave is negatively correlated with  job satisfaction and positively correlated with job stress; (b) there was negative relationship between job satisfaction and job stress; positive relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. According to Multiple Linear Regression Analyze, it was determined that transformational leadership, job satisfaction and job stress explained 18% of total variance in intention to leave. Job satisfaction provided negatively and job stress provided positively contribution to model. According to other Multiple Linear Regression Analyze, it was shown that transformational leadership, job stress and organizational commitment explained 23% of total variance in job satisfaction. Organizational commitment provided positively and job stress provided negatively contribution to model.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Özet</strong></p><p>Teknolojik ilerlemeler, artan rekabet koşulları,  sürekli yenilik prensiplerinin yaygınlaşması, örgütlerde insan kaynağı ile ilgili politikaları etkilemeye başlamıştır. Çalışmanın amacı; işten ayrılma niyeti, dönüşümcü liderlik, iş tatmini, iş stresi ve örgütsel bağlılık değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkileri analiz etmek; dönüşümcü liderlik, iş tatmini ve iş stresinin işten ayrılma niyeti üzerine etkisini; dönüşümcü liderlik, iş stresi ve örgütsel bağlılığın iş tatmini üzerine etkisini incelemektir. Kesitsel bir saha araştırması olan bu çalışmada ölçüm tekniği olarak anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma Kahramanmaraş’ta bulunan bir kamu hastanesinde görev yapan 208 kadrolu hastane çalışanı ile yapılmıştır. Çalışmada katılımcıların kişisel özelliklerini ortaya koyan soruların yanında işten ayrılma niyeti ölçeği, dönüşümcü liderlik ölçeği, iş tatmini ölçeği, iş stresi ölçeği ve örgütsel bağlılık ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, işten ayrılma niyetinin düşük düzeyde çıktığı, dönüşümcü liderlik ve iş tatminin orta düzeyde, iş stresi ve örgütsel bağlılığın kısmen de olsa ortalamanın üzerinde çıktığı belirlenmiştir. Yapılan Pearson Korelasyon Analizine göre (a) işten ayrılma niyeti ile iş tatmini negatif, iş stresi pozitif yönde ilişki gösterirken; (b) iş tatmini ile iş stresi arasında negatif, dönüşümcü liderlik ve örgütsel bağlılık arasında pozitif ilişki gözlenmiştir. Yapılan Çoklu Doğrusal Regresyon Analizine göre dönüşümcü liderlik, iş tatmini ve iş stresinin işten ayrılma niyetindeki toplam varyansın %18’ini açıkladığı belirlenmiştir. Modele iş tatmini negatif yönde, iş stresi ise pozitif yönde anlamlı katkı sağlamaktadırlar. Diğer Çoklu Doğrusal Regresyon Analizine göre ise dönüşümcü liderlik, iş stresi ve örgütsel bağlılığın iş tatminindeki toplam varyansın %23’ünü açıkladığı saptanmıştır. Modele örgütsel bağlılık pozitif, iş stresi ise negatif yönde anlamlı katkı sağlamaktadırlar. </p>

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees. The population is the sum total of the object of research. The population in this study is all employees who exist in PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Due to the small number of employees in the company, this study did not use sampling. So the sample in this study is the total number of employees at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Data collection techniques in this study is a list of questions (questioner), study documentation and interviews (interview). While the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t-test, and F test and determinant coefficient. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant influence of organizational culture on performance, and there are positive influence and significant organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance.

This study aims to discover the significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance in cluster 1 Rambutan Subdistrict, Banyuasin Regency . This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression formulas.The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance of elementary school with a t count value of 4,182 and t table of 1,998 where t count &gt; t table then Ha2 received. The conclusion of this research is that good organization culture where they would actualized teacher performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of Shariah Compliance and Assurance on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. In this study using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression. The object of this research is the employees and customers of BMT Barokatul Ummah in Merauke Regency. While the data collection techniques are using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimension has been implemented well, and has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at the BMT Barokatul Ummah. This means that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimensions are further enhanced, customer satisfaction is getting higher.</p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Shariah Compliance dan Assurance terhadap kepuasan nasabah secara parsial dan simultan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan nasabah BMT Barokatul Ummah di Kabupaten Merauke. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance telah dijalankan dengan baik, dan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada kepuasan nasabah pada BMT Barokatul Ummah. Artinya semakin ditingkatkan dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance maka kepuasan nasabah semakin tinggi.</p>

The objectives to be achieved in this research are to 1). Knowing the effect of working capital on labor absorption 2). Knowing the effect of wages on labor absorption 3). Knowing the effect of technology on labor absorption 4). Knowing the effect of working capital, wage value and technology simultaneously on the absorption of labor in the agel fiber handicraft industry in Salamrejo Village, Sentolo District, Kulon Progo. This type of research is Expost Facto research. This research is causal associative because it looks for the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The population in this study were all agel fiber handicraft entrepreneurs in the village of Salamrejo, which according to the head of the development division in the village of Salamrejo were 30 entrepreneurs. The data collection methods used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between working capital on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between the value of wages on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between technology on labor absorption. There is a positive and significant influence between working capital, wages and technology simultaneously on labor absorption in Salamrejo Village in December 2019.
