The role of the modernization process of a contemporary industrial enterprise and the mechanisms for ensuring technological transfer are considered. The features of the functioning of the enterprise as a system-forming socio-economic element that sets the technological level of the national economy are discussed. The increasing importance of the community team as a generator of new needs and a conductor of an innovative product in real production is considered. The analysis of the influence of various factors on the innovative activity of industrial enterprises of St. Petersburg is presented, and the mechanisms of innovative activation are proposed.

Information of interaction of subjects of industrial activities is one of the most important priorities of the industry management system and suggests structural and functional reorganization of the infrastructural support system both at the micro and macro levels. Tools using information infrastructure can be differentiated according to the type of industry. A segmentation of channels use the information infrastructure of industrial enterprises in the framework of a process-oriented approach that allows you to define the role of the information infrastructure, which improves the efficiency of each of these business process. A model of infrastructural support implementation of industrial policy, which covers both the level of districts and industrial districts, and the federal district level. The aim of this study to define the concept of noise pollution and the cost of pollution from noise, it also aims to explain the cost of noise pollution on the profits of industrial enterprises, in addition to the recognition of the role of the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company to reducing the impact of noise pollution on workers, as well as the role played by the reduction of the costs of pollution and its impact on the profits of noise pollution to reducing treasury revenues.   And therefore could not measure the impact of the company incurring the costs caused by noise pollution on company profits in the absence of a clear classification of the causes of the cost and thus the difficulty of measuring the impact on the profits of the company, the results of the study also indicated that there are costs of noise pollution and a clear impact on the profits of the company. This study focuses on the economic and social aspects which are of crucial importance in noise pollution that strongly affect the performance of the workers, the profits of industrial enterprises, and concludes that the noise pollution impact on staff performance and production as well as tax collections, the treasury and the national economy.

This chapter raise some doubts regarding the hierarchic metaphor — that the role of the politicians is to govern and guide — in the sphere of industrial policy. It is assumed that the function of industrial policy is to influence the structure and development of industrial enterprises, to bring them more in line with political preferences regarding employment, expansion, level of technological development, export sales, etc. Such an ambition requires not only that the political system takes the initiative and actively controls the development of individual companies but also that it solves difficult problems. The hierarchic metaphor presupposes that the state, with the politicians at its head, is able and willing to control. Both these assumptions are called in question in this chapter.

The essence of the problem of “blind spots” of accounting at industrial enterprises is investigated. The practical reasons for the appearance of “blind spots” of material resources accounting are revealed. The materiality threshold of such zones at industrial enterprises is established. The danger of the existence of “blind spots” in accounting and the need of internal control to combat them is explained. The methodology of internal control in the part of estimating and controlling the risk of false initial observation of economic operations with material resources has been improved. The process of internal control is supplemented by the procedure of elaboration of managerial decisions alternatives on such measures as saving surplus of material resources, expansion of primary accounting supervision, improvement of documentary processing of facts of economic operations with material resources, and compensation of deficit of material resources.

The research purpose consists in identification of features of adaptation of new employees on industrial enterprise and development on this basis of recommendations about adaptation process enhancement. In the course of carrying out a research such methods of a research as were used: observation, questioning, selective observation, analysis, comparison, generalization, observation, questioning. In article types, methods and a role of adaptation of new employees in a personnel management system of industrial enterprise are researched. On materials of one of the largest industrial enterprises of the Tambov region features of the developed personnel management system are revealed, process of adaptation of new employees on industrial enterprise is analysed and recommendations about enhancement of process of adaptation of new employees are developed. The complex of recommendations about enhancement of process of adaptation of new employees on industrial enterprise became result of a research: including the instruction sheet for the new employee beginning to work in the organization; regulations on adaptation of employees in the organization which will provide a legal force of process of adaptation; the plan of adaptation of the new employees who are working directly in the sphere of production, including the actions which are directly connected with productive activity. The offered recommendations can be realized without financial investments. The practical importance of work consists in a possibility of use of developed recommendations about enhancement of process of adaptation of new employees on industrial enterprises with a similar personnel management system and difficulties in case of adaptation of new employees.
