The maintenance way of armored vehicle engine is hard time maintenance and breakdown maintenance in our army. So, the situation of lack or excess of maintenance is often existing in armored vehicle engine, and leading to potential safety hazard and wasting of resources. Condition based maintenance, which based on advanced detect and diagnosis technology, is a good way to solve the problems mentioned above. So, parameter tables which can completely reflect the state of armored vehicle engine is set up in this paper, and analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is used to scientific assess the state of vehicle engine. The computational process is demonstrated by analysis the experiment data of an armored vehicle engine. The work gives the foundation for condition based maintenance of armored vehicle engine.

Maintainability is an important factor need to be considered in the strategy making process of armored vehicle engine. Combined with the factors analysis of the maintainability, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is used to realize the reasonable evaluation of the engine maintainability based on failure model effectiveness analysis (FMEA) and the characteristic parameter test. The research provides a basis for the condition based maintenance of armored vehicle engine.

To solve the problem of partnership choice for iron and steel logistics alliance, a method to choose cooperative partners based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation was proposed. AHP was used to construct the hierarchical structure of partner evaluating indicator and determine the corresponding weight. Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation was adopted to assess and choose partners. For verifying the method, a logistics company was analyzed as an example. The results show that this method may reduce the influence of subjective factors on the partner choice, enhance the accuracy and reliability of partner choice, and strengthen the competitiveness of iron and steel logistics alliance.
