Reflection of Azerbaijan's relations with foreign countries in bayati and fairy tales

Azerbaijan had attracted with the place where the trade ways crossing since the old times. Caravans coming from East to West, sumpey from North to south passed through our country. Local merchauts took products which produced with the wealthy assortments as raw silk, panne velvet, atlas clpothes, simply various products to foreign countries in turn. It is natural that, both local and foreing merchauts arrived in our country leave with separate material boons equal which they brought to our country with, them as myth, tales and legends and told everything that hearings here in foreign countries. But all these obsorbeed in various bayaties and legends created by our rich imaginative people, arrived in our time. Key words: bayati, tale, Iraq, Suriya, Phrangistan

The Oil Refinery of Heydar Aliyev was created in July 1953 as a new oil refining plant Baki. The combined atmospheric vacuum plant is the main plant at the oil refining factory and its starting capacity produces 6 million tons of crude oil. In 2010, 43,000 tons A-98, 1.18 tons of A-92 and 19,700 tons of gasoline A-80. At the same time, 600 400t kerosene, 214,000 diesel fuels, 214,000 tons. Liquid gas, 267 500t coke and 220 600t. With this investigation, the history of the oil refinery and the details of modernization were considered. 21 out of 24 types of Azerbaijani oil are processed at the Baku Oil Refinery named after Heydar Aliyev, of which 15 types of oil products, including gasoline, aviation kerosene, diesel fuel, fuel oil, petroleum coke, etc. are produced. The plant fully meets the needs of the republic in oil products. In addition, 45% of oil products are exported to foreign countries. Key words: Azerbaijani, oil, recycling, factory, modernization

Key words: copyright, work, artificial intelligence, computer program In the article, the problemsof legislation of Ukraine regarding the issues of copyright on works created due to artificialintelligence were analyzed. Particularly, who is the owner of copyright ofworks created due to artificial intelligence. On the one hand, it could be a developer ofa computer program, from the other hand, it could be a client or an employer. Because,it could happen that there is a situation when robots created something newand original, e.g., how it happened with the project “New Rembrandt”. In this case,computers created a unique portrait of Rembrandt. And here is a question, where isin this portrait original and intellectual works of developers of these computers andprograms. In the contrast, this portrait could be created without people who developedspecial machines, programs, and computers. The article’s author proposes to addinto Ukrainian legislation with following norm: the owner of the copyright createddue to artificial intelligence should be a natural person who uses artificial intelligencefor these purposes within the official relationship or on the basis of a contract. In caseof automatic generation of such work by artificial intelligence, the owner of copyrightshould be the developer.Also, another question arises, particularly, who will be responsible for the damagecaused by the artificial intelligence. As an example, of the solution for this issue Resolution2015/2103 (INL) was given, where is mentioned that human agent could be responsiblefor the caused damage. Because, it is not always a developer is responsiblefor the damage.Also, the legislation and justice practice of foreign countries was explored. Theways of overcoming mentioned problems in legislation of Ukraine were proposed.Such as changing our legislation and giving the exact explanation in who is the ownerof copyright on works created due to artificial intelligence and in which cases this personcould become an owner of the copyright. However, probably, these issues shouldbe resolved at international level regarding globalization.

As well as the animation concept inherent in Japanese culture, cosplay clothingbervisual be, of course, has its advantages and disadvantages, as well as shifting ideas whendiadobsi by a particular country. It is inevitable, characteristics and character animation as areference cosplay clothing manufacture, changing its form, concept, and material when appliedin Indonesia. Cosplay Indonesia, for example, how this all adopt dialihmaterialkan business, aswell as experienced changes in search of ideas to show all the elements of Indonesia 's. Makingthe next cosplay outfit based on stories, fairy tales, novels, legends, and comics in Indonesia.This arrangement is not without reason and without creativity, but more depth can bediscussed as a form of acculturation between the ideas of Japanese and Indonesian culture,which is packed into a cosplay outfit. On the other arts areas, the concept of cosplay is oftenshown as a costume show. For example, in the theater, revue, or a play-play in an event thatfeatured performances on the stage space . Seperti halnya dalam konsep animasi yang melekat pada budayaJepang, bervisual menjadi pakaian cosplay, tentunya memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan, sertamengalami pergeseran ide-ide manakala diadobsi oleh negara tertentu. Tidak dapat dipungkiri,ciri khas dan karakter animasi sebagai rujukan pembuatan pakaian cosplay, mengalami perubahan bentuk, konsep, dan material ketika diaplikasikan di Indonesia. Cosplay Indonesiamisalnya, bagaimana usaha adobsi ini dialihmaterialkan, serta mengalami perubahanperubahandalam pencarian ide-ide dengan menampilkan unsur-unsur ke-Indonesia-an.Pembuatan pakaian cosplay pada selanjutnya berdasarkan pada cerita, dongeng, novel,legenda, dan komik-komik di Indonesia. Penggubahan ini bukan tanpa alasan dan tanpakreativitas, tetapi lebih mendalam dapat dibahas sebagai bentuk akulturasi antara ide-idekebudayaan Jepang dan Indonesia, yang dikemas menjadi pakaian cosplay. Pada wilayahkesenian lain, konsep cosplay juga sering ditampilkan sebagai sebuah kostum pertunjukan.Misalnya pada pertunjukan teater, pertunjukan tari-tarian, atau sebuah lakon-lakon yangditampilkan dalam sebuah acara pertunjukan diatas ruang pentas. Konsep pakaian dengantempat dan waktu khusus, adalah konsep sederhana dari cosplay. Konsep-konsep yangmemvisualkan ide-ide gambar ataupun tulisan tentang pakaian dan tata rias, yangditransformasikan menjadi bentuk tiga dimensi. Cosplay seharusnya dipandang sebagaiwacana kebudayaan dan kesenian, dengan mengadobsi ide-ide tekstual, konsep imajinasigambar, menjadi bentuk-bentuk rupa yang unik dan indah. Kata-kata kunci: cosplay, cosplayer, prinsip estetika, ragam bentuk, dan ideologi.

The impact of the folk literature to the poetry of the Uzbek academician poet Gafur Gulam (1903 - 1966) has been learnt by this article. Through the model of the analyses of poems by the poet the inheriting interrelations between folk and written literature have been observed. The scientific-theoretical opinions on the specific depiction style of the folk melody and spirit, which was closely got acquainted with national belief and life style, that is the peculiar depiction style appropriately to the genre fairy tales and folk epics as proverbs, parable, blessings, scolding have been ahead for formulation the individual style of Gafur Gulam. Resumen: Uno de los temas principales de la poesía escrita para niños es el imaginario infantil procedente de los cuentos tradicionales. Son muchos los poemas  o incluso los libros de versos para niños que reescriben episodios tomados de ellos o que se desarrollan a partir de sus personajes, ya sea de una manera didáctica, lúdica o lírica.  Ahora bien, ¿qué ocurre con esas versiones en verso de los cuentos de siempre? ¿Se trata realmente de poesía o son solo narraciones versificadas con más o menos fortuna? En el presente trabajo trataremos de responder a dicha cuestión a través del análisis de tres obras recientes publicadas en tres países distintos  – Adivina qué cuento soy (2010, España); Il était une fois… contes en haiku (2013, Francia) and In mezzo alla fiaba (2015, Italia) – en los que se reescriben los cuentos tradicionales de distintas maneras. Palabras clave: poesía infantil; reescritura; culturalismo; cuentos.  Abstract: One of the main themes in children’s poetry is the imagery taken from traditional tales. Many poems and even whole books of poems are focused on characters or situations taken from them, in a re-writing exercise that can be didactic, ludic or lyrical as well. But what happens with this kind of adaptations, these poetic versions of old-time tales? Are they truly poetic texts or are they only narrative texts written in verse in order to attract young readers? The aim of this work is thus to answer this question by analysing three examples of poetry books recently published in three different countries – Adivina qué cuento soy (2010, Spain); Il était une fois… contes en haiku (2013, France) and In mezzo alla fiaba (2015, Italy) – in which traditional fairy tales are rewritten in different ways. Key Words: children’s poetry; rewriting; culturalism; fairy tales.
