Due to this during this pandemic disease the university closes the teaching learning method to reduce transmissions of the virus. The researcher can able to propose E-learning as a solution to keep the continuity of education during this pandemic disease. In this paper the benefits of e-learning, features and the challenges to advancement and implementation of new educational system (E-learning) opportunities for this university are also briefly outlined.

The severe impact of Covid-19 has shaken the world to its core. Education institution were temporarily closed in an attempt to contain the spread of covid-19 pandemic, as the consequence of which learners ranging from school going children to post graduate students were affected. Educational institution in India is currently based on traditional methods of learning that is face to face learning in classroom. Few have started moving towards the blended system of learning. This pandemic challenged the education sector and is forced to move towards the e – learning. The paper focuses on will this e-learning mean for the future, will it make part of new-normal. It studies the advantages such as cost reduction, increase convenience and flexibility, improves employee knowledge, ease of content update and disadvantages such as requirement of self-discipline and time management skills, diminished social interaction, not suitable for every topic, lack of practice based learning, reliance on technology etc of e-learning. Further it studies the challenges ranging from learner’s issues, educators issue and content issues, challenges for institution to engage students and make them participate in teaching –learning process, challenges by teacher to move from offline mode to online mode, the lack of standard for quality, quality control, development of e-resource and econtent delivery ,it highlights the stipulations by government regulating e-learning, barriers in its implementation, ensuring the digital equity. This article reports on the use of blended learning in higher education. Blended learning has become popular in higher education in recent years. It is a move beyond traditional lecturing to incorporate face-to-face learning with e-learning, thereby creating a blend of learning experiences. The problem is that learning in higher education is complex and learning situations differ across contexts. Whilst there is face-to-face contact at some institutions, others offer distance learning or correspondence learning. In each context, the mode of learning may differ. The challenge is to cater for various learning opportunities through a series of learning interactions and to incorporate a blended approach. The aim of this study was to examine various ways of defining blended learning in different contexts. This was done through an examination of experiences of the use of blended learning in different higher education contexts. The study presents a case of blended learning in a postgraduate course. The experiences from all these cases are summarised and conclusions and recommendations are made in the context of blended learning in higher education in South Africa.

The University Abdou Moumouni (UAM) of Niamey in Niger mainly focused on traditional face to face learning, and even the existence of the African Virtual University since the years 1999 did not change the situation. It is only after the official opening at the University of the Francophone Digital Campus in December 2003 that lecturers and students started overseeing and taking advantages of all the benefits of e-Learning and distance learning. The present paper builds on the author’s personal initiatory experience in e-Learning to highlight some specific challenges that traditional universities such as the UAM face in their efforts to introduce e-Learning and distance learning as a new mode of course delivery. The study shows that even though challenges are big, political and institutional support can freshen the perspectives and change opportunities into realities.

Universitas Sangga Buana is an educational institution that continues to develop thefollowing technological advances by creating an e-learning system for students to facilitatedistance learning. This system is relatively new and still being developed, allowing there are stillmany gaps that others can exploit, especially on the security side of the system. To reduce systemsecurity vulnerabilities and data loss risks, it is necessary to conduct an audit of the e-learningsystem at the Universitas Sangga Buana. The stages used to determine security systemvulnerabilities and risk management in e-learning systems use the NIST framework and theAcunetix application as a system security testing tool. The final result of the e-learning systemaudit is that the e-learning system of the University of Sangga Buana is at a reasonable level withno high system vulnerabilities found and well-implemented risk management.

This paper analyzes the world sources and considers the evolution of the e-learning system in the world, which are necessary for the formation of the e-learning system of the educational institution. The object of research is modern information pedagogical technologies that change the educational process. Subject of research – various educational technologies (distance, mixed, mobile, micro-) learning that influence the effectiveness of the educational process. The purpose is to identify the main elements that create the global e-learning system and to define the structure of the system for use in educational institutions. It is shown that in the first stage distance courses played the role of delivery of educational materials to the student. The development of web 2.0 technology and the advent of LMS have changed the way we learn. Pedagogical theories, the pedagogical instructional model ADDIE, and the use of Bloom's taxonomy allowed for student collaboration and active communication. The distance learning course is focused on achieving and measuring learning outcomes. In the third stage, all components of the world eLearning system are present: methodical, informational, technological, software and technical, personnel, regulatory, planning and development, monitoring and control. The components of the subsystems are variable in nature. Such a system is the basis for the strategy and tactics of the development of the e-learning system in the educational organization and its structural units. The most important is the planning and development subsystem, which defines the ways of development of the educational organization, the strategy and tactics of development of the e-learning system of the university, the required staff potential and the system of professional development of teachers. For its effective work it is necessary to have trained content curators who follow the most influential content curators of the world. Members of this team provide certification for distance courses in accordance with the organization standard. National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" conducts systematic work in this area, conducts open distance courses for developers, tutors, content curators and experts for teachers of educational institutions of Ukraine. Developed distance courses that measure the competence of trained professionals ensure high efficiency of dual learning. More than 2,100 teachers of educational establishments of Ukraine have enrolled in the open distance courses, more than 320 teachers have successfully completed the courses.

The existence of individuals with developmental and sensory disabilities (DIII MP-WNBK students) at the Jakarta State Polytechnic is a concern, especially when it is observed how they interact, the way they receive and attend lectures in class. So the situation that is completely online like this, becomes a challenge for them. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of distance education for MP-WNBK DIII students, and to explain efforts to improve their skills in accessing online lectures through the elearning.pnj.ac.id platform. This study uses an intervention method with a quantitative approach. The design of this research is a cross sectional study. The sample in this study was PS DIII MP-WNBK PNJ students. The number of samples taken as many as 76 students from a population of 92 students. The results of this study conclude that both lecturers and students enjoy using e-learning as a learning medium during distance learning. Learning with a high level of interaction is fun for both lecturers and students because it approaches face-to-face learning. Almost all students are able to use e-learning. E-learning is quite effective for distance learning.
