The concept of gender is a trait that is attached to men and women who are socially and culturally constructed, as women are known to be beautiful, gentle, emotional or motherly, while men are considered strong, rational and virile. All these traits can be exchanged and therefore not natural, but they occur from time to time and from place to place. The method used in this research was qualitative method with content analysis approach. Islamic education does not recognize the sex, it only identifies that as long as the creature is named human it must be given education to achieve the essence and purpose of life that is as a servant of Allah and the caliph in the earth. The authentic basis of Islamic education is the Qur'an and Sunnah Rasulullah SAW. Because the al-Qur'an as the revelation of the deity sent down to his apostle, the great prophet Muhammad, through the mediation of Jibril and is the guidance for man, in it there will be rules and directives to carry out education that is reflected in chapter 30 al-Alaq verses 1-5.

Religious teachings are considered to have long oppressed women. Teachings having been dominated by men have been used as justifications for the perception of society that is very detrimental to women. This article discusses the gap of understanding on women's rights to reconcile with their husband who have divorced them, viewed from the perspective of Islamic scholars and Islamic law. In this case, the Qur'an has the principle that the positions of men and women are equal as a servant, because men and women are created from the same substance (min nafsin waahidah), the same task (khalifatullah filardh), and have same obligations (liya'budun). However, Muslim scholars agree that the reconciliation is absolutely the husband’s right. In gender perspective, women can apply for reconciliation (Rujuk) as their rights to their husbands. This study conducts analysis using a content analysis approach related to the issue of reconciliation rights dominated by men (husbands) by means of redeeming the husband's rights that have been given to them. And in the presence of khulu, the wife also has the right of reconciliation (Rujuk) to the husband who has divorced her.

The objectives of the research are to know the translation shift and the translation equivalence in The Sea of Monsters novel which is translated into “Laut Para Monster”. This research uses qualitative method through content analysis approach. The writers compared the source text (ST) and the target text (TT) then, did the analysis by using theories proposed by (Catford,1965) and  (Nida,1982). The results show that the most shifting is unit shift, 65% and it reaches 77% formal equivalence. Those results show that TSu is well transferred into TSa in term of form and content. It can be seen from the translation shift which only happen at the word level, it seems that the translator is faithful to source text, while seen by the translation equivalence, seems that the writer is also faithful to target text.
