The objectives of this study were (1) to increase the motivation to learn the mathematics of students of XII MIPA-2 with three-dimensional material through the application of E-learning using Microsoft Teams and Youtube, (2) to increase the mathematics learning achievement of students of XII MIPA-2 with three-dimensional material through the application of E-learning using Microsoft Teams and YouTube. The method used is classroom action research. Data collection through tests and non-tests. The test technique is to determine learning achievement using the items while the non-test technique is to determine the development of learning motivation using observation sheets. Data analysis used comparative descriptive for learning achievement data and qualitative descriptive for learning motivation data. The results of this classroom action research showed that the students 'motivation to learn mathematics increased from low to high and the average score of students' mathematics learning achievement increased by 20.85% from 65.05 to 78.61 with an increase in completeness level of 57.88%, namely from 52, 78% to 83.33%, so theoretically and empirically through the application of E-learning using the Microsoft Teams and Youtube application it can improve the results of motivation and achievement in learning mathematics in three-dimensional material for students of class XII MIPA-2 SMA Negeri 1 Jepara in the odd semester of 2020 -2021. The condition of the covid-19 pandemic that requires applying physical distancing so that face-to-face learning cannot be done and learning is forced to be done online (online) and students' motivation to learn biology is still low. This classroom action research aims to increase students' motivation to learn biology in class XI IPS-1 at SMAN 1 Masbagik and describe the increase in motivation to learn biology at class XI IPS-1 at SMAN 1 Masbagik through Google Classroom-based E-Learning. The research method used is classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles of 30 students. Data collection techniques through observation and motivation questionnaires. The implementation of E-Learning based on Google Classroom is stated in the very good, good, quite good, poor, and not good categories, while the motivation to learn mathematics is stated in the very high, high, medium, low and very low categories. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded as follows: 1) the implementation of E-Learning based on Google Classroom in the first cycle in the fairly good category and in the second cycle in the good category. 2) Biology learning motivation of students in class XI IPS-1 SMA Negeri 1 Masbagik in the first cycle is low, the second cycle is moderate, namely in the first cycle the average motivation to learn biology is 66.3% while in the second cycle it increases to 72.4%. Keywords: E-Learning, Google Classroom, Motivation to Study Biology Abstrak Kondisi pandemic covid-19 yang mengharuskan menerapkan Pysical distencing sehingga pembelajaran tatap muka tidak bisa dilakukan dan terpaksa pembelajaran dilakukan secara online (daring) dan masih rendahnya motivasi siswa dalam belajar biologi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar biologi siswa kelas XI IPS-1 SMAN 1 Masbagik dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan motivasi belajar biologi siswa kelas XI IPS-1 SMAN 1 Masbagik melalui E-Learning berbasis Google Classroom. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus terhadap 30 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan angket motivasi. Keterlaksanaan E-Learning berbasis Google Classroom dinyatakan dengan kategori sangat baik, baik, cukup baik, kurang baik, dan tidak baik, sedangkan motivasi belajar matematika dinyatakan dengan kategori sangat tinggi, tinggi, sedang, rendah dan sangat rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1) keterlaksanaan E-Learning bebasis Google Classroom pada siklus I pada kategori cukup baik dan pada siklus II pada kateori baik. 2) Motivasi belajar biologi siswa kelas XI IPS-1 SMA Negeri 1 Masbagik pada siklus I rendah, siklus dua sedang, yaitu pada siklus I rata-rata motivasi belajar biologi adalah 66,3% sedangkan pada siklus II naik menjadi 72,4%. The purpose of the research was to find out correlate between learn time management, motivation to learn, and learning facilities with mathematics learning achievement on 8th  grade students at the whole district of Danurejan Yogyakarta. The genre of this research is descriptive researchment. The population in this research were all students of 8th grade students at the whole district of Danurejan Yogyakarta with amount 593 students and the samples taken at proportional random sampling with amount 113 students. Data collection method used was a questionannaire and a test technique. Analysis using descriptive analysis of data, multiple regression, and partial correlation. In the major hypothesis test is obtained R = 0,747 and R2 = 0,558 with sig=0,000 < 0,05. Then in the first minor hypothesis test is obtained ry1-23 = 0,443 with         sig=0,000 < 0,05; the second minor hypothesis test is obtained ry2-13 = 0,370 with sig=0,000 < 0,05; and the minor third hypothesis test is obtained ry3-12 = 0,344 with sig=0,000 < 0,05. So there is a positive and significant correlation between learning time management, motivation to learn, and learning facilities with mathematics learning achievement on 8th grade students at the whole district of Danurejan Yogyakarta as collective and partial. It is expected that students care about learning time management, motivation to learn, and learning facilities to  mathematics learning achievement increasingly.

Teacher has a very important role in creating an exciting and enjoyable learning environment in math lessons.Learning atmosphere is not exciting and fun for students usually to create learning activities that are less harmonious.As in SD 06 Perawang Barat is still low learning achievement of mathematics students, especially VD class with the number of students 32 people.Based on the mathematical repetition value of grade VD students contained in table 1 can be concluded that most students have not reached the established KKM that is 60 in 2012/2013           Another effort that teachers do is to provide practice questions (PR). Then the teacher also repeats the material that the students have not understood. But the effort made by the teacher has not achieved the expected result; low student learning achievement to mathematics is a material for researchers, that the need for mathematics learning that can improve the results of learning mathematics.               The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student achievement on the subject matter of the fractional matter in the VD SDN 06 Perawang Barat class in the even semester of the academic year 2012/2013?       The form of this research is collaborative classroom action research, in collaborative classroom action research involving teachers, principals, and outsiders in one team simultaneously, with the aim of improving learning outcomes, the development of theory and teacher performance improvement. This team relationship is a partnership, meaning that the position of team members with each other is the same that aims to think about the issues to be studied in classroom action research. In this case the researcher serves as a teacher. Action will be done is in order to improve the results of teaching mathematics at class VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat.               The data in this study were collected with observation sheet and mathematics learning result test. Observations were made to the activities of the students and teachers during the learning process for each meeting by filling out the observation sheets that have been filled in by observing the observation sheets of each teacher and student behavior on the observation sheet. While data is about mathematics learning result collected through daily test (UH1) and daily test (UH2) which contains problem based on indicator that will be achieved based on lattice test result of learning.               The data obtained in this research is then analyzed through descriptive analysis.Descriptive data analysis aims to describe data about student learning outcomes on subject matter using in problem solving.               Based on the results of research and discussion concluded that the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student learning achievement at VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat class on the subject matter using fractions in problem solving.

IMPROVEMENT OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ON LESSONS OF LIMIT THROUGH VARIATION PEER-TEACHING MODELSThis research aims to improve Mathematics learning activities and improve mathematics learning achievement of the Limit material through the variation peer-teaching models model for class XI MIPA 3 students in the 2018/2019 academic year. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 9 Bogor. This research was conducted from January 2019 to June 2019. The subjects in this Classroom Action Research were students of SMA Negeri 9 Bogor in class XI MIPA 3, totaling 35 students consisting of 13 male students and 22 female students. Data collection techniques with written tests and observations. Data analysis using comparative description analysis and qualitative description. The results of this Classroom Action Research are: students' mathematics learning activities in the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II have increased. The average score of student learning activities in the initial conditions of 2.74 increased to 3.77 in the first cycle and increased to 4.30 in the second cycle, while the mathematics learning achievement of students in the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II increased. The average value of student achievement in the initial conditions of 39.13 increased to 71.17 in the first cycle and increased to 88.13 in the second cycle. The percentage of students who completed also increased, in the initial condition, students who completed learning were only 17.14%, increasing to 50% in cycle I and increasing to 80% in cycle II. This increase is due to the variation peer-teaching models learning method, all students can be actively involved in learning. Students who are appointed as tutors are active in helping their group members overcome learning difficulties. Students who have difficulty learning actively ask questions and discuss with tutors who are their own friends.

Mathematics learning at 5th grade of SDN 21 Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman indicated that learning process did not encourage students to apply the concepts in solving problems. It caused the students’ learning achievement become low. This is a classroom action research aimed to improve students’ learning achievement by implementing problem based learning (PBL). Data were obtained through observation and test. Mean of students’ learning achievement from initial observation is 54.63 and become 72.78 in cycle I. Mean of students’ learning achievement is 78.37 in cycle II. Hence, problem based learning can improve students’ learning achievement.

This Classroom Action Research aims to increase learning motivation and mastery of E-learning by using the Zenius application in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Kampar Utara in the academic year 2019/2020, totaling 32 people. This research was conducted from the beginning of April 2020 until the end of April 2020. This research is a classroom action research conducted online using several questionnaires, the link of which is sent to students through their WhatsApp group. This online research was conducted because it did not allow the writer to conduct research directly to school because at this time the teaching and learning process was carried out online. This online learning is due to the spread of the COVID-19 corona virus in almost all countries including Indonesia.

This research was underlined by students low curiosity and learning achievement on mathematics in grade IV at SD Negeri 1 Kaliwungu. This research was aimed at improving the students' curiosity and mathematics learning achievement on simple solids through Quantum learning model. The subject of this research was the IV grade students of SD Negeri 1 Kaliwungu consisting of 19 students comprising 8 males and 11 females. This was a classroom action research carried 2 cycles. The procedure in each cycle involved planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The data were obtained from the observation sheet for the teacher and students activity. To get the data dealing with the learning achievement, the evaluation test was given at the end of each meeting. Moreover, the questionnaire was distributed to the student to get data of students curiosity. Based on the result of the research, the students' curiosity in the first cycle was 73.81% and in the second cycle was 80.26%. Furthermore, the mastery of students learning achievement in the first cycle was 86.84% and in the second cycle was 89.47%. In conclusion, the Quantum learning model could improve the students' curiosity and mathematics learning achievement on simple solids in grade IV at SD Negeri 1 Kaliwungu, Mandiraja sub-district, Banjarnegara regency.

This study was a classroom action research. This study aims to improve the students’ learning motivation through the cooperative learning method, especially the numbered heads together model, which is relevant to the situation and condition in year VII A SMP Negeri 1 Haruai.  The learning motivation will impact to learning achievement.  The study consisted of two cycles.  The data were collected through observations, tests, quesioners, and documents.  The data were analyzed by the qualitative descriptive technique.  The result of the study show that during the action implementation, the students’ learning motivation were improved.  Therefore, the application of the model to improve the students’ social science learning motivation.Key words: learning motivation, numbered heads together model.

This research is motivated by the low motivation to learn IPS students class I SDN 019 Aursati KecamatanTambang Kabupaten Kampar. This research is a research by applying instructional media with the aim toimprove students' IPS learning motivation. This research is a classroom action research conducted at SDN 019Aursati Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. Based on the result of the research, it is found that thestudents' learning motivation has increased every cycle, in the pre cycle the total score of learning motivationobtained by students is 369 with an average of 15 (low), in the first cycle increased to 436 with an average of 18(low) and in the second cycle increased to 693 with an average of 29 (very good). Based on this acquisition canbe concluded that the implementation of image media can increase the motivation of students of class I SDN 019Aursati Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar.

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena aktivitas saintifik peserta didik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran belum optimal (70% aktif) dan hasil belajar konsep himpunan belum tuntas klasikal (65% tuntas). Alternatif pemecahan masalah dalam penelitian ini melalui penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis Window Shopping dapat memacu aktivitas saintifik peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah menerapkan pendekatan saintifik berbasis Window Shopping untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar konsep himpunan dan aktivitas saintifik peserta didik, serta mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui pendekatan saintifik berbasis Window Shopping. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 24 orang peserta didik kelas VII C SMPN 3 HST Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dan berlangsung dalam 2 siklus dengan empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil belajar diperoleh melalui evaluasi, aktivitas peserta didik diperoleh dari lembar observasi aktivitas saintifik peserta didik, dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh dari lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis Window Shopping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar konsep himpunan, meningkatkan aktivitas saintifik peserta didik dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran oleh guru. Kata kunci: Pendekatan saintifik, window shopping, hasil belajar, himpunan Abstract: This research was conducted because the scientific activities of students in learning process were not optimal (70% active) and the students’ learning achievement of set concept is incomplete classically (65% complete). Alternative solution for the problems in this research is through the application of a window shopping-based scientific approach that can stimulate students’ scientific activities. The purposes of this classroom action research are to apply a window shopping-based scientific approach to improve the students’ learning achievement of set concept and student’s scientific activities, as well describe the implementation of learning through a window shopping-based scientific approach. The subjects in this study were 24 students of grade VII C  SMPN 3 HST in the academic year 2019/2020. This research is a classroom action research in 2 cycles with four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Students’ learning achievement data are obtained through evaluation, students’ activities are obtained from students’ scientific activity observation sheet, and learning activities are obtained from learning implementation observation sheets. The results showed that scientific approach based on window shopping can improve the students’ learning achievement of set concepts, increase students’ scientific activity and improve the implementation of learning by the teachers. Keywords: Scientific approach, window shopping, learning achievement, set
