The prevalence of corruption in Indonesia is increasing every year. This fact has further undermined public confidence to strengthen governance and is a critical barrier to national development. This study aims to empirically examine the individual and combined impact of audit opinions, the implementation of audit recommendations, and findings of state losses by the Indonesian Supreme Audit Board (BPK) on the prevalence of corruption in ministries and institutions in the Republic of Indonesia. Using multiple linear regression analysis, this study used a purposive sampling method and investigated 72 ministries using secondary data from 2014 to 2017 obtained from BPK and the Corruption Eradication Commission of the Republic of Indonesia (KPK). This study indicates that audit opinions and the implementation of audit recommendations do not affect corruption in Indonesian ministries and institutions. In contrast, findings of state losses do have an influence. The combination of audit opinions, implementation of audit recommendations, and findings of simultaneous state losses do not affect corruption cases in Indonesian ministries and institutions. BPK can use the results of this study to formulate approaches and recommendations for auditing government financial reports that have a strong correlation with corruption eradication. Moreover, KPK needs to be more vigorous in its efforts to eradicate corruption, including establishing closer cooperation with BPK because the results of this research show that findings of state losses by BPK are closely related to corruption cases.

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the determinants of NPF on BPRS in Indonesia in 2011 -2017. The method which is used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis with independent variables CAR, BPP, inflation, and GDP, while the dependent variable is NPF. The data in this study is secondary data for monthly time from January 2011 - December 2017. The results showed that the independent variables significantly influence NPF simultaneously. While partially CAR has a significant positive effect, BPP has a significant negative effect, inflation has no significant positive effect, and GDP has a significant positive effect on NPF. R2 value is 88.01%, this shows 88.01% variation of the NPF is explained by the independent variable and the remaining 11.99% is explained by other variables outside the model. BPRS needs to carry out good risk management by having to be more sensitive to internal conditions and external conditions of the bank because these conditions can be used as determinants of the type of financing and policies that will be used by the BPRS, so as to control the level of NPF at a reasonable level.

The aims of this research were to know : (1) The influence of CSR variables (employee, environment, community) as independent varables either partially or simultaneously towards Return on Assets (2) The influence of CSR variables(employee, environment, community) as independent varables either partially or simultaneously towards Tobin’s Q. The method of this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample were taken from Corporate’s data on IDX through annual report and financial information from financial reports for manufacturers, developers, and miners (just typically pure trading corporates were not included) in the period 2010 to 2012 with the purposive sampling method. There were 95 of the companies that met the criteria and were accumulated for three years, so total of samples became 285 samples. The result of research showed that all  of CSR variables gave positive significant influence simultaneously towards the dependent variables of ROA and Tobin’s Q. Partially, the variables of employees and community were positively significant influencing the dependent variable of ROA, and only employees as the independent variable had positive influence towards Tobin’s Q
