[THE EFFECT OF SELF-CONCEPT AND ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION ON STUDENTS ‘LEARNING OUTCOMES]. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of self-concept and achievement motivation on student learning outcomes. This research is included in quantitative research with the type of ex post facto causal research. The research instrument used was a closed questionnaire to measure the variables of self-concept and achievement motivation and a multiple choice test to measure student learning outcomes. The sample in this study were students of class XI IPA at SMA Negeri 1 Kaledupa, Kaledupa District, Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. After the data was obtained, it was analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 24 application. Based on the results of the research data analysis, it was concluded that there was an effect of self-concept and achievement motivation on student learning outcomes, this was based on the significance value obtained at 0.00 < 0.05. The magnitude of the influence of self-concept and prestigious motivation on learning outcomes is 84.4%, this is obtained based on the value of R Square after data analysis.

The 2013 curriculum is a competency-based curriculum designed to anticipate 21st century competency needs. In this century, as we can witness together, the ability of creativity and communication will be very important. Intelligence in processing a science is an important thing to do, one of which is to sharpen multiple intelligences in students to produce a maximum student achievement, especially in thematic learning. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of thematic learning and multiple intelligence on student learning outcomes. This research is an experimental quantitative research, this research was conducted on science class 5 subjects on the theme of plants and animals. The subjects in this study were 25 students. When this research was conducted in January-February 2017. The instrument used for data collection was the questionnaire / questionnaire method. Testing the credibility of the instrument using the instrument validity and reliability test. Data collection procedures in this study used observation, questionnaires / questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique of this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed there was a significant influence between integrative thematic learning and multiple intelligence in improving student learning outcomes.

This study aims to see the effect of STAD learning strategy on Student Learning Outcomes in the Human Expression System Material in Class VIII MTs TPI Bandar Betsy. This type of research is a Quasi-Experimental Research. The population in this study were all students of class VIII MTs TPI Bandar Betsy consisting of class VIII which was placed 20 students as the experimental class and class VIII B which was designed by 20 students as the control class. The instrument used to collect data was a multiple-choice test consisting of 20 questions. In the research, the data analysis used paired simple t test with the help of SPSS version 22 software. It shows that sig <0.05 with a sig value of 0.00 <0.05 with a t-count value of 51.822 and a t-table of 2.09 in the experimental class. H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Then it can be revealed that there is an effect of STAD learning strategy with the help of rotating media on student learning outcomes in the human excretion system in class VIII MTs TPI Bandar Betsy.

Abstrak Pendidikan di Indonesia sangat diperhatikan perkembangannya. Hasil belajar seseorang bisa dipengaruhi oleh motivasinya dalam belajar serta fasilitas yang menunjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar serta fasilitas saat belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Sebanyak 79 orang siswa dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil belajar dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh motivasi belajar. (2) hasil belajar dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh motivasi belajar. (3) fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh signitifikan dan positif pada hasil belajar. Kata Kunci : Hasil belajar, Fasilitas belajar, motivasi belajar   Abstract In Indonesia education is one of the factors that has been considered in its development. There are several factors that affect learning outcomes, namely learning facilities and learning motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economic subjects. The method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study were 79 students. The results showed that (1) learning facilities has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. (2) learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. Student learning outcomes is a very important aspect in education because it is one indicator and benchmark of success in the teaching and learning process. Pesantren and students' interest in learning towards student learning outcomes in social studies subjects. Based on these objectives, this research uses quantitative methods. Researchers used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Sampling in this study using probability sampling techniques with a total sample of 129 students. The results of this study indicate a significant fact between the environment of boarding schools and students' interest in learning towards student learning outcomes in social studies subjects.

<div class="WordSection1">Based on the theory of learning outcomes, Clark states that student learning outcomes in schools are 70% influenced by students' abilities and 30% are influenced by the environment. The part of the environment is parents and technology (gadgets). To prove the theory, the purpose of this research is 1. Find out the influence level of parental care on social science learning achievement of Grade VII students in SMPN 1 Singosari, 2. find out the influence level of gadget use on social science learning achievement of Grade VII students in SMPN 1 Singosari, 3. find out the influence level of parental care and gadget use on social science learning achievement of Grade VII students in SMPN 1 Singosari. To achieve the aims, the researcher employed quantitative research using correlational approach. The population consists of 324 students of Grade VII in SMP Negeri 1 Singosariand the researcher took 180 samples out of the population. The data analysis is conducted using classical assumption tests such as normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t-test and F-test. The results showed that parenting and the use of gadgets simultaneously or simultaneously affect the results of students' eyes IPS student grade VII SMPN 1 Singosari, meaning that the more optimal parent care pattern, bush in the optimal use of the gadgets used properly and parental supervision in the use of gadgets will affect student learning outcomes and student learning outcomes will be better.<p><strong><em>Keywords: parental care; gadget use; learning outcomes</em></strong></p></div><strong><br clear="all" /></strong>

The professionalism of a teacher is one important factor and is one of the main factors that affect the improvement of student learning outcomes. This is what makes the author very interested in conducting research and knowing the extent to which the increase in student learning outcomes is influenced by teacher professionalism. This study aims to determine: Is there an effect of teacher professionalism on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at MI Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani. The type of research used is ex-post facto correlation research. The population of this study was 18 students of class IV MI Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani. Samples were taken based on the nonprobability technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The data analysis used was the product moment correlation. From the results of data analysis using statistical analysis of product moment correlation and getting the calculated r (correlation) value is greater than the r value (correlation) table where the r count is 0.974 after being consulted with the r table value at the 5% significant level, the r table value is 0.468. . Thus, it is evident that there is an influence of teacher professionalism on the learning outcomes of grade IV students at MI Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani in the 2018/2019 academic year. The author hopes that this thesis can be used as a library and reference for teachers in particular and further researchers in general

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Learning Media and Learning Interests on Student Learning Outcomes in Man 1 MusiBanyuasin.  Students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin were the object of this study. The sample was conducted on 87 students of Man 1 MusiBanyuasin. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in which the respondents were some of the students of Man 1 Musi Banyuasin. The data collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 73 statement items. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that first, students' interest in learning and the use of learning media simultaneously had a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Second, student learning interest had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes. Third, the use of learning media had a partial and significant impact on student learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the Contribution of Self Concept and Utilization of Practical Facilities to the Learning Outcomes of Basic Electricity Electronics in Class X Students of Audio Video Engineering at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. The population of this study was 93 students. This type of research is descriptive correlational. In this study using (Simple Random Sampling) with a total of 50 students. Data on student learning outcomes were obtained from Basic Electrical Electronics subject teachers at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. While the self-concept data and utilization of practicum facilities were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis showed: (1) Self-concept and utilization of practicum facilities together contributed a contribution of 47.88% to student learning outcomes; (2) Self concept contributes 21.34% to student learning outcomes; (3) Utilization of practicum facilities contributed 31.47% to learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that the self concept and utilization of practicum facilities contribute to the learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 5 Padang.Keywords: Self-Concept, Utilization of Practical Facilities, Learning Outcomes.

This study aims to knows influence the perceptions of students on the use of jigsaw learning methods in Economic Subjects on the learning outcomes of Class X IPS students at Budhi Warman II High School in East Jakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were students of class X IPS 1 and X IPS 3 at Budhi Warman II Senior High School. So that out of 115 IPS class X students, the researchers took a population of 75 students to be sampled from two classes. In the experimental class which numbered 40 students will be given material with a jigsaw learning model while the control class numbering 35 students will be given material with a conventional learning model. Data collection techniques by conducting field research are observation, tests containing questions or exercises or other tools used to measure skills, measurements, intelligence, abilities or talents possessed by individuals or groups, and library research, as well as documentation. The research instrument used was a multiple choice test consisting of 8 questions. Data analysis techniques used descriptive data analysis, including the mean, median mode, variance, and standard deviation and hypothesis testing. The results in this study indicate that there is an effect of the use of Jigsaw Learning Methods on Student Learning Outcomes in Economic Subjects in X grade IPS students and from the results of students' perceptions on the perception statement sheet of students in class X IPS expressing liking the jigsaw learning method in economic subjects at Budhi High School Warman II, East Jakarta 2019/2020 Academic Year.

The quality of education in a school, one of which can be seen from the learning outcomes of its students. Student learning outcomes at SMKN 5 Jember can be measured from four factors, such as: learning environment, teacher competency, learning method and student absorption in receiving lessons. Based on the explanation above, the formulation of the problem in this study is how is the influence of the learning environment, teacher competency, learning methods and student absorption in receiving lessons on student learning outcomes at SMKN 5 Jember. This study aims to examine whether there is an influence of /the learning environment, teacher competence, learning methods and student absorption in receiving lessons on student learning outcomes at SMKN 5 Jember. The population of this study were students of SMKN 5 Jember 2017/2018 academic year. In this study, researchers will use accidental sampling. Accidental sampling is a chance-based sample determination technique, that anyone who happens to meet with a researcher can be used as a sample, if it is seen by someone who happens to be a suitable data source. In this study, researchers took a sample of 30 respondents, because this study uses multiple linear regression analysis SPSS version 16 application. Based on data analysis shows that the learning environment has a significant effect on student learning outcomes at SMKN 5 Jember. Whereas teacher competency, learning method and student absorption in accepting lessons do not give effect to student learning outcomes at SMKN 5 Jember.
