The purpose of this research is to find the local wisdom that is in values have developed here in minu and strategies that is in use in the planting of the local wisdom in minu values .Was used in the study design approach with a case study .Data collection in technique in full , observation , interviews and documentation . To obtain data is not tampered with used steps perseverance observation and triangulation .Data analyst technique be conducted by way of data collection , reduction , presentation of data and the withdrawal of conclusion .The results of the study showed that ( 1 ) be concluded there are values local keraifan induced in them in minu there are three i.e.: help one another , solidarity and gotongroyong .Those values are already covers all third middle is in piil pesenggiri which includes juluk-adek juluk-adek , nemui-nyimah , nengah-nyappur , sakai-sambaiyan , and titie gemattei .( 2 ) strategy in use in the planting of the local wisdom values in minu pengintegrasikan values through the local wisdom with a learning process , the local wisdom pengintegrasikan values with a culture of schools and the local wisdom with ekstrakulikuler

Deradicalization has become a priority agenda of Islamic education studies in the last few decades. This study aims to comprehensively understand the efforts to deradicalize Islamic Education conducted by the Annuqayah Islamic boarding school in Madura, East Java, Indonesia. Researchers used qualitative methods with a case study. Data collection was done through in-depth interviews, documentation studies, and observations. The results of this study found ten efforts at deradicalization conducted by Annuqayah Islamic boarding school, i.e. (1) Reactualization of learning resources; (2) Strengthening anti-radicalism; (3) Increasing literacy and discussion skills; (4) Strengthening the spirits of nationalism; (5) Promoting the principle of wasathiyah (moderatism); (6) Applying the theological concept of Ahlus-Sunnah wal Jama’ah (the group who perform the sunnah); (7) Initiating anti-radicalism curriculum; (8) Implementing progressive manhaj; (9) Formulating halaqa (meetings) with ulama; and (10) Empowering friendship and brotherhood. The implications of this research provided considerations in evaluating the curriculum, teaching materials, and teaching and learning process to support the creation of Islamic education institutions that promote peace, non-violence, and rahmatan lil alamin.

Abstract: This research aims to study the implementation of green accounting on the hospitality industry in Malang based on internal and external perspectives. This type of research is a multi-case study. Data collection was conducted in 2018 through interviews with internal parties of Harris Hotel (five stars), The Balava Hotel (four stars), and ubud Hotel and Cottages (three stars); guests and people around the hotels and environmental Services in Malang; observation and documentation. The results of this research show that three, four, and five stars hotels in Malang have implemented green accounting very well. All of those hotels also spent some expenses on the environment to reduce the risk of pollution and environmental damage. From the external perspective, no one is feeling disadvantaged from the activities of hotel operational. In the future, the hotels are expected to improve their awareness on the environment. Keywords: Green Accounting, Environmental CostAkuntansi Hijau dan Industri Perhotelan: Sebuah KeniscayaanAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan akuntansi hijau pada industri perhotelan di Kota Malang dari perspektif internal dan eksternal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tahun 2018, melalui wawancara dari pihak internal Hotel Harris (bintang lima), The Balava Hotel (bintang empat), dan Ubud Hotel & Cottages (bintang tiga); tamu dan masyarakat sekitar dari ketiga hotel, pihak Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Malang; observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hotel bintang tiga, empat dan lima di Kota Malang telah menerapkan beberapa aktivitas akuntansi hijau. Ketiga hotel juga telah mengeluarkan beberapa biaya lingkungan dalam rangka mengurangi risiko pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan. Dari sisi eksternal, tidak ada pihak yang merasa dirugikan dari aktivitas operasional hotel, ke depannya diharapkan hotel dapat lebih peka terhadap lingkungan. Kata Kunci: Akuntansi Hijau, Biaya Lingkungan

 Abstrak: Degradasi moralitas kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara pada kalangan anak-anak remaja (peserta didik) berada pada kondisi yang cukup memprihatinkan. Tergambarkan dari begitu banyaknya permasalahan anak-anak remaja yang kita saksikan, baik secara langsung maupun dari berbagai media. Sebagai tempat pendidikan formal, tentu saja sekolah memiliki peran tersendiri sebagai wadah dalam menempa moralitas dan karakteristik peserta didik. Sekolah memiliki berbagai sumber daya, akan tetapi apakah sumber daya tersebut telah dikelola dengan seksama? Dari latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali, menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana manajemen kurikulum berbasis pendidikan karakter diimplementasikan di sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Selain itu peneliti juga bertindak langsung sebagai key instrument untuk mendapatkan data yang jauh lebih mendalam dan bermakna saat dilapangan dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi-fungsi dari manajemen kurikulum berperan besar dalam keberhasilan sekolah mencapai visi, misi, tujuan, dan program-program sekolah yang dicanangkan. Salah satu faktor penunjang manajemen kurikulum tersebut adalah sikap dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Sebagai ujung tombak dalam manajemen kurikulum, kepala sekolah mengambil peran yang luar biasa sebagai inspirator, motivator, figur keteladanan, supervisi akademik, dan manajerial bagi segenap elemen yang ada di sekolah. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Kurikulum, Pendidikan Karakter CHARACTER BUILDING BASED CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT AT SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI UJUNG MENTENG 01 PAGI JAKARTA Abstract: The degradation of the morality of nation and state life among children (learners) is in a fairly apprehensive condition. It has been described by so many problems among children, either directly or from various media. As a place of formal education, of course the school has its own role in forging the morality and characteristics of learners. School has a variety of resources, but has it been carefully managed? From this background, this research aims to analyze, explore and describe how character-based curriculum management is implemented in schools. The research method used is descriptive with qualitative approach of case study. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. In addition, researcher also acts directly as a key instrument when in the field to obtain data which is much more profound and meaningful from various relevant sources. The results show that the functions of curriculum management play major roles in the success of the school to achieve the vision, mission, goals and programs of the school that proclaimed. One of the factors supporting the management of the curriculum is the attitude and style of leadership of the principal. As a spearhead in curriculum management, the principal takes extraordinary roles either as an inspirator, a motivator, an exemplary figure, an academic supervisor, or manager for all elements of the school. Keywords: Curriculum Management, Character Building

This research examined to what extent homeschooling parents believed that virtual classrooms have bridged the home and public-schooling systems via a case study. Data were drawn from an online survey as well as Skype and personal interviews with ten participants who were parents of home-schooled children with an understanding of the virtual learning process. Participants reported both benefits and challenges of virtual homeschooling from parents’ perspectives. Discussion and implications to educational practitioners are included.

Many educators utilize homework as an important component of the learning process. The problem is that often times their students may not recognize the importance as well. To rectify this problem, a number of strategies were tested while instructing undergraduate engineering technology students. These experiments met with limited success including outright failure. Recently, a method that appears to clearly demonstrate the importance of homework to students was used. This paper outlines this method and provides case study data supporting the assertion that the method can be effective.

In any experiment, there is a need to verify the reliability of the collected data. One of the solutions is to measure the data repetitively. It will lead to measurement of inconsistency that exists in the data. Similar things also happen in variable amplitude (VA) loading strain data collection where the data also need to be measured repetitively in order the collected data is reliable. The main objective of this study is to validate the reliability of collected VA loading strain data. Two techniques will be used for identifying the similarity in the pattern for strain signal which was measured repetitively. The probability distribution function (PDF) and power spectral density (PSD) diagrams of the strain data were used as the main tool to construct profile plots for the case study data. Then, each profile plot will be compared to each other in order to identify any similarities that exist in the case study data. For the purpose of the study, a set of nonstationary VA loadings strain data that exhibits random behaviour was used. This random data was measured in the unit of microstrain on the lower suspension arm of a car. The data was repetitively measured for 60 seconds at the sampling rate of 500Hz, giving 30,000 discrete data points. The distribution of the collected data was analysed using the PDF and PSD. Based on the analysis, it was found that PSD can produce better results at identifying the similar features that exist in the profile plot compared to PDF.

Developing the rapid syariah banking along with increasing number of employee who is recruited by syariah banks motivate human resources existing to choose profession as employees in syariah banks.This research aims to know the basic considerations motivation for choosing a profession as an employee of Bank Syariah X Surabaya. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach with eksplanatoris case study. . Data collection is done by gathering documents, interviews, direct observation, and physical devices toward employee recruitment of Sharia Bank X Surabaya 2012. The techniques of analysis conducted is making an explanation.The results obtained that there are various forms of motivation shown by each employee who push their chosen profession as an employee of Bank Syariah X Surabaya. Then, that motivation is classified and described according to the theory of motivation based on Islam, Khaliq Ahmad namely The Need Theory, Instincts and Innate Biological Determinants for Behaviour, Incentives (External Stimuli),Commitment (Sincere), and Motivated Personality which is separated as Nafs Ammarah, Nafs Lawwamah, and Nafs Mutmainnah.

Abstract: This study describes the implementation of the supervision of character-based learning by school principals in 6 Bukit Tunggal Public Elementary School Palangka Raya City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. This study refers to aspects of the implementation of the supervision of character-based learning by the principal that focuses on: 1) the strategy of implementing character-based learning supervision; and 2) supporting factors and obstacles in implementing character-based learning supervision. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, data were collected and analyzed using interactive patterns from Miles and Huberman (reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions). The results showed that: (1) the strategy of implementing character-based learning supervision by school principals used individual methods which included personal conversations, class visits, classroom observations, and meetings with the teacher council. And (2) supporting factors and obstacles faced by school principals in implementing the supervision of character-based learning namely: (1) supporting factors such as: support from the relevant education office, support from parents of students who want their children to get quality learning. Whereas (2) the obstacle faced is that teachers are still found to avoid even afraid to be supervised, as well as the lack of understanding of teachers regarding the importance of supervision in improving and improving the learning process in the classroom. Keywords: Implementation, Learning Supervision, Character Abstrak: Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan implementasi supervisi pembelajaran berbasis karakter oleh kepala sekolah di SDN 6 Bukit Tunggal Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian ini mengacu pada aspek implementasi supervisi pembelajaran berbasis karakter yang berfokus pada: 1) strategi implementasi supervisi pembelajaran berbasis karakter; serta 2) faktor pendukung dan kendala dalam implementasi supervisi pembelajaran berbasis karakter. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian, data dikumpulkan dan di analisis dengan menggunakan pola interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman (reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) strategi implementasi supervisi pembelajaran berbasis karakter oleh kepala sekolah menggunakan metode bersifat individual yang meliputi percakapan pribadi, kunjungan kelas, observasi kelas, dan rapat dengan dewan guru. Serta (2) faktor pendukung dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh kepala sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan supervisi pembelajaran berbasis karakter yakni: (1) faktor pendukungnya seperti: adanya dukungan dari pihak dinas pendidikan terkait, dukungan dari orang tua siswa yang ingin anak-anaknya mendapatkan pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Sedangkan (2) kendala yang dihadapi ialah masih ditemukan guru yang menghindar bahkan takut untuk disupervisi, serta kurangnya pemahaman guru terkait pentingnya supervisi dalam memperbaiki dan meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di kelas.
