Abstract-  This study aims to analyze the effect of price and promotion on the sales level of Pizza Hut in the Covid-19 era. This research is a basic research to fill the research gap in sales level studies. two hypotheses and tested using data collected from 150 respondents of pizza hut customers. This research is driven by the Covid-19 pandemic which has brought a downturn for companies in marketing products produced by these companies, especially companies in the field of food and beverage. Researchers use quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques to analyze how much influence the independent variables interact with. dependent variable. Researchers found that the variable that had the most significant influence on Pizza Hut sales in the Covid-19 era was promotion. The decline in Pizza Hut prices did have an effect on the increase in Pizza Hut sales but the effect was not too significant. This is due to the intense price competition to attract consumers' attention in this pandemic. Thus, it is evident that the Pizza Hut promotion strategy by attracting public sympathy can increase sales in the Covid-19 era. Keywords: price, promotion, sales level, covid-19

The sample used simple random sampling which directly selected 38 consumers. This type of research uses quantitative research with a causal associative research approach by using questionnaires which are considered appropriate to the research conducted which aims to determine the causal relationship between the independent variable (influencing variable) and the dependent variable (influenced variable). In this study, using validity and reliability and normality testing and using data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20 software. t test), namely t count (2.229)> t table (1.688) with a significance value <0.05. This means that the personal selling hypothesis H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that sales through personal selling marketing means carried out by the Sibolang Durian business also have an influence on consumer decision making in buying Sibolang Durian products.

This research was conducted to determine and test the effect of changes in tax rates (X1), tax calculation methods (X2) and modernization of the tax system (X3) on MSME taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable (M). As for the population in this study, the UMKM taxpayers in the food and beverage sector are registered at the Surabaya City Trade Office. Data collection uses purposive sampling method, provided that the taxpayer has a NPWP and has a gross turnover (turnover) in one tax year not to exceed Rp4.8 billion. The samples used in this study were 80 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression and interaction regression with the help of SPPS version 17. The results of the study using multiple linear regression analysis showed that partially changes in tax rates did not have a positive effect and insignificant on taxpayer compliance, while the tax calculation method and tax system modernization partially have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Multiple regression analysis with the interaction test for variable changes in tax rates to taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable, the method of calculating taxes against taxpayer compliance with tax justice as a moderating variable and modernization of the tax system towards taxpayer compliance with tax fairness as a moderating variable partial positive and significant effect which means that tax justice is able to moderate all the variables used in this study.
