See the impact that can occur in patients who use ventilators and the ability of patients to issue very limited secretions, it is very necessary to help the patient in maintaining the hygiene of the road, so that the breathing runs smoothly. One of the efforts that can be done is clapping, vibration and suction in accordance with the operational standards of Prosdur. The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of clapping, vibration and suction against tidal volumes in pneumonia patients who use a ventilator in the ICU room of Royal Prima Medan Hospital. The design of this research uses the experimental quasi method. Samples on this study were as much as 10 people based on the total population during 2 weeks from 1st to 15th July 2019 with total sampling technique. The instrument used is an observation sheet in a ventilator-using pneumonia patient. The test used in this study is the T-Dependen test to see the influence of clapping, vibration and suction against tidal volumes with significant value (P < 0.05). The advice of this research is to be expected to the hospital, especially health workers pay attention to the hygiene of the airway by doing the action of claping, vibration and suction especially in patients who are diagnosed with pneumonia are treated with ventilators.

Background Parkinson's disease is a chronic progressive neurodegenerative disorder with unpredictable symptoms, which leads to stress for individuals caring for their family members. Most patients with Parkinson's disease in Indonesia are cared for by family members. Their treatment requires continuous supervision and a great deal of attention. Aims Accordingly, this research explores caregivers' experiences in caring for family members with Parkinson's disease. Methods This study is qualitative with a phenomenological design. Participants, selected via a purposive sampling technique, were individuals caring for and living with family members suffering from Parkinson's disease. The data were analysed using the Colaizzi approach. Results This research identified four themes: the ways in which members of the family adapt; the impact of the patient's condition on the caregiver; support received in providing care; and the cultural and spiritual meanings the caregiver obtained when providing care. Conclusion This study uncovered several aspects that contribute to the understanding of the life of family members as caregivers for Parkinson's disease patients. This research also found there is still limited psychosocial support from health workers, so it is necessary for them to be more proactive in providing support for family members who care for patients with Parkinson's disease.

The impact of coronary heart disease (CHD) can cause heart failure and even a deadly heart attack. This study aimed to study the relationship of total cholesterol and triglyceride levels with CHD in patients visiting the Cardiac Polyclinic of        Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. This type of research used Analytical Survey with Case Control design. The population in this study was all patients of the Cardiac Polyclinic of RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. Case samples in this study were 84 patients with CHD and 84 controls were taken using a Systematic Random Sampling technique. The data in this study used secondary data and data analysis techniques using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis. Data analysis in this study used Chi-Square test (c2). To determine the closeness of the relationship, the Contingency Coefficient (C) test was used. To find out the risk factors used the Odds Ratio (OR) test. The results obtained from 168 people there were 84 people (50.0%) who had CHD, 87 people (51.8%) had total cholesterol levels ≥ 200 mg / dL and 100 people (59.5%) who had triglyceride levels ≥ 150 mg / dL. There was a correlation between total cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels with CHD in patients who visited the Cardiac Polyclinic of  dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu with a moderate relationship category. It is expected that health workers can increase information regarding the prevention and control of total cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels in CHD patients, and recommend to maintain a healthy lifestyle and exercise in order to improve the quality of life of patients with CHD.Keywords: coronary heart disease, total cholesterol levels, triglyceride levels,

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness and impact of the Pajale (Rice, Corn, and Soybean) of the UPSUS (Special Effort) Program on the production of rice, corn, and soybean in West Aceh regency. This study conducted in West Aceh Regency. The method used to collect the data is the random sampling technique. The number of samples determined using Solvin formula. However, due to the limited time, energy, and cost, the researcher only took 188 samples from the total population of 584 respondents. The analytical method used to answer the first hypothesis is using the effectiveness formula, as follows: The Effectiveness of Program = (R/T) x 100%. The analytical method used to answer the second hypothesis is using the PAM (Policy Analysis Matrix) approach. This method used to determine the impact of the UPSUS Pajale Program. The matrix of PAM consists of two identities that are the profit identity and the deviation identity.Based on references from Litbang Depdagri (Research and Development Agency, Indonesian Ministry of Home Affairs) year 1991, the effectiveness of the UPSUS Pajale Program in West Aceh for Rice and Soybean categorized as effective, which is within the range of ≥80 – 100. Meanwhile for the commodity of corn categorized as quite effective, which is within the range of ≥60 – 80. This shows that the UPSUS Pajale Program implemented in West Aceh can support sustainable food self-sufficiency targeted by the government for rice and soybean commodities. This can be done by increasing the harvested area and production of both commodities. The impact of the program determined using the Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM). If the profit coefficient (PC) > 0, then the government policies can increase profits obtained by producers, and vice versa. Based on the PAM calculation result on the impact of the program, it shows that the UPSUS Pajale Program implemented in West Aceh can increase profits achieve by producers for all three commodities, rice, corn, and soybean where is the PC > 0.

Background: CKD patients increase with increasing age prevalence of 15.8%. Changes in behavior in people with CKD focus on diet, physical activity, quality of life, fatigue, knowledge, self-efficacy and self-management. Method: This research is qualitative with phenomenological methods. The subjects were 12 informants with CKD using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using in-depth and semi-structured interviews in June - August 2019 at William Booth Hospital in Surabaya. Data analysis using Giorgi's phenomenological analysis and thematic analysis then inductively and triangulating data. Results: This study found 4 themes, namely: holistic interpretation of needs, suggestions for healing, understanding of bodily functions and diet disobedience. Conclusion: CKD patients strive to meet their needs holistically with all the limitations of physical conditions by trying to carry out routine the treatment process recommended by health workers, even though barriers come from an understanding of bodily functions that are able to balance in CKD conditions and from the environment such as climate that makes disobedient to a fluid and nutritional diet. Seeing the importance of the impact of compliance with CKD patients in the implementation of CKD treatment management health workers need to make a systematic approach to CKD patients in treatment management

Anemia or a lack of blood cells during pregnancy and childbirth is very dangerous. It may cause pregnant women to be at risk for bleeding during childbirth and hinder infant growth and development. This study aims to determine the knowledge of pregnant women with anemia about nutrition during pregnancy. The research design used in this study was quantitative descriptive, with 137 pregnant women with anemia as the population and a total sample of 58 respondents taken with random sampling technique. The variable in this study is the knowledge of pregnant women with anemia about nutritional intake. This study shows that the majority of the pregnant women had poor knowledge (84.48%) of nutritional intake, and only a small number had good knowledge (15.52%). With almost all pregnant women with anemia in the study having a lack of knowledge about nutritional intake, there is a concern that the baby will be negatively affected. The implication of the results highlights the important role of health workers to provide information about good nutrition during pregnancy, particularly the impact of tea-drinking habit.
