This study aims to describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning in class VII at SMPN 1 Bogor City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlation approach. The sample in this study was 25% of the total population of 288 (72 respondents) using simple random sampling technique. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). Emotional intelligence using a questionnaire with the results of the validity test of 15 statement items, there are 14 statements that are proven valid and the reliability test results of the coefficient of 0.750 are declared reliable. While the ability to adapt in online learning using a questionnaire with the results of a valid test of 15 statements proved valid and a reliability test result of 0.762 was declared reliable. Prerequisite test is done by normality test and linearity test. Data analysis used the analyze correlate-bivariate technique on SPSS 26 with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning as indicated by the r-count value of 0.623 which means it has a strong correlation. And r-count is greater than r-table (0.623 > 0.232), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the two variables also have a significant relationship because the significant value (p-value) is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. In this paper the authors analyse the conditions of effective communication in the mentoring process. In the literature on the subject effective business communication is considered as a key to planning, leading, organizing and controlling the resources of organizations to achieve their objectives. Still, communication models in the mentoring network have not been of interest to researchers yet. The aim of this study was to identify the factors that influence the effectiveness of communication in the mentoring process. The authors created a theoretical model of communication in the mentoring process which became a basis for primary research conducted among 103 mentors and 119 mentees in Poland. It occurred that the factors influencing the effectiveness of communication in the mentoring process are similar in both groups. Next, the authors incorporated the Exploratory Factor Analysis and Cronbach’s alpha reliability test of different factors influencing the effectiveness of communication in the mentoring process. The results proved that all the developed scales demonstrated reliability above the recommended threshold. The final stage involved developing a regression model which allowed to identify the factors influencing the effectiveness of communication in the mentoring process. Those factors are: non-verbal channels and tools of communication, written and oral channels and tools of communication as well as social engagement in the mentoring process.

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced major changes in the world of education. The application of social distancing to learning from home makes educators must be more creative in learning. The use of appropriate media in learning is very important to overcome these problems. One of the media used is android-based learning media. This research is continuation research of android application design in the subject of structure and function of amino acids and proteins. This research is limited to media validation. The instrument validation test stated that the instrument was valid with rcount greater than rtable at the number of N = 34 and a significance value of 5%. The reliability test of the validation instrument shows the rcount value of 0.880 and is greater than rtable 0.339 at the number of N = 34 and a significance value of 5%. The score of the questionnaire instrument was 3,196 obtained by averaging the scores from each category. It is in the range of 2.9-3.4 with a high category so that it can be interpreted that the application can be used as a learning media of the structure and function of the molecule.

This study aims to develop assessment questions or instruments to measure students' numeration literacy skills integrated with the Islamic context. The research was conducted through 4 stages: initial assessment, design, test making, and a study of problem items then limited trials and analysis. The instruments used include algebra and statistics by taking the Islamic context of zakat material. Experts validated the instrument, and the validation results were analyzed using Aiken's formula. The instrument was also tested online and limited to 22 students of grade 8 MTsN 1 Surabaya. The test results were analyzed using product-moment correlation to determine its empirical validity and used alpha Cronbach to determine its reliability. The results showed that the 6 questions developed are valid with a validity value of 0.783. This result is reinforced by empirical validity results that show that the instruments developed are valid in terms of material/content, construct, and language. The reliability test results using alpha Cronbach obtained the reliability coefficient is 0.72. The instrument developed in this research is expected to be one of the references of students in practicing their numeracy skills and preparing to face national assessments by the Ministry of Education. Because it was found in this study that students have difficulty answering the question of numeration literacy with Islamic context. This case shows that students' numeration literacy skills are still low.

This research aims to develop a Pictorial-based Two-Tier Multiple Choice Misconception Diagnostic Test on Buffer Solutions. This research uses the Development and Validation method. The development steps in this method consist of test development (design); validity and reliability test; development of determination key; use of tests, and analysis of results. Based on the content validity test using the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) method, there are 24 items meet the content validity criteria. Based on the reliability test obtained Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.827 which indicates that the developed test is included in the acceptable category. It can identify high school students' misconceptions about the buffer solutions because the presence of pictures can help students understand the problems about the buffer solutions, and can provide an overview of their mental representations so that misconceptions are revealed more deeply.

Research background: This study was conducted as a result of the challenges that confront MSMEs globally, especially in Nigeria, due to the lockdown occasioned by COVID-19. A descriptive research design (quantitative analysis) was adopted, while primary data were employed for the study. Purpose of the article: The population for the study was 587 MSMEs from the Ojo local government area of Lagos State, Nigeria, with a sample size of 234 derived using the Taro Yamane (1967) techniques. A total of 240 questionnaires were distributed, allowing room for errors, and 228 of them were returned usable for the study, constituting a 95% response rate for the study. Methods: Content validity was adopted. A reliability test was conducted using Cronbach’s Alpha, which returned a value of 0.869, indicating internal consistency of the research instrument. Descriptive statistics (means and simple percentages) were used to analyse the data, alongside regression and Pearson’s correlation coefficients. The findings revealed that a strategic alliance and partnership could positively affect MSMES survival post-COVID-19 in Nigeria, with a p-value of 0.000<0.05, and that its impact on the performance of MSMEs in the Nigerian economy post-Covid-19 was statistically significant and positive, with a correlation coefficient of 0.824 (82.4%) and a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Findings & Value added: The results and findings suggest that a strategic alliance and partnership is indeed a veritable tool for MSMEs’ survival post-COVID-19 in Nigeria.

<p class="AfiliasiCxSpFirst" align="left"><strong>Abstrak:</strong></p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpMiddle">Pembelajaran berbasis <em>online</em> memiliki kendala yaitu siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar secara mandiri, salah satunya menunjukkan hasil belajar matematika yang tergolong rendah. Berpandangan pada kondisi tersebut memunculkan ide bagaimana cara mengajar matematika yang mudah dipahami siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas PRISMA LEKER WAIZ terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan <em>one group pretest posttest design</em>. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa tes dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data meliputi beberapa tahapan diantaranya yaitu: uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan uji . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PRISMA LEKER WAIZ efektif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Dengan kata lain, PRISMA LEKER WAIZ dalam penelitian ini layak digunakan di masa pandemi karena media ini sudah dikembangkan sebelum penelitian, memiliki isi yang menarik (dilengkapi beragam bentuk latihan soal, kunci jawaban, desain menarik dan ringkasan materi), mudah diakses dalam pembelajaran <em>online</em> dan mudah dipahami siswa yaitu bisa mengerjakan soal matematika dengan baik menggunakan media ini.</p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpMiddle" align="left"> </p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpLast" align="left"><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>:</p><p>PRISMA LEKER WAIZ, Hasil Belajar</p><p> </p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpFirst" align="left"><strong><em>Abstract:</em></strong></p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpMiddle"><em>Online-based learning has problems, namely students have difficulty learning independently, one of which shows low mathematics learning outcomes. Looking at these conditions led to the idea of how to teach mathematics that is easy for students to understand. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of PRISMA LEKER WAIZ on students' mathematics learning outcomes. This type of research is an associative research with a quantitative approach. The research design used was one group pretest posttest design. Data collection techniques used in the form of tests and documentation. The data analysis technique includes several stages including: validity test, reliability test, normality test and t test. The results showed that PRISMA LEKER WAIZ was effective on students' mathematics learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and competence on the performance of employees of the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Nganjuk Regency. In this study using quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and questionnaires. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique. The population in this study were employees of the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Nganjuk Regency, amounting to 42 people. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t-test and F-test. The results showed that work discipline and competence had a positive but not partially significant effect on employee performance, the work environment had a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance and work discipline, work environment, competence had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Nganjuk. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakay dan Desa Kabupaten Nganjuk yang berjumlah 42 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji-t dan uji-F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, communication and work discipline on employee performance at Alfa and Omega Company either partially or simultaneously. The method used is the descriptive method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling using a sample of 70 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are motivation has a significant effect on employee performance partially. Communication has a significant effect on employee performance partially Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance partially. Motivation, communication and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
