The fitness industry of invasport is growing rapidly due to the physical rehabilitation of patients with coronavirus “COVID-19” and other diseases associated with their disability. At the same time, there is an increasing demand for highly qualified specialists, in particular fitness trainers of “Physical Culture and Sports”. Nowadays, some studies on the training of competitive sports coaches-educators and fitness trainers have been conducted. However, methodological guidelines have not yet been developed for coaches who deal with athletes recovered from coronavirus “COVID-19”. These basic approaches to the quarantine in the condition of pandemic have been actualized modern scientific work. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the professional activity and important professional qualities sports coaches-educators. The objectives of the study: To analyze the sources for literature review on the To study the features of professional activity of a sports coach-educator. To identify important professional qualities of a sports coach-educator. To find out the subjective understanding of the level of physical health and working capacity of a sports coach-educator. The research methods are theoretical analysis, generalization and systematization of the main principles. The research results and conclusions. Analysis of literature sources on the research problem was completed; the features of the professional activity and important professional qualities sports coaches-educators were revealed. Moreover, it was found that a high level of physical health has a positive effect on coach-educator physical skills. The content of health-improving physical culture of coaches-educators according to the peculiarities of their professional skills should be questions about improving the level of health and a healthy lifestyle; occupational diseases and using means of physical culture and sports aimed at the prevention of diseases in the XXI century.

One of the most important terms for the development of modern Ukrainian society is the need for training such experts in any field, which are able to carry out their professional activity effectively, especially in conditions of the constant changes in the social and economic environment. Reforms in many spheres of Ukrainian society's life cause the needs for highly qualified specialists of the new generation who, after graduating from higher education establishments, receive, in addition to deep theoretical knowledge, practical training for performing high-level professional activities that will lead Ukraine to new world standards. Thus, in this article author exposes current tendencies of professional training for specialists in public administration. The professional activity of managers in any field is considered as a system of actions aimed at solving professional tasks within the framework of management communication. The author emphasizes that taking into account the current trends that have been studied in this scientific work, it is important to notice that the field of public administration is a complex formation of interrelated elements and the effectiveness of this will depend on a qualitative system of professional training for future specialists.

The state policy of health preservation of Russians and the process of introducing a healthy lifestyle into their everyday life is hampered by the lack of sufficient self-activity and purposefulness of the individual ecological and valeological behavior of representatives of various population groups. According to the authors of the article, one of the important indicators of the maturity of professional and labor competencies of school and student youth is their readiness and desire for permanent self-preserving behavior. “With numbers in hand,” the authors show the scale of deviant deviations and the phenomena of spontaneous irresponsibility in the educational and leisure activities of students, hindering the preservation and development of physical culture, the accumulation and effective use of their psychophysiological and labor potential. The conclusions of the proposal of the authors of the article are based on the results of a number of sociological surveys conducted in 2000-2020. at the Institute of Economics of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences in a number of secondary schools and universities of the Ural and Volga Federal Districts.

The relevance of this article is conditioned by the acute problem in the training of qualified personnel for education. Every period of development of human civilization has its own requirements for the teacher as a person and for his professional activity. The process of globalization and current trends in the labor market pose new challenges in the training of highly qualified specialists in higher education. Based on this, the state, acting as the main customer of education, sets clearly formulated and qualification requirements for teacher training. A modern pedagogue is a specialist who has the ability to communicate with all participants of educational relations at a high professional level, in other words, a high level of communicative competence. The purpose of the article is to reveal the content and essence of communicative competence as an crucial quality of professional activity of a teacher. The article presents a structural model for the development of a teacher’s communicative competence, which ensures the practical significance of this material.

The article is devoted to the formation of a versatile harmoniously physically developed personality, ready for active creative self-realization in the space of universal human culture. The article discusses the health-improving orientation of table tennis lessons among students. Table tennis is one of the means of physical development, increasing the role of physical culture in the upbringing of student youth, health promotion, increasing in the volume of physical activity of students, developing their physical qualities and improving physical fitness, instilling skills in a healthy lifestyle Training efficiency depends on the degree of rational organization of closeness of employments, optimal dosage of  loading, account of individual features   of  stu-dents. Depending on these factors and stage of  preparation, employments can be conducted by means of different organizational forms (group, individual, frontal forms of training). The work of the table tennis section contributes to the development of basic physical qualities, the formation of vital motor skills and abilities, the development of coordination abilities and special psychophysical qualities, such as reaction, attention, thinking. The game contributes to the upbringing of a harmoniously developed personality, aimed at long-term preservation of a high level of general performance, upbringing of positive personality traits, collective interaction and cooperation in educational and competitive activities. The main advantage of table tennis is that it is a game. The game can be viewed as a kind of model of the elements of real life, reproducing the practical behavior of a person within the boundaries of predetermined conditions.

The article is devoted to the analysis of modern trends in the formation of a healthy lifestyle of students as an important area of successful self-realization of students in the field of future professional activities. The semantic content of a "healthy lifestyle" in the studies of domestic and foreign scientists is revealed from different points of view, but in all studies there is the thesis that the basis of a healthy lifestyle is the integrity of a person's spiritual and physical development, which must be developed and strengthened in unity. Currently, pedagogical workers of educational organizations of all levels and types, social workers, doctors, parents are convinced that the problem of forming a healthy lifestyle has become actualized especially recently, when, after a long forced self-isolation, there is a clear tendency towards a significant deterioration of the mental, somatic, physical and the physiological health of all students, including students. As shown by the analysis of research results even before the pandemic, about 10% of the younger generation are considered perfectly healthy, while the rest of the survey reveals various pathologies in their health. The author also established an organic connection between human health and his lifestyle. In general, a healthy lifestyle includes a complex of health-improving measures, which ensures the strengthening of the physical and moral health of students, an increase in their moral and physical performance, and successful self-realization in the field of professional activity. Of course, the formation of the value attitude of students to a healthy lifestyle, to their physical and mental health is not solved within the framework of one educational organization, but it has the greatest opportunities, since it has at its disposal a sufficient number of hours allocated for physical culture and sports classes. Based on the foregoing, the author convincingly proves in the article his position on a healthy lifestyle as a significant component of successful professional self-realization in a market economy.

The article considers the problems of increasing interest and ways to involve students in physical culture and sports. It is determined that in matters of motivation of student youth such qualities of the teacher's personality as compassion, benevolence, sensitivity, justice, purposefulness play a significant role. The teacher is obliged to monitor their appearance and keep themselves in good shape, to have their own approach to each student, and most importantly - to be interested in their work. It is also determined that the organization of normal life of student youth entering a new independent adult life depends on the conditions and traditions of the educational institution in which they study. The modern lifestyle and behavior of students is greatly influenced by living and living conditions, financial opportunities, material prosperity, organization of education and recreation, diet and quality of food. Of great importance are the interpersonal relationships that develop in the student environment, the motives of youth. The implementation of these functions is through the solution of some tasks: to gain experience in the creative use of physical culture and sports to achieve life and professional goals, providing general and professional physical training, which determines the psychophysical readiness of students for future professions, forming motivational and value attitude of students to physical culture, attitude to a healthy lifestyle, physical self-improvement and self-education, the need for regular exercise and sports, mastering the scientific and practical foundations of a healthy lifestyle and physical culture, mastering the system of practical skills and abilities to ensure the preservation and strengthening of health , mental well-being, development and improvement of psychophysical abilities and personal qualities, self-determination in physical culture, formation at students of understanding of a role of physical culture in development of the person and preparation for professional activity; development of personality and its preparation for professional activity

The significance of the familial approach in the process of preparing future family doctors for professional activity highlights in the article. The peculiarities of the formation of the values of healthy lifestyle of medical students are determined. The content of the concepts “familogy”, “family values”, “value of personal health”, “values of healthy lifestyle” is revealed. The purpose and tasks of the familial approach in forming the values of a healthy lifestyle of future family doctors are determined. On the basis of theoretical analysis of philosophical, pedagogical, medical, psychological, literature, determined the state of development of the research problem. The proposed scientific and pedagogical approach to the formation of the values of a healthy lifestyle of future family doctors involves the formation of medical students of the traditional system of value orientations for our people, which specify the orientation to the interests and aspirations of the individual, the hierarchy of individual preferences, the motivational program of activity and, ultimately, determine the level of readiness of the family doctor to implement the principles of healthy lifestyle in the family.

Introduction. In the system of higher education, at the postgraduate level of specialist training, the formation of a doctor as a highly qualified specialist is possible only with the formed motivational and value attitude in his professional development. One of the current areas of research is to study the motivation of doctors, analysis of life values and needs underlying the work be have our, identify factors that motivate and demotivate, study their working conditions and search for motivational factors. The process of motivation includes the creation of readiness for action, the choice of direction (goals), means and methods of action, place and time of action, assessment of the probability of success, the formation of confidence in the correctness and necessity of action. The following factors take part in the process of motivation: needs, motives, worldview, peculiarities of character and self-positioning, physical and mental abilities, functional and emotional states, experiences, knowledge about the environment and forecast of its changes. Goal. Identify the main motivating factors that contributed to the choice of interns in the specialty «Anaesthesiology». Employees of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care FPDO LNMU named after Danil Galitsky conducted an anonymous survey of 72 interns who are trained in the specialty «Anesthesiology». In the questionnaires it was proposed to assess 12 motivational factors for doctors-interns to choose a specialty, which are grouped into 4 blocks. Results and discussion. Analyzing the results of the study, it can be argued that the popularity and prestige of the specialty «Anaesthesiology» is the leading motive for most interns. Motivational factors are a conscious internal motivation of the intern to actively choose a professional activity, and in fact, the results of our study show that most respondents have a high level of professional orientation, and motivational factors serve as an indicator of the intern’s willingness and willingness to work. The analysis of personal data showed that the motivation of the choice of respondents is focused on professional and medical values and motivation of the individual to carry out medical activities and the realisation of their own motives. Conclusions. The choice of interns in the specialty «Anaesthesiology» is due to a complex combination of different motivational factors, the formation of which is laid down during training at clinical departments. Most respondents have a high level of professional orientation, which will lead to further self-realisation in the chosen specialty.

Актуальность статьи обусловлена задачами повышения качества психолого-педагогической готовности врачей-ординаторов к многоплановой врачебной деятельности. В статье рассматриваются результаты «двуслойности» исследования, т.е. сделан важный вывод о значимости оценок роли психолого-педагогических компетенций во всех видах врачебной деятельности как со стороны научно-педагогических кадров профильных (выпускающих) кафедр университета, так и со стороны ординаторов, которые подтвердили близость их мнений. Проанализированы современные требования федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов к уровню формирования у обучающихся профессиональных и психолого-педагогических компетенций на уровне ординатуры. Статья носит исследовательский характер. Ее цель состоит в раскрытии роли и значимости готовности врачей-ординаторов к врачебной деятельности, предполагающей не только лечение пациентов, но и сохранение их здоровья посредством воспитания самосохранительного поведения и приобщения к ведению здорового образа жизни. Эмпирической базой публикации являются результаты исследования, проведенного в Медико-биологическом университете инноваций и непрерывного образования ФГБУ ГНЦ ФМБЦ им. А.И. Бурназяна ФМБА России в 2020–2021 году при участии автора статьи. Исследование включало экспертный опрос педагогических кадров университета, а также опрос ординаторов, обучающихся по 36 специальностям. Показана степень их включенности в поиск более эффективных дидактических систем реализации существующих моделей освоения ординаторами дисциплины «Педагогика», которая входит в перечень базовых дисциплин образовательной программы подготовки кадров высшей квалификации, разработанной в соответствии с действующими ФГОС ВО на уровне ординатуры и уточнения компонентов психолого-педагогической компетентности, необходимых врачам-ординаторам для успешной профессиональной деятельности в этой сфере. The relevance of the article is due to the tasks of improving the quality of psychological and pedagogical readiness of resident doctors for multifaceted medical activity. The article discusses the results of the "two-layered" research, i.e. an important conclusion is made about the importance of assessments of the role of psychological and pedagogical competencies in all types of medical activity both from the scientific and pedagogical staff of the profile (graduating) departments of the university, and from the residents, who confirmed the closeness of their opinions. The modern requirements of federal state educational standards to the level of formation of students' professional and psychological-pedagogical competencies at the residency level are analyzed. The article is of a research nature. Its purpose is to reveal the role and significance of the readiness of resident doctors for medical activity, involving not only the treatment of patients, but also the preservation of their health through training and education of self-preservation and positive behavior, healthy lifestyle and rejection of bad habits. The empirical basis of the publication is the results of a study conducted at the Biomedical University of Innovation and Continuing Education of the Burnasyan Federal Medical Biophysical Center of Federal Medical Biological Agency in 2020-2021 with the participation of the author of the article. The study included an expert survey of university teaching staff, as well as a survey of residents studying in 36 specialties. The degree of their involvement in the search for more effective didactic systems for the implementation of existing models for the development of the discipline "Pedagogy" by residents, which is included in the list of basic disciplines of the educational program for the training of highly qualified personnel, developed in accordance with the current Federal State Educational Standards at the residency level and clarification of the components of psychological and pedagogical competence necessary for residents for successful professional activity in this field.
