Nowadays the development of technology and the internet is progressing; with most people in Indonesia are already having smart phones and using the internet in their daily needs. No wonder the number of business opportunities that can be utilized, with the condition of almost all people are literate technologically, especially in big cities. This phenomenon promotes software education to be one of the business trends, and although it is a relatively new business, it is growing, in this case the business associated with PT. X  which  is one of the education software application companies that focuses on the field of education for the students from elementary schools to high schools/vocational schools. In this study, the researcher focus on the effects of product differentiation features in attracting students to buy the PT. X software applications. The result shows that the variable of Product Differentiation (X) has significant effect to purchase decision (Y). Keywords: product differentiation, purchase decision, e-learning, software applications

Bluetooth technology started off as a wireless, short-range cable replacement technology but it has undergone significant developments over the last two decades. Bluetooth radios are currently embedded in almost all computing devices including personal computers, smart phones, smart watches, and even micro-controllers. For many of us, Bluetooth is an essential technology that we use every day. We provide an insight into the history of Bluetooth and its significant design developments over the last 25 years. We also discuss related issues (including security) and Bluetooth as a driving technology for the Internet of Things (IoT). Finally, we also present recent research results obtained with Bluetooth technology in various application areas.

Alone with “The Internet of Things” development and expanding in the areas of life, it also brings some big challenges to the traditional software application design and development; especially with the corresponding technologies and strategies of the internet of things enhancement and improvement, and further more with some new equipments and technologies appended or changed in the existing environment, it needs rapidly and easily add some new functionalities to the existing working software applications. But the traditional application design and development still thinking of solution from designers and developers and not from the business point of view, this results in the traditional software applications and its scalability cannot be easily and rapidly satisfy to business requirements. Here, by research on XML, software bus, software component and task-oriented technologies, it illustrates a new way for the software application design and development and try to use task-oriented technology to improve the software application flexibility and scalability to satisfy to enterprise business changes.

The lifestyle of the new people generation, called in the scientific literature Generation Z, is closely related to the Internet, computer and information technology. Therefore, people and children belonging to this group can be viewed in terms of software technology as specific users who have high requirements regarding the functions and interface of the software applications, connectivity to social networks and instant communication via the Internet. This influenced not only on the teaching and learning methods but also on the software applications used in the learning process. In recent years, new theoretical teaching methods have emerged, and the number of electronic learning systems increased. However, students lack motivation for the learning process. This requires developing new conceptual models of training and learning software, tailored to the skills and preferences of the end-users. The young students up to 12 years of age: from kindergartens to preschools and primary schools are special users who have not been studied exhaustively. In order to present the problem related to the development of learning and training software thoroughly, the most commonly used standards and current trends, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of LMS platforms have been reviewed. Attention is drawn to the commonly used software design and development technologies. This is the reason to propose a strategy for developing a web-based e-learning management system according to the possibilities of young pupils as a specific user. Having in mind this strategy we described a software architecture, based on SCORM's specification, and we developed an LMS prototype. Its design was tailored to the skills of young children. The basic methodology used in the design and creation of the system we propose is user-centered design. The document is intended for developers, educators and scientists, studying child-computer interaction.

Working from the premise that students need advanced self-regulated learning (SRL) skills to succeed in e-learning environments, this chapter describes the use of a software application (gStudy) designed to help students take control of their learning and become better self-regulated learners. To address the challenges educators face in developing students’ metacognitive monitoring and self-regulatory skills, gStudy’s cognitive tools were designed in accordance with current SRL theory. Undergraduate students who used gStudy in an educational psychology course commented that they appreciated gStudy’s features, interface, and ability to positively influence their approach to learning. The authors conclude that SRL-fostering software applications such as gStudy may be key strategic elements in institutional transitions to e-learning.

Abstract The internet can be made as a way to transfer knowledge from lecturers to students, while Learning that utilizes the internet is one of the E-Learning Learning media. E-learning is distance learning that utilizes computer technology or computer networks or the Internet E-learning, so that it can enable the learning process through computers in their respective places without having to physically go to attend classes or lectures in class, Systems e-learning learning is a new way of teaching and learning. E-learning as a special learning media PAI courses provide a very important role and a large function in the course because so far there are many shortcomings and weaknesses such as the limitations of space and time in the teaching and learning process through E-learning which prioritizes the efficiency of learning so students get full teaching even though they do not have to be face to face, can also be accessed anywhere, anytime, according to the assignments given by the lecturer usually scheduled with a specified deadline. The development of education towards e-learning is a must so that the quality standards of education can be improved, E-learning is one of the uses of internet technology in the delivery of learning and its broad reach. E-learning can also be an answer to a health problem that is Pandemic Corona (Covid-19) which is very influential also in every aspect of life, especially in education. Keywords: Effectiveness, Utilization, Islamic Religious Education, E-Learning, Covid 19.
