Abstract: The large number of new companies offering a variety of similar products at lower prices raises intense competition to increase sales. Therefore, improving product quality is something that must be done in order to attract potential customers and increase the number of purchases. Based on the type of data obtained by the authors in this study, the authors used a quantitative method using descriptive research methods to describe the results of research conducted. In this study the authors used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Then the data obtained were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroskedacity test, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and determinant test with the help of SPSS version 25. From the results of the analysis carried out by researchers it can be concluded that there is a quality effect product to customer satisfaction on CV. Meubele Berkah Tangerang, this means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Keywords: Quantitative, SPSS, Product Quality, Consumer Satisfaction

Companies that carry out social responsibility consistently will get broad support from the community to benefit from the various activities performed. CSR will enhance the company's image and for a long period, it will be accumulated into company's reputation. However, in order to enhance the corporate image, CSR requires a good planning. This study aims to determine the effect of CSR Desa Mandiri Energi on the image of PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten. The object of this study is the occupant Boarding Sindangsari, Cijerah, Melong, Cimahi City. This study uses two variables, namely CSR (X) and Image (Y). The method used is the quantitative method. Data collected through questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analysis in this research is conducted through validity test, reliability test, Pearson correlation analysis, coefficient determination test, simple linear regression analysis, and t test using SPSS 22. The benefit of this study is to provide information about CSR programs that have a positive influence on the image of the company and can be used as references to complete further studies. The conclusion from this research is known that CSR has a relationship to the image of 0.718. CSR influenced significantly by 0.516, or by 51.6% against the image of PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten.

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest on store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya. The method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were consumers of Mie Gacoan Solo Raya. The sampling technique used non-probability techniques with accindental sampling.The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and R2 with the help of SPSS version-20. Based on the results of the data calculation and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained, namely Y = 2.697+ 0.609X1 0.160X2 + 0.126X3 + e. This equation shows that consumer buying interest is influenced by store atmosphere, taste, and word of mouth. The conclusion that can be drawn is: "There is a simultaneous influence of store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth on consumer buying interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" can be accepted. "There is an effect of store atmosphere on consumer purchase interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. "There is an influence of taste of food on consumer buying interest in Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. "There is an effect of word of mouth on consumer buying interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. The result of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.736, which means that 73.6% of the variation in the purchase interest variable can be explained by the store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth variables, while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study. This study aimed to determine the Influence of Market Segmentation on Sales Micro Small Enterprises fashion Product Level Bumi Orange Cinunuk Bandung, background of this research is based on the Enterprises’s have not been maximal in selling their product even though there are big market opportunities in Bumi Orange Cinunuk Bandung. This study using a quantitative approach with the type of descriptive research. The analitycal methodology used simple linear regression, the analitycal test used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, correlation coefficient analysis, and hypothesis test. The tool used for testing this research is Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) V. 20. The results,researchers suggest that products marketed to reach all market segments can be done by adjusting prices, product innovation and maximizing instant purchases by consumers so as to increaset sales Fashion product of Micro Small Enterprises’s Bumi Orange Cinunuk Bandung.

ABSTRACT This study examines the Effect of Product Quality, Prices, and Promotions on Purchasing Decisions of Honda Beat Motorcycle Consumers at the Kalisat-Jember Motor MPM Dealer. The purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The study was conducted on consumers who use Honda Beat Motors in the District of Kalisat. The population in this study were all users of Honda Beat Motorbikes in the District of Kalisat as many as 100 respondents. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis used included the research instrument test (validity and reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test) and hypothesis testing (t test, F test and coefficient of determination). Data is processed using IBM SPSS 20. The results of the analysis using regression can be seen that the variables of product quality, price, and promotion have a significant effect on the decision to buy Honda Beat motorbikes in Kalisat sub-district. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menguji Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Sepeda Motor Honda Beat di Dealer MPM Motor Kalisat-Jember. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian dilakukan pada konsumen yang menggunakan Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna Sepeda Motor Honda Beat di Kecamatan Kalisat sebanyak 100 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen penelitian (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi). Data diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS 20. Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pemebelian sepeda motor honda beat di kecamatan kalisat.

The purpose of this research is to learn and understand the effect of job promotion on job satisfaction in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The object of this research is employee in Human Resource Division of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang with 45 employees as sample. The sampling method used in this research is sensus method. The method used for collecting data is by questionnaire. The data collected are tested by validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correletion coefficient (r) and determination coenfficient (R2) and t test by using SPSS version 22. The result of this research shows that job promotion has positive and significant effect to job satisfaction in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Keywords : Job Promotion, Job Satisfaction

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Pelalawan District Education Office. With the aim of research to find out. In the field of education and education. The population in this study were all civil servants at the district level, while the sample in this study amounted to 95 honorary employees. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression test and determination coefficient test. While hypothesis testing uses t test. The result of the research is that these variables give very positive and significant results to tcount values ​​of 10,340> t table 1,985 with a significance level of 0,000 smaller than 0.05. In simple linear regression, the equation Y = 15,223 + 0,843X is obtained. Whereas in the test the determination coefficient of R square value is 0.535, this means that the variable work motivation (X) contributes to the working spirit of the employees of the Education Office of Pelalawan Regency by 53.50%. Keyword: Motivation, Work Spirit ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dinas pendidikan kabupaten pelalawan. Dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai honorer pada dinas pendidikan kabupaten pelalawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai honorer pada dinas pendidikan kabupaten pelalawan, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 95 pegawai honorer. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, Uji normalitas, uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji koefisien determinasi. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai honorer pada dinas pendidikan kabupaten pelalawan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 10,340 > ttabel 1,985 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Pada regresi linear sederhana didapat persamaan Y=15,223 + 0,843X. Sedangkan pada uji Koefisien determinasi nilai R square sebesar 0,535, hal ini berarti variabel motivasi kerja (X) memberikan sumbangan pengaruh terhadap semangat kerja pegawai honorer Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pelalawan sebesar 53,50% Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Semangat Kerja

This study aims to determine the effect of performance allowances on the performance of staff in Minahasa District Agricultural Office. This study was conducted from May to August 2017 from preparation to the writing of research reports. Data used in this research are primary data andsecondary data. Primary data is collected by distributing questionnaires directly to employees for selfcompletion. The population in this study was all employees in Minahasa District Agriculture Office which amounted to 184 employees. Slovin formula is used to determine the number of samples so as to obtain the number of samples of 64 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression analysis, for hypothesis testing using t-test with SPSS version 20 program. The research results showed that the test result t probabilility value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Therefure, the performance allowances significantly influence the performance of employees in the Minahasa District Agricultural Office.*jnkd*

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation towards teachers’ performances in SMAN 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. The population of the research is the teachers in SMAN 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. Samples taken are 35 respondents by using census technique, which is a technique to determine sample by selecting data from all population and using quetionnaire as data collecting tool. Based on hypotheses in this research, it is assumed that work motivation has positive and significant impact toward teachers’ performance in SMA N 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. The methods that author used in this research are validity test, reliability test, variable descriptiveanalysis, simple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. From the analysis that has been conducted, author found that the work motivation variable has positive and significant impact to teachers’ performance, that has been proven by the significant probability value 0,005 which is smaller than 0.05. Then, from the result of F test, it can be concluded that the regression model can be used to predict that the work motivation has positive and significant impact on teachers’ performance that is equal to 0.005, which is much smaller than 0.05.

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price and sevice quality on costumer satisfaction Nesmilo restaurant in Samarinda. The population in this study were consumers in Nesmilo restaurants with a total sampel of 80 respondents. Data collection techniquess were carried out by observaction, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Analysis tools used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with spss version 22. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price and service quality simultaneously have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The results of this study also indicate that product quality partially has a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction. The variable price partially has no effect on customer satisfaction, then the service quality partialy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and the most influential variable on customer satisfaction is sevice quality.

The growing number of fast-food restaurants, which allow businesses to compete with one another to meet their business goals and to provide good quality services so that they can provide individual satisfaction for their consumers. The study was intended to identify the effects of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to the consumer satisfaction of the KFC Grand Kota Bintang Bekasi.The analysis tools used in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollity test, linear regression test, t-test (partial trials), f-test (simultaneous tests) and coefficiencies tests using version SPSS22. The data used is primary data collected through the questionnaires’ method of disseminating the 100 consumer KFC Grand Kota Bintang Bekasi.Research suggests that partial evidence, reliability responsiveness can significantly affect consumer satisfaction while partial assurance and empathy do not significantly affect consumer satisfaction. And simultaneously physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy affect significantly the consumer satisfaction of the KFC Grand Kota Bintang Bekasi.
