IMPROVEMENT OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ON LESSONS OF LIMIT THROUGH VARIATION PEER-TEACHING MODELSThis research aims to improve Mathematics learning activities and improve mathematics learning achievement of the Limit material through the variation peer-teaching models model for class XI MIPA 3 students in the 2018/2019 academic year. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 9 Bogor. This research was conducted from January 2019 to June 2019. The subjects in this Classroom Action Research were students of SMA Negeri 9 Bogor in class XI MIPA 3, totaling 35 students consisting of 13 male students and 22 female students. Data collection techniques with written tests and observations. Data analysis using comparative description analysis and qualitative description. The results of this Classroom Action Research are: students' mathematics learning activities in the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II have increased. The average score of student learning activities in the initial conditions of 2.74 increased to 3.77 in the first cycle and increased to 4.30 in the second cycle, while the mathematics learning achievement of students in the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II increased. The average value of student achievement in the initial conditions of 39.13 increased to 71.17 in the first cycle and increased to 88.13 in the second cycle. The percentage of students who completed also increased, in the initial condition, students who completed learning were only 17.14%, increasing to 50% in cycle I and increasing to 80% in cycle II. This increase is due to the variation peer-teaching models learning method, all students can be actively involved in learning. Students who are appointed as tutors are active in helping their group members overcome learning difficulties. Students who have difficulty learning actively ask questions and discuss with tutors who are their own friends.

The research aims at improving students science learning achievement with material "the characters of light" at grade V SDI Lewopao Central Adonara subdistrict East Flores Regency. It was a classroom action research. The result was that in cycle I, and  II, there was score improvement in which ,the average score in cycle I was 62,03 with complete score 46,66%, and in cycle II was 88,33 with perfect result 100%. By the observation sheets during the teacing and learning activities the average score was 61,36% and in cycle II becae 90,90%. In summary, the application of experiment method can improve students science learning.  Keywords: Experimental Method, Achievement, Science Subject.

This study was Classroom Action Research (CAR) to improve students’ achievement of SMK Dwijendra Denpasar; currently students’ achievement of Pancasila and Civics Education was relatively low. Therefore, teachers were required to design learning activities that are able to develop competences both in cognitive and psychomotor domain. Learning strategies are centered on students and create a joyful atmosphere to motivate students from the beginning to the end of teaching and learning activities to improve the quality of improving students’ achievement. The main problem to be solved was whether teacher skills using group discussion method could improve student learning achievement towards of Pancasila and Civics Education in Grade XI of SMK Dwijendra Denpasar in academic year 2019/2020. The study was is the Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were 31 students of Grade XI Ak 1 of SMK Dwijendra Denpasar. The goal to be achieved was to determine the implementation of the group discussion to improve students’ achievement of Pancasila and Civics Education. The data were collected through observation technique, student learning achievement, and questionnaires. The finding showed that research analysis was implemented in two cycles. The stages of each cycle were (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation / observation, and (4) reflection. The data collected were the activities and post-test at the end of the cycle. There was significant improvement of activities in cycle I (one); the average score of student activities which was in accordance with the evaluation score has increased. In the cycle I the students’ average score was 69% and classical completeness was 48%. Meanwhile, the average score of cycle II was 85% and the classical score was 100%. It was due to student’s responses to the approach in implementing problem-based learning model; students were comfortable in stating problems in learning that enable them to understand the concepts being taught. Thus, the teacher’s skill on group discussion could improve students’achievement of Pancasila and Civics Education reflected by percentage of students who experience greater learning completeness to improve learning achievement.

This action research aimed to determine the effect of Scientific Approach with Gasing Method in Physics Learning of class XII Mipa 3 SMAN 3 Solok Selatan. The type of research that has been used is classroom action research with two cycles. The data of physics learning outcomes were collected by learning achievement test and students learning activities were collected by observation sheet. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results indicated that (1) the average score of learning outcomes was increased from 73,75 (cycle 1) becomes 80,31 (cycle 2); (2) the average score of students‘learning activities was increased from 66,25 (cycle 1) to 86,25 (cycle 2)

This study aims to determine the increase of mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of jigsaw learning model in class VII. The design of this study was classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Results of the study showed student learning activities in the cycles increased by 13.46%, teacher activity 7.36%, and students’ learning outomes up to 95%. Minimum mastery was accomplished by 30 (95%) students and only 2 students that reached below minimum mastery, and average score 78,45.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui pendekatan problem solving. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus, melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII9 MTs Negeri 1 Makassar yang berjumlah 40 peserta didik. Tindakan yang diberikan adalah dengan menerapkan pendekatan problem solving. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan problem solving dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik, terlihat pada siklus I skor rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik yaitu 79,48 dan persentase peserta didik yang memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) sebesar 65%, sementara pada siklus II skor rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat menjadi 89,40 serta persentase peserta didik yang memenuhi KKM meningkat menjadi 87,50 %. Dengan demikian, hasil belajar matematika peserta didik dapat meningkat melalui penerapan pendekatan problem solving. AbstractThis study aims to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes through a problem solving approach. The type of research used is classroom action research which consists of two cycles, through several stages, namely planning, implementing action, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 40 students of class VIII9 MTs Negeri 1 Makassar. The action given is to apply a problem solving approach. The results of this study indicate that problem solving approach can improve students' learning achievement, seen in the first cycle the average score of student learning outcomes is 79.48 and the percentage of students who meet the minimum completeness criteria is 65%, while in the second cycle the average score student learning outcomes increased to 89.40 and the percentage of students who met the minimum completeness criteria increased to 87.50%. Thus, students' mathematics learning achievement can be increased through the implementation of problem solving approach.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes hasil belajar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 13 Kota Bengkulu Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 yang terdiri dari 30 siswa. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) pada pembelajaran matematika pokok bahasan segiempat dan segitiga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dapat dilihat dari nilai rata – rata tes hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I mencapa 58,42; pada siklus II mencapai 76,97; dan pada siklus III mencapai 80.93. Ketuntasan Klasikal pada siklus I hanya mencapai 16,67%; pada siklus II mencapai 63,33%; dan siklus III mencapai 83,33%.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Two Stay Two Stray (TS – TS), Hasil Belajar Siswa Abstract The purpose of this research is to know how to improve student learning achievement by Using Cooperative Learning Two Way Two Stray (TS TS). This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR), where the data collection technique used test of learning achievement. The subjects of this research are the students of class VII/A at SMPN 13 Kota Bengkulu in academic year 2017/2018 which consists of 30 students. The results of this study indicate that the use of Cooperative Learning Two Way Two Stray Learning (TS TS) in mathematics learning with rectangular and triangular subjects can improve students' learning outcomes on mathematics. This is supported by the improvement of the average score of the students' mathematics learning, which in cycle I reach 58.42, thecycle II reaches 76.97, and the cycle III reaches 80.93. Meanwhile, the results of Classical Completeness also showed an improvement, which in cycle I reached 16.67%, cycle II reached 63.33%, and cycle III reached 83.33%.Keyword : cooperative learning, two stay two stray (TS – TS), students achievement.

Teacher has a very important role in creating an exciting and enjoyable learning environment in math lessons.Learning atmosphere is not exciting and fun for students usually to create learning activities that are less harmonious.As in SD 06 Perawang Barat is still low learning achievement of mathematics students, especially VD class with the number of students 32 people.Based on the mathematical repetition value of grade VD students contained in table 1 can be concluded that most students have not reached the established KKM that is 60 in 2012/2013           Another effort that teachers do is to provide practice questions (PR). Then the teacher also repeats the material that the students have not understood. But the effort made by the teacher has not achieved the expected result; low student learning achievement to mathematics is a material for researchers, that the need for mathematics learning that can improve the results of learning mathematics.               The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student achievement on the subject matter of the fractional matter in the VD SDN 06 Perawang Barat class in the even semester of the academic year 2012/2013?       The form of this research is collaborative classroom action research, in collaborative classroom action research involving teachers, principals, and outsiders in one team simultaneously, with the aim of improving learning outcomes, the development of theory and teacher performance improvement. This team relationship is a partnership, meaning that the position of team members with each other is the same that aims to think about the issues to be studied in classroom action research. In this case the researcher serves as a teacher. Action will be done is in order to improve the results of teaching mathematics at class VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat.               The data in this study were collected with observation sheet and mathematics learning result test. Observations were made to the activities of the students and teachers during the learning process for each meeting by filling out the observation sheets that have been filled in by observing the observation sheets of each teacher and student behavior on the observation sheet. While data is about mathematics learning result collected through daily test (UH1) and daily test (UH2) which contains problem based on indicator that will be achieved based on lattice test result of learning.               The data obtained in this research is then analyzed through descriptive analysis.Descriptive data analysis aims to describe data about student learning outcomes on subject matter using in problem solving.               Based on the results of research and discussion concluded that the application of direct learning model in groups can improve student learning achievement at VD SDN 06 in Perawang Barat class on the subject matter using fractions in problem solving.

The aim of this study was to improve the learning achievement and activities of students through the implementation of the Problem Solving learning method in Mol Concept. This study was conducted by using two cycles of classroom action research. The subject of this research was 25 students of class X-2 MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh. The result of the implementation of learning Problem Solving method showed that there is improvement of student learning achievement from Cycle I to Cycle II. It could be seen from the results of research that showing about 64% of students had passed learning in Cycle I and about 88% in Cycle II. While the observation was conducted, the improvement of learning activities of students amounts 50%. Based the result of this study, it is can be concluded that the implementation of learning Problem Solving method can improve the learning achievement and activities of the student in Mol Concept.

Results of preliminary observations at SMPIF Al-Fikri Depok shows that KKM – Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (Minimum Mastery Criterion/students' learning achievement) 72 in Islamic Education subject was low because of the students’ embarrassment to ask questions, not paying attention to lessons and the lack of learning methods used by teachers. One of the factors causing it was that the learning methods used by teachers were less varied so that learning activities were monotonous. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of applying the Examples Non Examples method in learning PAI. The method used is classroom action research (PTK). The object in this study were 42 students of grade VII. Data was collected by distributing learning achievement questionnaires to each student, and filling out observation sheets. The data was analyzed using quantitative calculations which later translated into presentations. Based on the results of students’ achievements after learning using the Examples Non Examples method, student achievement  increases each cycle. The results of the questionnaires  in the first cycle was 72.32% and in the second cycle was 83.68%, thus it can be concluded that the application of the Examples Non Examples method has increased students’ learning achievement by 11.11%.

Improve learning achievement of students grade VIII D SMPN 1 Amuntai through Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating and Transferring (REACT) model. Application of the talking method in learning activities cause students weren’t active and it result to the low of students learning achievement. This condition needs a classroom action research to improve students learning achievement through Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating and Transferring (REACT). The aim of this research is describe way to improve students learning achievement through REACT model. The specific aims are describe: (1) lesson plan feasibility, (2) students learning achievement and (3) students activities. This classroom action research use Hopkins model that consist of 2 cycles. Data were collected by observation, test and documentation. Then data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. This research show that: (1) lesson plan feasibility in relating included good, experiencing included good, applying included good, cooperating included good and transferring included good; (2) students learning achievement were improve from 65,00% or didn’t completed classical achievement in cycle I to 77,27% in cycle II or completed classical achievement; and (3) students activity contain questioning, propose argument/answered teacher’s questions, listen teacher’s explain and discuss task severally included good. It can be concluded that learning achievement of students grade VIII D SMPN 1 Amuntai can improve though REACT model with link a new concept to something completely familiar to students, guide students discover concept through laboratory activity, help students answered application and analysis question on worksheet, guide students to discuss in group and guide students to use their knowledge in a new context and also make students active in learning activities.
