The purpose of this research is to learn and understand the effect of job promotion on job satisfaction in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The object of this research is employee in Human Resource Division of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang with 45 employees as sample. The sampling method used in this research is sensus method. The method used for collecting data is by questionnaire. The data collected are tested by validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, correletion coefficient (r) and determination coenfficient (R2) and t test by using SPSS version 22. The result of this research shows that job promotion has positive and significant effect to job satisfaction in PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Keywords : Job Promotion, Job Satisfaction

This study aims to investigate the effect of job crafting practices on job outcomes (work engagement and job satisfaction). This research was conducted on workers at Perseroan Terbatas (PT). Petra Arun Gas (PAG) with a working population of 180 people. Samples were taken as many as 123 people based on Krejcie and Morgan Sample Tables (in Sekaran & Bougie, 2009, pp. 254-255). The selection of sample members was carried out using the simple random sampling method. Primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to all samples. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis tools with the help of SPSS. The results of the research data analysis show that job crafting has a significant effect on the two dependent constructs, namely work engagement and job satisfaction.

Investment is a form of investment or capital to generate wealth, which will be able to provide returns, both present and future. Not a few people still do not understand how to invest properly and correctly, so many of them are deceived by investments by offering unreasonable interest returns and unclear investment management. By using financial literacy, it can make it easier for someone to understand and know things about finance and financial risks that may occur in order to avoid financial problems. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on investment decisions in society, especially students. The case study in this research is the undergraduate student of the Sekolah Tinggi IlmuEkonomi Indragiri (STIE-I) Rengat. This study uses a comparative causal quantitative approach. Based on the calculation of the sampling using purposive sampling method with the Slovin formula.Results of Simple Linear Regression Analysis, jIf financial literacy is equal to 0 (zero), the amount of investment decisions will be 8.141 points, if financial literacy increases by 1 (one) unit, investment decisions will increase by 0.506 points. And hresult of partial test (t test, obtained t count is 8,434> t table 1,985, so it can be concluded that the Financial Literacy variable (X) has an effect on the Investment Decision variable (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of working environment, job promotion and compensation on the employee’s performance at CV. Kesuma Jaya Medan. This research is conducted at CV. Kesuma Jaya Medan for 8 (eight) months periode of time, starting from January 2019 until August 2019. This study is using stratified random sampling method. The population in this study is the employees in CV. Kesuma Jaya Medan as many as 106 people. The number of sample obtained is 84 people. Methods of data collection in this study is using questionnaires to collect the data for working environment, job promotion, compensation and employee’s performance variable. The technique of data analysis used is validation test, reliability test, description analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient testhypotesis test partially and simultaneously and coefficient determination. From the description analysis of working environment, job promotion, compensation and employee’s performance variable have been in good category. Partially, working environment, job promotion and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance in CV. Kesuma Jaya Medan in which tcount  ttable Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant effect of working environment, job promotion and compensation on employee’s performance in CV. Kesuma Jaya Medan in which Fcount Ftable.. From the coefficient of determination, employee’s performance influenced by working environment, job promotion and compensation by 0,728 or 72,8%. While the remaining 0,272 or 27,2% of employee’s performance is influenced by other variables that are not observed in this study, example leadership, working comitment, organizational culture, etc

Abstract: The large number of new companies offering a variety of similar products at lower prices raises intense competition to increase sales. Therefore, improving product quality is something that must be done in order to attract potential customers and increase the number of purchases. Based on the type of data obtained by the authors in this study, the authors used a quantitative method using descriptive research methods to describe the results of research conducted. In this study the authors used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Then the data obtained were analyzed using validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroskedacity test, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and determinant test with the help of SPSS version 25. From the results of the analysis carried out by researchers it can be concluded that there is a quality effect product to customer satisfaction on CV. Meubele Berkah Tangerang, this means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Keywords: Quantitative, SPSS, Product Quality, Consumer Satisfaction

Companies that carry out social responsibility consistently will get broad support from the community to benefit from the various activities performed. CSR will enhance the company's image and for a long period, it will be accumulated into company's reputation. However, in order to enhance the corporate image, CSR requires a good planning. This study aims to determine the effect of CSR Desa Mandiri Energi on the image of PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten. The object of this study is the occupant Boarding Sindangsari, Cijerah, Melong, Cimahi City. This study uses two variables, namely CSR (X) and Image (Y). The method used is the quantitative method. Data collected through questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analysis in this research is conducted through validity test, reliability test, Pearson correlation analysis, coefficient determination test, simple linear regression analysis, and t test using SPSS 22. The benefit of this study is to provide information about CSR programs that have a positive influence on the image of the company and can be used as references to complete further studies. The conclusion from this research is known that CSR has a relationship to the image of 0.718. CSR influenced significantly by 0.516, or by 51.6% against the image of PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat dan Banten.

<em>This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on GrabBike customer satisfaction at Unkris, Jakarta. This study took a sample of 71 customers from a total of 250 GrabBike customers at Unkris, Jakarta. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula by random sampling method. Data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of this analysis indicate that the variables of service quality and customer value have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.</em>

This study aims to determine the effect of performance allowances on the performance of staff in Minahasa District Agricultural Office. This study was conducted from May to August 2017 from preparation to the writing of research reports. Data used in this research are primary data andsecondary data. Primary data is collected by distributing questionnaires directly to employees for selfcompletion. The population in this study was all employees in Minahasa District Agriculture Office which amounted to 184 employees. Slovin formula is used to determine the number of samples so as to obtain the number of samples of 64 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression analysis, for hypothesis testing using t-test with SPSS version 20 program. The research results showed that the test result t probabilility value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Therefure, the performance allowances significantly influence the performance of employees in the Minahasa District Agricultural Office.*jnkd*

This study aims to investigate the effect of store atmosphere, service quality, price perception, and trust on the repurchase intention of Ayam Susan Wadaslintang. The sampling method of this study was the non-probability sampling by using the accidental sampling technique to 100 consumers. The data then being analyzed statistically by using multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, and t-test. The result of the study shows that store atmosphere, service quality, price perception, and trust have a positive effect on consumer repurchase intention.

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of work motivation towards teachers’ performances in SMAN 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. The population of the research is the teachers in SMAN 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. Samples taken are 35 respondents by using census technique, which is a technique to determine sample by selecting data from all population and using quetionnaire as data collecting tool. Based on hypotheses in this research, it is assumed that work motivation has positive and significant impact toward teachers’ performance in SMA N 1 Canduang Kabupaten Agam. The methods that author used in this research are validity test, reliability test, variable descriptiveanalysis, simple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. From the analysis that has been conducted, author found that the work motivation variable has positive and significant impact to teachers’ performance, that has been proven by the significant probability value 0,005 which is smaller than 0.05. Then, from the result of F test, it can be concluded that the regression model can be used to predict that the work motivation has positive and significant impact on teachers’ performance that is equal to 0.005, which is much smaller than 0.05.

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out if there is an influence of personal independence on entrepreneurial behavior in clothing traders Pasar PetisahMedan. The research method used is a descriptive analysis method, and uses a simple linear regression analysis method. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The population in this study amounted to 69 people with sampling techniques using the purposive random sampling method. Data is processed statistically using spss for windowsprogramtools. The results of this study show that personal independence has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior.
