Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis dan menginterpretasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan, pengendalian diri (locus of control), terhadap kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan, pengendalian diri (locus of control) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Pangkep dengan menggunakan quesioner untuk 65 responden, teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah teknik analisis jalur (parth analysis) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja sedangkan pengendalian diri (Locus of Control) tidak berpengaruh signifikan namun berhubungan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan namun berhubungan posi-tif, Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan namun berhubungan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan dan berhubungan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Lok-us Kendali (Locus of Control) tidak berpengaruh signifikan namun berhubungan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja.   Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Pengendalian Diri, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   This study aims to examine, analyze and interpret the influence of the work environment, leadership, self-control (locus of control) on employee performance and to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of work environment, leadership, self-control (locus of control) on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Department of Communication and Information of the Pangkep Regency using a questionnaire for 65 respondents, the analysis technique used was a path analysis technique (parth analysis) using the SPSS program version 25.0 for windows. The results showed that the variable work environment, leadership has a significant effect and positively related to job satisfaction while self-control (Locus of Control) has no significant effect but is positively related to job satisfaction. Job satisfaction does not have a significant effect but is positively related, the work environment does not have a significant effect but is positively related to employee performance through job satisfaction. Leadership has significant influence and positively related to employee performance through job satisfaction. Full locus of control does not have a significant effect but is positively related to employee performance through job satisfaction.

The success or failure of an organization depends on the activity and creativity of its human resources. For this reason, the main thing to consider is the role of a leader. The role of leadership is very large in motivating employees to work in accordance with work programs that have been set by the organization, in achieving the goals and objectives set by the organization. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, and work environment on job satisfaction, to know and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance, to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and to find out and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through employee job satisfaction in the Civil Service Police Unit of South Sulawesi Province. To achieve these objectives, data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaire distribution, using data analysis techniques namely descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and path analysis. The results prove that the transformational leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance. The effect of job satisfaction provides a significant influence in improving employee performance. Mediation test results of the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction which shows that employee job satisfaction can mediate the influence of transformational leadership style and work environment on employee performance of the South Sulawesi Province Civil Service Police Unit.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction of non ASN employees of the Jember Regency Government. The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction

Abstract: The aims of this study is to examine the influence of the work environment, new culture organization on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. The number of respondents used in this study were as many as 145 respondents, all respondents were employees of the industry and labor office of the city of Bandung. The research data were obtained through distributing questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling analysis technique with the help of the AMOS version 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it is found that the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership are factors that directly affect employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also indicate that employee job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of the work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership on employee performance. Work environment, New culture organization and digital leadership will increase employee job satisfaction which in turn will increase employee performance. Abstrak:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, new culture organization terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pegawai. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 145 responden, seluruh responden merupakan pegawai di dinas perindustrian dan tenaga kerja kota Bandung. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan bantuan program AMOS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership merupakan faktor – faktor yang secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung lingkungan kerja, New culture organization dan digital leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai. This paper conducts a more in-depth study of employee performance to connect with compensation and job satisfaction and the work environment of employees in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BRI). This research was conducted at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. operating in Indonesia. The research population was all employees of the Branch Offices of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. spread over in Sumatera, Jawa, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali and Jayapura. The sample was collected using Proportional Random Sampling Stratified from six locations spread throughout Indonesia. Considering the wide area, the sampling technique is adjusted to the area, so sampling is based on the island as a sub-population. The sample of this study was 212 employees. This amount has met the minimum sampling requirements if using the Generalised Structural Component Analysis (GSCA) method. Compensation does not directly affect employee performance. Working environment directly influences the employee performance in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. There is an influence of compensation and working environment on job satisfaction and employee performance in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The leader of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. should improve employees’ performance by taking into account the improvement of compensation which includes the suitability of wages and salaries, incentives, benefits and facilities with their performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, locus of control, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah dan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi, locus of control, stres kerja terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkalis dengan menggunakan quesioner untuk 183 responden, teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah teknik analisis jalur (parth analysis) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 17.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah, locus of control berpengaruh terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah. Variabel kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah, kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh locus of control terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah, dan kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja aparat pemerintah daerah.This purpose of this study is to examine the effect of organizational culture, locus of control, and job stress on the performance apparatus of district governments, this study also examine the mediating role of job satisfaction effect on organizational culture, locus of control, work stress on the performance of district governments. The population in this study are all of SKPD Bengkalis District Government and purposive sampling is used as sampling method. This study uses questioner for 183 respondents. The analysis technique used is the technique of path analysis using SPSS version 17.0. The results showed prove that organizational culture affect on the performance apparatus of district governments, locus of control affect on the performance apparatus of district governments, and job stress effect on the performance apparatus of district governments. Job satisfaction variable as mediating the effect of organizational culture on the performance apparatus of district governments, Job satisfaction variable as mediating the effect of locus of control on the performance apparatus of district governments, Job satisfaction variable as mediating the effect of job stress on the performance apparatus of district governments.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and locus of control on employee performance at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu. The sample in this study was 58 employees with State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu. The data was collected using a questionnaire and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the positive influence between organizational culture and Locus of Control on employee performance at t Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu because the regression direction had a positive direction, namely Y = 9.810 + 0.356X1 + 0.410X2. This illustrates that with the organizational culture of employees at work, their performance will increase. Locus of control has a significant influence on employee performance at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu, because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the greater locus of control for the employees at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu, the performance will also increase. This illustrates that the self-control of the employees will increase the performance of the employees. Organizational culture and locus of control have a significant influence on the performance of employees at Agriculture Department of South Bengkulu, thus the initial hypothesis proposed is proven (Ha is accepted). That is, there is a significant influence between organizational culture and locus of control on performance together. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.472. This means that organizational culture and locus of control affect performance by 47.2% while the rest is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

The study aims to analyze and prove the hypothesis regarding the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction. Case studies were carried out on Indomobil Nissan-Datsun Solobaru employees. Sampling uses census sampling techniques. All respondent populations were sampled with 55 people. Data analysis technique using PLS with WarpPLS 6.0 program. The findings of this study, namely work discipline and work stress have a significant influence on the positive direction of job satisfaction. Job stress and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the positive direction of employee performance. Work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to be a mediator variable in perfect influence of work discipline on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to become a variable mediator partially the influence of work stress on employee performance. <p><em>The research is conducted on companies that produce gloves both for domestic and abroad. Production companies like these require a lot of employees and high performance. But the company's work has decreased, so the company's target can not be achieved. Not achieving the target company is allegedly influenced by several factors, such as job stress, discipline, employee engagement, and job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work stress, discipline and employee engagement on performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. The respondent  in this study as many as 247 employees. Data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural equation Modeling) with LISREL program Version 8.80. The result of analysis shows that job stress and employee engagement have an effect on job satisfaction, job stress and employee engagement also affect to employee performance. Perusahaan produksi seperti ini membutuhkan karyawan yang banyak serta kinerja yang tinggi. Namun hasil kinerja perusahaan mengalami penurunan, sehingga target perusahaan tidak dapat tercapai. Tidak tercapainya target perusahaan ini diduga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor , diantaranya adalah stres kerja, kedisiplinan, <em>employee engagement, </em>dan kepuasan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, kedisiplinan dan <em>employee engagement</em> terhadap kinerja dengan kepuasan  kerja sebagai variabel <em>intervening</em>. Responden  dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 247 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM (<em>Structural equation Modelling</em>) dengan program LISREL Versi 8.80. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan <em>employee engagement</em> berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja dan <em>employee engagement</em> juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tidak ada pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap kepuasan kerja  dan kinerja.</p><p>Kata Kunci : Stres kerja , Kedisiplinan, <em>Employee Engagement</em>, kepuasan dan  Kinerja Karyawan.</p>
