<em>Consumer satisfaction for a product is very influential on the sustainability of a business, for that it is necessary to maintain the quality of products and services continuously. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect on the application of business ethics to customer satisfaction. The main object of this research is the customers of Bebek H. Slamet in Joglo branch, West Jakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. Does the application of business ethics have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of Bebek H. Slamet customers in Joglo branch, West Jakarta. Trust is the most dominant variable of the business ethics variable that affects customer satisfaction at Bebek H. Slamet stalls in Joglo branch, West Jakarta</em>

ABSTRAKConsumer satisfaction can be realized well if the company is able to provide quality service and product diversity that consumers expect. The higher the quality of service received then the consumer will be satisfied, so that the consumer will be a permanent consumer in the company. Similarly, the King Shop as a provider of photocopying and stationery products located in Malang are also trying to improve the quality of service and product diversity in accordance with consumer expectations. So the purpose in doing research is to determine the effect of service quality and product diversity to customer satisfaction either simultaneously or partially, to know which influence is most dominant between service quality and product quality to customer satisfaction. The study was conducted at the Poor King Shop. The sample used in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The method used in this sampling is to use probability sampling. Data testing techniques used in this research include the validity test, reliability test with Alpha Cronbach. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove research hypothesis using computer application program SPSS Version 21. Based on the results of data analysis, the multiple linear regression equation obtained is as follows: Y = 7.446 + 0.207X.1 + 0.482X.2. From multiple linear regression equation can be known variables of service quality and product diversity have an effect on signifikan to consumer satisfaction at king store in malang. Result of t test, have positive and significant effect to consumer satisfaction because t count bigger than t table. Results simultaneously with the F test shows that all independent variables significantly influence customer satisfaction because f count is greater than f table. Therefore H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. The value of multiple determinant coefficient (R Square) of 0.432 indicates that 56.8% of customer satisfaction variables can be explained by independent variables of service quality and product diversity, while the rest of 43.2% is explained by other variables. Keywords: service quality, product diversity, customer satisfaction

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The research sample is the regular customers of the company PT. Indosteger Jaya used accidental sampling technique and obtained 80 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). This study aims to see the effect of service quality, facilities and price perception on customer satisfaction in Yogyakarta Pojur Barbershop customers. This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this study were 155 respondents. The sample in this study were 155 customers who had used barbershop pojur at least once. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with data collection methods using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, service quality, facilities and price perceptions simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, facilities have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and price perception is positive and significant towards consumer satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the influence of store atmosphere, business ethics and product quality on consumer satisfaction at the syariah syariah mini market 212 Jambi branch. Survey research using a questionnaire instrument, a sample of 70 respondents with nonprobability sampling techniques. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the characteristics of respondents were dominated by women, aged 20 to 29 years, the last education occupations were dominated by students. Simultaneously store atmosphere, business ethics and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, so also partially store atmosphere variables, business ethics and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

Companies need to maintain their survival by developing and earning profits. Consumers have ever-changing tastes and desires, so companies must be prepared to face all these changes and constantly review and improve their offerings. Companies need to pay attention to factors that affect consumers' buying interest, including products, prices, and locations. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of simultaneous product, price, and location on consumer buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Residen Surabaya. The study population was all consumers of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya. The sampling technique is based on Hair, et al. (2010), that the number of samples is at least 5 times the number of indicators so that the number of samples in this study is 85 people. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test, and F test. The results showed that the product, price, and location partially affected the consumer buying interest of Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the t test showing the calculated t value all independent variables are greater than t table (1,989), which is 2,015 for the effect of product variables (X1), 2,608 for the influence of price variables (X2), and 6,037 for the effect of location variables (X3). . The results also show that the products, prices, and locations simultaneously influence consumers' buying interest in Bakso Pak Kus Jalan Sudirman Resident Surabaya as evidenced by the results of the F test which shows the value of F count> F table which is 45,001> 2,716.

The rise of trade in this era makes the market tougher competition to make companies have to take appropriate steps and strategies in order to win competition with competitors in the market. This was also experienced by motorcycles, one of which was a Yamaha motorcycle which experienced a decline in sales in 2019 from month to month. Many factors affect it. In this study the variables used are product quality, after sales service, and customer satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive approach, and verification. Samples obtained were 383 respondents who were consumers of PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang by using purposive sampling technique, data analysis used in this study was the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate the quality of products and after-sales services have a strong enough relationship, which is equal to 50.3%. then partially product quality has an effect of 39.3 then partially after sales service has an effect of 15.3% on customer satisfaction. Together the quality of products and after sales service has an effect of 50.3% which is the contribution of other variables not examined. Then it can be seen that product quality is more dominant in influencing customer satisfaction. PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang is advised to pay more attention to Product Quality and After Sales Service for customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of perceived usefulness and trust on consumer satisfaction of Shopee e-commerce. This research conducted in Indonesia that targeted Shopee consumers. Data were collected from the survey by distributing questionnaires to the research respondents. The sample consisted of 86 people selected by a random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results showed that perceived usefulness and trust have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of this study also proved that Shopee users assess that the perceived usefulness of the e-commerce applications could facilitate convenience during the online transaction. Meanwhile, trust, in the form of guaranteed transactions and recommendations and ratings from consumers, is a form of support and services provided by Shopee to build consumer trust in Indonesia. Customer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or satisfaction from customers that arise after using or consuming a product / service. The purpose of this study is to determine how promotion and quality influence Grab customer satisfaction in Denpasar City partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The test results show that the effect of promotion and service quality on Grab service satisfaction in Denpasar City is partially and simultaneously significant.
