Due to the collapse of the Sovietsystem ofmilitary professional orientation it has become necessary to review the work with pre-conscription youth oriented toward military service; the work, includes, among other things, expanding a network of cadet educational organizations. The main goals in forming the military-professional orientation of pre-conscription youth are achieved by providing resources for the educational process, service and extracurricular activities. Motivational and value-based attitude toward military service is developed throughout the entire educational period; this contributes to the formation of cadets’ readiness to become career militaryofficers and choose military service as a priority type of professional activity. Having analyzed psychological and pedagogical literature,we came to the conclusion that the system of military orientation of pre-conscription youth currently implemented in cadet corps, will contribute to the effective development of young people’s orientation toward military service.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the possibilities of operative (audial and visual) memory among cadets of military educational organizations. As a result of an empirical study of the mnemonic abilities of 56 cadets of the Military University of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, it was found that the perception of information in a visual form has a greater impact on the volume and quality of the stored material than the presentation of information in an auditory form. A technique was used to present 10 words in various forms and memorize. The revealed originality of the representative mnemonic systems of operative memory of servicemen (military cadets) serves as a basis for improving the educational process, combat training and personnel management.

The aim of the study. Identify the features of the structure of professional «I-concepti» of military personnel in accordance with the type of their professional identity (TPI).Research methods. Conversation method, testing.Sample description. The study involved 100 military personnel with different TPI.Conclusions. Summarizing, we can state both similar trends and differences in the characteristics of the structural elements of the professional «I-concept», the nature of the relationship between these components.Cognitive component (professional orientation). Among all possible career orientations, military personnel emphasize that work and place of residence must be stable and important for them, a sense of personal safety, both in professional activity and in personal space.Behavioral component (self-efficacy). The components of the cognitive and behavioral components of the professional self-concept are in feedback. But it should be borne in mind that according to the TPI of military personnel are different professional orientations. There is no correlation between the metrics of all three components of the professional self-concept. There is only a link between the components of its cognitive and emotional components.TPI identifies certain differences in all structural elements of the professional self-concept.Cognitive component (professional orientations). There are no «diffuse» and «pseudo-identity» military personnel from the TPI who are seeking a career. Autonomy at work and in its actions dominates among the military personnel with a «pseudo-identity» TPI compared to their counterparts with a premature TPI. The desire to be a leader is a motivating factor for military personnel with a TPI «moratorium» compared to their counterparts with a TPI «pseudo-identity». For military personnel with diffuse TPI, the most important is the desire for stability and safety at work, than for military personnel with TPI «pseudo-identity».Behavioral component (self-efficacy). Only military personnel with a TPI «moratorium» have an adequate assessment of their self-efficacy. All other TPIs have a clear tendency to diminish their capacity for self-efficacy. There is a feedback of professional orientation (cognitive component) and self-efficacy (behavioral component of professional self-concept). However, it should be borne in mind that according to the TPI of military personnel are different professional orientations.Emotional component (self-esteem). Adequacy of understanding and emotional perception of the value of one’s personality is more often manifested in military personnel with premature and diffuse TPI than their counterparts with TPI «pseudo-identity». Military personnel with diffuse TPI are more aware of and emotionally perceived the value of their personality than their counterparts with the TPI «moratorium».The presence of the relationship between the components of the cognitive and emotional component of the professional "I-concept", depending on the military personnel’s TPI is determined both by the different nature and heterogeneity of these components.

Introduction. Today, one of the criteria for assessing the quality of education is the opinion of students about educational services. Undergraduates enrolled in distance learning programs represent a specific student audience. Features of this category form a social portrait that has the information potential for organizing an effective educational process adapted to the “target audience”. Methodology and sources. In the academic year 2018–2019, the author conducted an empirical case study through an anonymous online survey of graduate students of the correspondence department of the first year of study. Results and discussion. As a result of the survey, respondents have received answers characterizing the peculiarities of their life, sociocultural environment, professional activity and factors of formation of motives of educational activity. The information obtained is presented in tables, which allowed to form a “numerical” outline of the social portrait of an extramural student. The result of an empirical study was a description of the collective image of a student studying in absentia in a magistracy. Active professional activity, focus on success, limited time resources, etc., determined the content of wishes for improving the conditions and process of educational activity. The main adjustments should relate to the effective planning of the educational process, methodological support of classroom and extracurricular activities, providing comfortable conditions for a long stay in an educational institution and communication with fellow students.Conclusion. The social portrait of students contains information about their typical representatives, the sociocultural environment of life.  Regular monitoring of the dynamics of socially significant characteristics of students allows you to quickly make adjustments that improve the quality of education.

This article reveals the role of self-management in the professional activity of a young teacher, which really appears as a set of managerial influences aimed at himself as an active subject in order to bring his personality to the appropriate state necessary for successful implementation of their activities. It is established that the main goal of self-management is the maximum use of one's own capabilities, conscious self-management throughout life (self-determination) and overcoming external circumstances both at work and in one's own life. It is noted that instead of changing the circumstances, which we are not able to change anyway, we need to change our attitude to them. Therefore, a number of practical recommendations are given for those who want to improve their direct performance of professional functions. It is determined that the process of self-management in terms of the sequence of specific functions covers six phases, which are in a certain interdependence and, as a rule, are carried out in a certain sequence. It is substantiated that self-management in the form of various acts of self-research (self-observation, self-concentration, self-report, self-analysis, self-assessment) is a process of purposeful obtaining by the teacher of information on development of qualities necessary for his effective entering the pedagogical profession. It is established that the need to use management, including self-management, in pedagogy is due to the fact that the entire management system is considered at the level of creating such organizational and psychological and pedagogical conditions that allow for effective development of the educational institution. However, the use of the basics of management was important not only at the level of functioning of the educational institution, but also during the professional activity of the teacher. And so it is emphasized that even a well-structured and well-prepared modern lesson will not be successful if the teacher does not have the skills to manage the class.  Thus, it is noted that the essence of pedagogical activity as a specific form of social management is the use of self-management, which is objectively inherent in each of the participants in the educational process as a sphere of their joint work.

The experience of medical maintenance for assembly events annually held on the basis of the educational process of the Military Medical Academy named after S.M. Kirov. The main directions of the organization of sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures among the personnel at each stage of the camp gathering have been determined. It is shown that at the preparatory stage it is advisable to develop additional plans that concretize sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures for the stages of the camp gathering. At the stage of accepting participants, the main direction is the organization of events that prevent the introduction of infection with the arriving personnel. At the main stage of the camp training, the leading role belongs to disinfection measures. At the stage of departure of participants, the main efforts should be focused on minimizing the potential risk of infection along the route and the introduction of infection into their military units. The features of disinfection are described depending on the type of object being processed. The results of testing a designed device for fixing dispensers with a skin antiseptic on the basis of a unified military stand in a camp gathering are presented. The features of the organization of medical control over the material and household provision of the personnel of the training camp are stated. The basic principles of prophylaxis and anti-epidemic protection during assembly activities in the context of the spread of COVID-19 have been formulated.

The article explores the problem of teachers’ reflexivity, its influence on the educational process and the specifics of teachers’ professional activity. The research purpose is a theoretical and empirical study of teachers’ reflexivity and its developmental specifics. The main forms of reflexivity development are lecturing, training, analysis, self-analysis and testing. To improve the personality traits which are important for reflexivity development (self-awareness, communication skills, empathy, identification of professional and personal value guidelines, etc.), a teacher may also use different games and tasks, along with various methods of analyzing the lessons and his/her own contribution to them. All these resources should be included in the annual plan of an educational organization. The results of the study allow concluding about the effectiveness of the declared measures for teachers’ reflexivity development. Within the changing domestic education system, one of the key challenges is training teachers who meet the requirements of the modern professional standard. A possible solution to this problem can be systematic work in an educational organization to improve the teacher’s underdeveloped qualities. One of these characteristics, which can influence the improvement of the teacher’s professionalism and ensure the compliance with the professional standard, is reflexivity. Along with the fact that reflexivity is among the most important components of the pedagogical activity, it is necessary to recognize the poor criterial basis for the professional reflexivity of teachers working in educational organizations, namely the applied aspects of its development within teachers’ methodological activity.
