This research was conducted to determine the effect of personal selling on product purchasing decisions partially at Sibolang Durian Business, Medan. The sample used simple random sampling which directly selected 38 consumers. This type of research uses quantitative research with a causal associative research approach by using questionnaires which are considered appropriate to the research conducted which aims to determine the causal relationship between the independent variable (influencing variable) and the dependent variable (influenced variable). In this study, using validity and reliability and normality testing and using data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20 software. t test), namely t count (2.229)> t table (1.688) with a significance value <0.05. This means that the personal selling hypothesis H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that sales through personal selling marketing means carried out by the Sibolang Durian business also have an influence on consumer decision making in buying Sibolang Durian products.

This research is descriptive qualitative. Classical assumption test was conducted to determine the normality of the data obtained and multiple linear regression test. In addition, a hypothesis test was conducted which consisted of t test, F test and R2 test. The results of the multiple linear regression equation are as follows: Y = 0.255 + 0.627X1 + 0.314X2. The results of the t-test for the location variable tcount value is greater than ttable value 7.996>1.991 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the value of the tcount price variable is greater than the t-table value 4.018>1.991 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable, Ftable value = 3.12, Fcount = (363.771> 3.12) and the level of significance (0.000 < 0.05) it can be concluded that the independent variables are Location (X1) and Price (X2) together the same positive and significant effect on the variable Consumer Decision (Y). The results of the R2 test show that the value of Adjusted R Square = 0.902 or 90.2% of the price and location variables affect consumer decisions in choosing a house.

This research was conducted at the Agency Financial Management, Income and Regional Assets of Karo District with 41 employees as a sample which aims to determine: (1) significant influence of organizational on organizational commitments, (2) significant influence of organizational culture on organizational commitments and (3) influence organizational and organizational culture significantly to organizational commotments. The results showed that there was an influence of organizational on organizational commitments which was marked in the variable X1 with a value of tcount > ttable and there was also the influence of the organizational culture on organizational commitments marked in variable X2 with a value of  tcount > ttable. The value of Fcount > Ftable shows that there is an influence of organizational and organizational culture on organizational commitments. The results of the calculation show that where rcount > rtable, all respondents' answers are valid. The Cronbach Alpha value is greater than 0.60, so the variable is reliable. In this study, there was no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity neither. The multiple linear regression test is written in the regression equation Y=0,240+0,672X1+0,148X2. From the tests conducted, it was found that the samples were normally distributed. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was obtained that the value of tcount > ttable (6.600>2.022) for the organizational variable and (3,202>2.022) for the organizational culture variable; Fcount > Ftable (70,235>3,24); and the coefficient of determination obtained 80,7% while the remaining 19,3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study that must be considered in order to achieve better employee performance in the future. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of work discipline and work environment on the performance of Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karo. This research is a quantitative research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karo as many as 42 people. Instrument testing in this study was conducted using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t value (2.452) is greater than the t table value (2.015), and the significance value is 0.019 less than 0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the t value (6.670) is greater than the t table value (2.015), and the significance value is 0.000 less than 0.05. Work environment and work discipline together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the calculated F value (33.789) is greater than the F table value (2.83), and the significance value is 0.000 less than 0.05. The amount of influence of the independent variables (work environment and work discipline) on the dependent variable (employee performance) is 63.4%, while the remaining 36.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This study with the title The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Performance, which aims to determine the effect parsilally and simultaneously carried out by ttest and Ftest. From the research results determined that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive influence on performance which is determined by tcount greater than ttable. Furthermore, by using the simultaneous test, the results show that Fcount is greater than the Ftable. For this reason, it is suggested to further improve job satisfaction and organizational because to achieve effective commitment on performance in providing services to the community there are still many other factors that can affect, for example, training, discipline and others.

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the brand image has influenced consumer loyalty of Bata brand products at the Medan City Walk Ringroad Bata outlets. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Bata brand image on consumer loyalty at outlets Bata Ringroad City Walk Medan. This research was conducted in the scope of the Bata brand Ringroad City Walk Medan outlets, with the object of research being limited only to the brand image variable as the independent variable and consumer loyalty as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 240 people and then a sample of 23 people was taken. This research was conducted using SPSS version 21.0 software and also using a simple linear regression test that got the result Y = 6.016 + 0.803X. From this equation it can be interpreted that the variable brand image has a significant effect on consumer loyalty of the Bata brand product at the Bata Ringroad City Walk Medan outlet. For the influence of the variable brand image on consumer loyalty is 0.000 <0.05 and thit 11.977> ttab 1.721, meaning that there is an effect of brand image on consumer loyalty. And based on the coefficient of determination, it can be explained from the results, which is 86.6% and the remaining 13.4% is explained by other variables. It is recommended that the Bata Ringroad City Walk Medan to maintain its existing brand image. By improving product quality and prioritizing excellent service

In managing a leading company, it is necessary to pay attention to the level of Local Brand Image and Product Quality as one of the elements that influence the Purchasing Decision. This study aims to determine the effect of local brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions simultaneously. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The number of samples used in this study were 66 respondents, namely a number of customers at PT. Graha Aluminum Products. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing, namely F test (simultaneous) and T test (persial). The result of multiple linear regression Y = 3,326 + 0,357X1 + 0,695X2, shows that the local brand image variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of tcount 3.105> ttable 2.026. Product Quality variable shows the tcount value of 3.105> 2.026, this means that Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. The result of Fcount is 237.052> Ftable value of 3.25, that there is a significant influence between the variables of Local Brand Image and Product Quality simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision. While the value of the coefficient of determination, it is known that the Adjusted R Square obtained is 0.924 (92.4%), which means that the Local Brand Image and Product Quality are able to explain the Purchase Decision which illustrates the influence of other variables for the Purchasing Decision of PT. Graha Aluminum Products. Advice given to the leadership of PT. Graha Aluminum Medan Products to further enhance the Local Brand Image and Product Quality so that Purchase Decisions are higher.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee achievement at Kantor Camat Munte Kabupaten Karo. The number of samples in this study were 22 respondents who were Civil Servants at the Office of the Sub-District Head of Munte Karo Regency. Library research and field research were used in this research. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing was performed using ttest, Ftest and determination coefficient test. The results of the study obtained multiple regression equations Y=-0,20+1,990X₁-0,688X₂, which explains that the regression coefficients possessed by the variables of motivation and work discipline give a positive direction to the achievement of the employees of the Karo District Head Office. Based on hypothesis testing, it is found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee achievement, with a tcount (7,040)> ttable value (2.085), or a sig value (0.000) < alpha (0.05). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee achievement, with a tcount (-2,55) by the value of Fcount (39,026) > Ftable (3.49) and a significance of 0.000 <α=0.05. The coefficient of determination test results also showed that 80,4% of employee achievement variables could be explained by the variables of motivation and work discipline. While the remaining 19,6% is explained by other variables not examined in this study

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and the work enviroment on employee performance at Kantor Camat Juhar Kabupaten Karo. The number of samples in this study were 18 respondents who were Civil Servants at the Office of the Sub-District Head of Mark Karo Regency. Library research and field research were used in this research. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing was performed using ttest, Ftest and determination coefficient test. The results of the study obtained multiple regression equations Y=2,290-0,158X1+0,766X2, which explains that the regression coefficients possessed by the variables of ability and work experience give a positive direction to the performance of the employees of the Karo District Head Office. Based on hypothesis testing, it is found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a tcount (-0,649)> ttable value (2,109).Work enviroment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a tcount (5.038)> a ttable value (2,109. Motivation and work enviroment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by the value of Fcount (38,875) > Ftable (3,59. The coefficient of determination test results also showed that 82,9% of employee performance variables could be explained by the variables of knowledge and work experience. While the remaining 17,1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study

The Effect of Financial Ratios on Profit Growth in Agricultural Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of financial ratios on profit growth in agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2019. The independent variables used in this study are Current Ratio (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), and Net Profit Margin (X3), while the dependent variable is Profit Growth (Y). This study uses descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression statistics, classical assumption test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation can be as follows Y = 10,044 – 0,13X1 – 0,11X2 + 0,108X3. The results showed that the Current Ratio (X1) partially has no effect on profit growth where the value is significant < 0,05 (0,097≥0,05), Partially, the Debt to Equty Ratio has no effect on profit growth where the value is significant signifikan < 0,05 (0,337≥0,05), and Net Profit Margin partially affects profit growth which is significant < 0,05 (0,001<0,05). Meanwhile, CR, DER, and NPM have effect simultaneously where the value is significant < 0,05 (0,009<0,05) and Adjusted R Square 0.347. This means that 34.7% of the variations that occur affect profit growth, the difference of 6.53% is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study.
