This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee productivity and how much influence of work motivation on employee work productivity of SME on Bulak Kapal Bekasi. This research is a quantitative descriptive research type. Data were collected using a questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using simple regression analysis using SMART PLS 3.0 for Windows which includes the t test. The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, that is indicated by a positive regression coefficient of 8.86 with a value of t = 14.079> t table = 2.042 and a probability value of 0.000 t test which is smaller than α = 0.05. The magnitude of the influence of work motivation on employee work productivity of SME  is indicated by the coefficient of determination of 0.78. This shows that 78% of employee work productivity is influenced by work motivation.

Abstract: Employee work motivation in an organization can be considered simple and can also be a complex problem, because basically humans are easy to be motivated by giving what they want. The purpose of this study was to determine and prove the effect of work motivation on employee work productivity at PT. Sariguna Prima Tirta Pulau Sari Bati-Bati District, Tanah Laut Regency. The main data was obtained through questionnaires to respondents as many as 44 people who were determined by purposive sampling, then supported by the results of observations and direct interviews with respondents. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS program. It was concluded that the results of the Simple Regression Equation in this study were Y = 18.165 + 0.719 X. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the work motivation variable had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, because at the 5% significance level t counted greater than t table (8.510 > 2 , 02). The coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.633 which means the ability of the work motivation variable (X) can explain the variable work productivity (Y) of 63.3% while the remaining 36.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: motivation, productivity, Bati-Bati Subdistrict Abstrak: Motivasi kerja karyawan dalam suatu organisasi dapat dianggap sederhana dan dapat pula menjadi masalah yang komplek, karena pada dasarnya manusia mudah untuk dimotivasi dengan memberikan apa yang menjadi keinginannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Sariguna Prima Tirta Pulau Sari Kecamatan Bati-Bati Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Data utama diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada responden sebanyak 44 orang yang ditetapkan secara purposive sampling, kemudian didukung dengan hasil observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS. Disimpulkan bahwa hasil Persamaan Regresi Sederhana dalam penelitian ini adalah Y = 18,165 + 0,719 X. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diketahui variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap poduktivitas kerja, karena pada taraf signifikasi 5% t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (8,510 > 2,02).  Koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,633 yang berarti kemampuan variabel motivasi kerja (X) dapat menjelaskan variabel produktivitas kerja  (Y)  sebesar 63,3% sedangkan sisanya 36,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : motivasi,  produktivitas, Kecamatan Bati-Bati

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja,produktivitas kerja karyawan dan hubungan dari ketiga variabel tersebut di PT.Kadi International. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Datadikumpulkan dengan kuisioner kepada sampel dari 60 orang karyawan perusahaanyang bersedia dan diijinkan perusahaaan untuk diteliti, selanjutnya data dianalisismengunakan analisis frekuensi, analisis rentang skala dan analysis jalur (pathanalysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki lingkungankerja dengan modus yang baik, motivasi kerja karyawan yang tinggi serta memilikiproduktivitas karyawan yang tinggi pula. Korelasi lingkungan kerja dan motivasikerja karyawan sebesar 0,357 dan signifikan. Secara parsial lingkungan kerjaberpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas sebesar 4 % (signifikan), sedangkanmotivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar44% (signifikan). Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruhpositif sebesar 58,1% terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebutdan sangat signifikan.Kata Kunci: lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, produktivitas kerja This study aims to explain the work environment, work motivation, employee workproductivity and the relationship of the three variables at PT. Kadi International.The research approach uses quantitative descriptive. The resultsshowed that the company has a good work environment, high employee motivationand high employee productivity. The correlation of work environment and employeemotivation is 0.357 and significant. Partially the work environment has a positiveeffect on productivity by .4% (significant), while work motivation has a positiveeffect on employee work productivity of 44% (significant),.Simultaneously the workenvironment and work motivation had a positive effect of 58,1% on the workproductivity of employees in the company and were very significant.Keywords: work environment, work motivation, work productivity

So that labor productivity increased labor, one of the ways that must be taken workforce management is providing training to its workforce. This research is classified into associative research and descriptive research. Associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. in this study, researchers will explain the variables that would be appropriate that occurred in PT.Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Bandung.The total number of employees PT.Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk part minimarket service in the Bandung area is a total of about 1500 people. The sample will be taken is 62 people. the data analysis is classifying data based on variables and types of respondents, tabulate the data based on the variables of all respondents, presenting the data of each variable studied, perform calculations to test the hypothesis that has been proposed. The results of multiple correlation analysis showed a correlation value 0892. means of training and productivity of employees have a degree of force that is very strong relationship with work productivity. That assumption is taken from the value of 0, 892 which is in the range of 0.8 to 1.The coefficient of determination used to how big the influence of training on labor productivity. Based on the analysis using SPSS 13:00 KD value obtained is equal to 0796 X 100% = 79.6% of the value shows that the effect of training on labor productivity is 79.6% while the remaining 20.4% influenced by other variables. Based on the calculation result is unknown if the training provides a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The condition is indicated when an increase in the quality of training will result in an increase in employee productivity.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee productivity at PT Pandu Siwi Sentosa Medan. To determine the relationship between work motivation and work productivity of employees at PT Pandu Siwi Sentosa Medan. This study aims to determine the relationship between discipline and work motivation with employee work productivity at PT Pandu Siwi Sentosa Medan. This type of research uses quantitative research conducted at PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa Medan from August 2019 to January 2020. The population in this study was the total number of employees, which consisted of 50 workers. By determining the number of samples developed and using several samples with an error rate of 5%, the sample in this study amounted to 50 workers or employees. The method used is the method of observation, questionnaire method, and interview method. The results showed that the hypothesis can be accepted with a value of 4.955 so that the hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa Medan where the t table value is 2.878 from t table 2.010 and has a significance value of 0.002 from 0.05. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Work Productivity of PT. Pandu Siwi Sentosa Medan with a t-count value of 2.315 from t-table 2.010 and has a significance value of 0.004 from 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that work discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. HR development is part of the company's internal management. As a part that has a big influence on the company, this certainly cannot be taken lightly. This study aims to explain the effect of education on the performance of the managers / employees of KJKS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera, the effect of training on the performance of KJKS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera managers / employees and the effect of education and training together on the performance of KJKS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera managers / employees. Quantitative descriptive research methods are applied to explain this relationship. From the hypothesis test using the F test, it is known that simultaneously the Education (X1), Training (X2) variables have a significant effect on Job Performance (Y). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.784, which means the variable education (X1), training (X2) can explain the variable effect of work performance (Y) of 78.4% while the remaining 21.6% is explained by other variables not included in this research model, for example (factors age, health, etc.). It is hoped that KJKS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera KCU Grobogan will be able to develop education and training on an ongoing basis in order to improve the quality of human resources so that their abilities will increase in order to increase work productivity along with target achievement and work performance.

Human Recources is one of the factors that determine the success of failure of HR companies company’s overall goals. Humans are a resource factor that is different from other factors, because humans have feelings, HR must be managed and fostered carefully and thoroughly in order to be able to make optimal contributions to the company. This study refers to the understanding of leadership style, discipline and compensation for the work motivation of employees of PT. UNIRAMA DUTA NIAGA is in ponorogo. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, while the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population used in this study were employees of PT. UNIRAMA DUTA NIAGA. Employees in this company approve 61 employees. Testing data instrument used were validation and reliability tests. Testing analysis and coefficient of determination, while testing the hypothesis using the t test and f test. The result of this study are (1) leadership style has an influence on employee work motivation with regression regression of 0.241 at the significance of 0.008. (2) Dicipline affects significant work motivation with a regression value of 0.119 with a significancevalue of 0.36. (3) Compencation is also significant on employee work motivation with a total regression of 0.519 with a significance value of 0,000. (4) leadership style, discipline, and compensation simultaneously have a significant influence on work motivation with a significance level value, 0117.

This study aims to determine the effect of conflict and work stress on employee productivity at PT Indomaret Prismatama Data used secondary data. The analysis used is a classic assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination analysis. T test results show that conflict (X1) affects the work productivity of employees and work stress also (X2) affects the work productivity of employees (Y) employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama Baturaja. The F test results found that work conflict and stress jointly affect the work productivity of employees (Y) at PT Indomarco Prismatama Baturaja. The magnitude of the contribution of conflict (X1) and work stress (X2) of 88.5% on the ups and downs of employee work productivity (Y) while the remaining 11.5% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.

Work productivity will increase if employees have good work competencies. However, sufficient work competence to produce high work productivity requires the existence of other driving factors. One of the factors driving work competence that can affect work productivity is work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of competence on work motivation with motivation as a moderate variable in PT PLN (Persero) Electricity Maintenance Center Workshop and Maintenance Unit IV (PUSHARLIS UWP IV). The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive research type. Respondents in this study were employees with a population of 45 respondents. Sampling with saturated sampling technique. The results showed that work competence, motivation and work productivity were in the high category. The results of the study have a significant effect on work productivity. The results also show that motivation is a variable that affects the positive relationship between work competence and work productivity. This means that increasing motivation will also increase employee productivity.

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of commitment on employee work productivity; 2) the effect of work experience on employee work productivity; 3) which influence is more dominant between work commitment and work experience on employee work productivity. This research is a descriptive associative research with hypothesis testing. The population in this study was a sample of 60 public junior high school teachers in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, with a saturated sample technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and tested its validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used was the F test, t test and R2 test. The results of this study are that work motivation and work experience together have a positive effect on teacher work productivity. This is evident from the results of the F test which obtained Fcount of 36,956 Ftable of 3,159 and a significant value of 0.000 0.05. Work motivation has a positive effect on teacher work productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained tcount X1 = 3.584 t table of 1.671 and a significant value of 0.001 0.05. Work Experience has a positive effect on Employee Work Productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained t count X2 = 3.294 t table of 1.671 and a significant value of 0.002 0.05. From these results Work Motivation has a greater (dominant) influence on Employee Productivity. This is evident from the results of the t test which obtained t count X1 is greater than t count X2, namely 3.584 3.294.

The halal industry is very developed lately. The halal lifestyle that is currently trending in Indonesia consists of the Islamic financial sector, halal food, halal travel, halal clothing, halal recreation, and halal media, halal medicines, halal medical care (hospital), and halal cosmetics. For example, a pharmaceutical industry such as Sidomuncul. Sidomuncul is a company that has the most halal products at this time. This study aims to partially examine the effect of the halal label and the expiration date on purchasing decisions. Then simultaneously analyze the effect of the halal label and the expiration date on Sidomuncul purchasing decisions. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The method in this research uses multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The population in this study are all people who buy Sidomuncul products, while the sample in this study was determined by 50 respondents. The results of this study resulted in a significant t-test value of 0,000, which means partially the halal label has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, the expiration date resulted in a significant t-test value of 0,006, which means partially expiration date has a significant effect on the Sidomuncul product purchase decision, and simultaneously the halal label and expiration date affect the Sidomuncul product purchase decision.
