Industrial transition to a totally new level of resources and energy saving necessitates improving the technical level of building materials manufacturing, growing their raw materials base, the assortment, enhancing the quality of manufactured products, cutting their cost price. It requires, first of all, carrying out more detailed research in properties of clay and clay loams, and selecting optimal additives for pottery works. Such disadvantages of clays as burning sensitivity, low compression resistance and flexural strength in a burnt state, low frost resistance cause the impossibility of their application without corrective additives. It is quite difficult to find an additive which can solve all the technological problems mentioned above. This paper provides the development of mixture "clay – electro-melting slag" for ceramic brick, moreover, addition of a steel-smelting slag in the fusion mixture results in the change in mixing water content of ceramic masses, strength and coloration of ceramic samples.

during the implementation of the program to restore the housing stock of the Chechen Republic, as well as during the planned demolition of dilapidated housing, significant volumes of technogenic raw materials were generated, in particular, large volumes of brick and concrete scrap. Enterprises for the production of building materials and products also produce significant volumes of production defects, which accumulate over the years at landfills. Ceramic broken brick and broken brick dropouts are used to fill the roadbed, and the main part still goes to the dump and landfill, which is also an environmental problem. One of the promising ways to use dropouts and broken brick itself is to use them as secondary aggregates in concrete and mortars. This article discusses the issues of improving the quality of ceramic concrete mixtures, choosing the optimal composition and technology for mixing concrete mixtures using dust fractions of dropouts for crushing ceramic brick bricks

the use of technogenic raw materials in the production of building composites is an urgent direction in the technology of production of building materials in view of its economic efficiency, environmental effect and wide possibilities of their application. Recently, the issues of environmental safety in the production of building materials, the possibility of their processing and disposal have come to the fore. All this is dictated by the need for energy and resource conservation, the massive depletion of natural reserves and the progres-sive pollution of the environment due to anthropogenic activities. Construction composites provide ample opportunities for recycling of secondary raw materials, as their structure allows them to be used not only as a filler, but also in some cases as additives for regulating certain properties. More studied and widely used are ash and slag mixtures on the basis of which various organomineral additives are developed. So, on the territory of the Chechen Republic there are dumps of ash and slag mixtures, which, according to their chem-ical and mineralogical composition, are suitable for the design of organomineral additives and fillers in con-struction concretes and solutions. Building solutions are widely used for interior and exterior finishing works during the construction of construction projects in the Chechen Republic, which is characterized by high humidity in the winter, which provokes deformations of the plaster layer on facades. In this article, the de-velopment of an organomineral additive based on an ash-slag mixture is considered to improve the quality of mortar mixtures resistant to such conditions.

The increasing number of population each year makes the number of building needs for houses, buildings, schools, offices and other infrastructure will increase. In general, building consumption cannot be separated from the use of bricks as a form of wall construction in building construction. The size and compressive strength of bricks circulating in the market are of poor quality which comes from fabrication, local work or home industries. In the brick-making process, bricklayers only use certain types of soil to maintain the quality of brick production. As a result, the availability of soil as the main material in brick making will decrease. Another alternative to meet the shortcomings of the brick-forming material and make it stronger and more durable, can be used as a substitute for other materials such as waste paper. The use of paper waste is an effort to find new types of building materials and to reduce environmental pollution problems due to paper waste. This study aims to analyze the concentration of the addition of paper waste ash on the strength of the bricks. The benefit of this research is as an alternative study of meeting the needs of brick raw materials for environmentally friendly buildings by utilizing paper waste ash. The results showed the effect of a mixture of paper waste ash as a clay additive on the compressive strength of normal bricks (fc '2.9 MPa). The percentage value of compressive strength with a mixture of paper waste ash 3% obtained an average compressive strength of 40.10 kg / cm2, 5% mixture variation obtained an average compressive strength of 61.48 kg / cm2 and 7% mixture variation obtained an average compressive strength average 64.12 kg / cm2 against the compressive strength of normal bricks 37.28 kg / cm2. The conclusion of this research is that the variation of the mixture of paper waste ash with a variation of 7% paper waste ash mixture exceeding 60 kg / cm² (compressive strength class III) SNI 15-2094-2000a. This shows that paper waste ash can increase the compressive strength of bricks.

A key component of the quality management system is the incoming quality control of raw materials, materials and components. The course of the further production process and the quality of manufactured products depend on the correctness of its implementation, the accuracy of compliance with all the necessary procedures. Another important aspect that is inextricably linked with incoming inspection is working with suppliers. In order to minimize costs and increase the effectiveness of actions, it is necessary to establish a stable and well-coordinated work on the supply of raw materials, materials and components. To accomplish this task, the enterprise must develop and approve a methodology for evaluating suppliers, which allows them to conduct a comprehensive analysis, choose the most reliable suppliers with a proven reputation and high performance. The research base is a machine-building enterprise – public joint-stock company “NEFAZ” (PJSC “NEFAZ”). The article identifies problem areas and suggests methods for their improvement. Based on the results of the study, a comprehensive methodology for assessing suppliers has been developed, which makes it possible to determine the rating of the supplier and, depending on this, to establish the type of incoming control. Possible types of effect from the introduction of this technique at the enterprise are considered.
